Horrible service, first we did online ordering and it said it would be ready in 21-26 minutes, got there and payed for the meal 25 minutes later and still maid me wait an additional 30 minutes. The employees must be randomly picked and thrown on the job with no training because that's what they act like. I tried to call in an order, the lady on the phone didn't ask for my name, my phone number and didn't know the menu when I asked questions. She then proceeded to charge me for a LARGE ranch (5$) when I wanted a an extra one (regular size) I wanted to pick it up after I placed the call in order but I was running late so I called in and they could t even find my order. I had to order again. God forbid anything else could go wrong right? Wrong. Got there it looked awful, the tables were all full of trash and they had no ice in the soda machine. The lady apologized and said we are short staffed but I literally saw 6+ people back there 3 of which were laughing and acting a fool. The manager is also as bad as the rest of the employees. I came in for lunch today. The food was fresh, however my 6 piece boneless combo was disappointing. The 2 lemon pepper I ordered were too small. The fries were over cooked and looked burnt. The boneless lemon were made up of mostly batter hardly any meat. I talked to the manager on hand and he said he had new cooks in training. He offered to make it right but I had already exhausted my lunch time and just asked that he train and coach his staff properly. read more

The wait times are ridiculous, I understand that most times things can get packed on any given night but we placed an order on line over 30 minutes before we arrived to pick it up and once we got there we had to wait another 45 minutes for our order to even be made. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. When I went here not too long ago, they had served my food spilled onto the counter. They for sure noticed it as they told one another, but they also didn't even apologize for it. When I went to get a to go box everyone, literally everyone was on their phone. Ok, so since this is the closest location to my place I frequent it despite my early impressions and I have to update my review. While I still don't love how small this location feels and continue to choose carry out over dining in, the wing size here is no longer an issue compared to other places. They are plenty big and meaty and service has only improved since last year so this location deserves a better rating than I gave it before. There can be a bit of a wait during peak times so I recommend calling ahead or placing your order online in advance if you know you want it for dinner or during a game. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times. Never really had an issue, other than maybe it takes a while to get the order. Last night, I placed a to-go order. I got there just around the time they told me the order would be ready (30mins), I had to wait a while there to get my order because it was packed. I paid and headed home, which is only about 5ish mins away. When I got home my order was completely cold. The fries were soggy, which was disappointing because I love their fries. The carrot sticks were unusually thick, as if they chopped the carrot in halves, instead of the typical nice "sticks" we get. We were missing a dip. Never ordering take out again. read more

I drove almost 15 minutes to pick up my order and when I got home both orders were in dirty boxes with random red drippings over the bag and box that had nothing to do with lemon pepper or garlic Parmesan chicken. My family and I frequent wing stop fairly often. However this evening we were't impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the store. As we were getting up from our table to leave, I noticed my sons clothing had something on it. Upon further investigation we found it to be ketchup. Someone had spilled ketchup all over the chair my son happened to sit in. I brought my son up to the register and requested the manager. That was a joke. When I explained what had happened, he looked at me with a deer in the headlights look and said "sorry". I explained that it was unacceptable, my sons clothing is now ruined, because his staff couldn't properly clean a table. He stared off again, offered up another apology and then informed me he was sure it could come out in the wash! As a manager you are suppose to apologize and try to find a way to fix the problem, not offer up a solution for the customer to figure out on their own! read more

Terrible experience. Placed my order online, arrived a few minutes after the indicated time but order wasn't ready. After I paid, I waited for another 20min, one person asked for my name went back to see about my order and said it will be ready in a few minutes. Fwd another 10min and no food, I asked for a refund. The lady at the register said my order is next. I declined and with a slight attitude she tried to pull up my order but was not able to pull it up for a good 2min... eventually I got my void receipt and WITHOUT an apology I left the restaurant. Mind you while I was waiting, people who came in way after me got their food and left... while waiting I was watching the staff, the guys in the kitchen seemed to be slightly lost and kind of just milking it. Orders were sitting in the boxes but weren't put in the paper bag and nobody cared to do so. One order was sitting ready for pick up on the shelf when I got there. About 25min into my wait, the cashier yelled out a name for that order and sat it on the pick up counter where ANYONE could have walked up and grabbed it... the staff isn't very friendly and they don't care about their customer not the cleanliness of the restaurant. I called in my order and the lady told me it would be a 18-20 minute wait and when I got there I ended up waiting 50 minutes with the cashier staring at me as if she had no idea what she was doing. When I asked when my food would be done they gave me my food because it had just been sitting in the kitchen for who knows how long. Food was good but very bad customer service and a bad estimation on how long my order would be done. Hi i went into your location on Jan 28,21019 and Placed order and specifically requested my mango wings XXT because don't like the soggyness after the sauce is put on so cashier(flor)did put in notes. My name was called for order being ready and after waiting 30 min I was missing 6 pieces of my wings, which by the way were replaced. My mango wings were not cooked to my preference very disappointed. When I brought it to attention of a manager ( which by the way did she not have a name tag on) so not able to give name. Although it was mentioned that she was in Mgr training She asked for the wings which i thought was weird because they are just going to just throw them away.(per Manager with no name tag) After having to wait for them to remake my wings i decided to cancel because my fries were already getting cold and my daughter was almost done with her meal. So I Spoke to Jesus another Mgr there about getting my refund and canceling my order he stated next time just tell them you want to fry for 25 minutes. Which by the way the cashier flor had already told me 30 min wait for them to be done to my preference so I don't know what it is about this location always messing up on our orders and not just mine as you read the reviews here. I Will not be returning here in the near future! Need to hire people that care about customer service. And how to pay attention to all orders. Call to place an order the lady who answered was extremely rude, asked if I could place an order to go and she said what do you want, kept short mean responses, didnt even ask if i wanted drinks or anything else, i get there and someone was already complaining about another guy who took his order and was extremely rude also that he didn't get the right wings, there was also water spilled all over the floor and I watched 5 people almost slip and fall including myself and with a full staff you'd think someone would clean it up promptly, considering I work at a restaurant someone can seriously get hurt, then I get home to find feathers on wings, legit feathers, I'm not stupid and I don't want anything out of it, just for them to know they have horrible service, and even the wing quality was horrible, no seasoning on the fries, I will never go to that location again and reading other reviews they need a new manager someone who actually cares, the only one I saw working was holding her purse ready to clock out, I won't be going back there and you shouldn't either, I will be sharing this with everyone I know to not go there either. read more

The food is always excellent coming here but the wait is always long and food takes forever, there's only a small limited amount of tables and it takes someone to complain about the dirty tables before somebody goes out with a mad look on their face to wipe and clean them down.
