One person was picking up a to-go order and the other ordering for here. The man who took my order was wearing the restaurant's branded shirt, and his title was "BOSS." I watched as he pressed the buttons on the terminal, especially when i said- no rice, extra meat. I certainly paid the extra charge for the additional meat. In hindsight, ordering it to-go was unfortunate. When I was handed the heavy bag, I thought I had gotten a substantial burrito and I was pretty excited. But then I cut into it, and it was just a "regular" burrito with rice and a single portion of meat. I was already at my destination so I wasn't going back. On its own, the burrito was standard, unremarkable, and with the weight being rice snd beans, ultimately it was a disappointment. But what the true bummer was that the BOSS himself took my order, confirmed it, and was just one step away from the person making it. If there was ever a situation where I expected the order to be correct -- this was it. If the order had been made correctly, I might have had a very different review.​
