I looked over the menu & even mentioned to the lady that it's my 1st time here....She said take your time as I looked at the menu, asked a few questions & went with the Wings & Waffle Combo plus Drink for $19.99 plus tax.....I had #22 tag & tried sitting at the counter but I was almost suffocating myself, so I decided to eat outside with the little outdoor seating tables. I told the guy behind counter that I'd be outside, so whenever the Waffle was done to bring it out. Well, it never came & I ate the 6 wings that I had. I was expecting to be blown outta my mind with flavors or tastes that I haven't had for awhile, but Nopeeee it was just some average wings & NOTHING Special. I came back inside to enquire about my Waffle & the young Man from the kitchen came out to tell me that there was an issue with the Waffle & it came out soupy. So I said alrighty then, what ya gonna do for me then? He said they'd give me some more Wings, I said sure, that would do & I really appreciate the kindness & follow through. When they finally told me that the wings we're ready, they must fixed the Waffle maker & gave me a Waffle too. Again, I was thankful & pleased until I took this order TOGO. I attempted to eat the Waffle dry, No Syrup or anything?? Then I took out my receipt & I Immediately was Shocked & Pissed Off The machine I used to checkout had a spot for tips or custom tip, I made the purchase for $19.99 plus tax & tip of $3.00 dollars ~ but when I looked at my sales receipt it showed a 30.00 Tip I said Hellll Nawwww, I called back this location & no answer but I left a vmail about this situation & scenario ~ No One Returned My Call ‼ So NOT Only was this Food OverPriced but also OverRated & scammed Me of an extra $27 Bucks Needless to say, I'm contesting this transaction with My Chase Bank & will get my monies back momentarily ~ But I'm Never-Ever gonna come back or try anything from this Establishment again‼ As far as Me, Myself & I goes....as a Former Chicagoan from the Southside, I've had plenty of Real Soul Food & My Tastebuds have sampled countless delicacies from around America & the Globe I typically don't like to leave "Bad Reviews" but after waiting until today for someone to correct or respond to Me, I felt compelled to explain my outburst & remarks. What really stood out were the flavors. Even the hotter sauces had amazing taste. Too many wing spots seem to think "hot" means sacrificing flavor, but Fried Hard nailed both heat and taste. Our favorite flavors were the Hot Lemon Pepper and Memphis Bold. Both were packed with flavor and easily some of the best wings we've had in a long time. The food was so good that during our 4th of July weekend trip, we ended up coming back two days in a row. That's probably the best compliment I can give. That isn't mentioned on their Google page or Facebook page, and on their Instagram, it isn't clear that it is 21+ all the time as it is written right after "late night." I went in on my own to order wings to go. The menu is not written anywhere, and isn't on the website (which would also be a convenient place to mention that anyone under 21 is not allowed on property), so the moved slowly as no one could figure out what they wanted until they reached the only ordering kiosk at the window. Maybe their flavors change frequently? A chalkboard or something would be nice. The wings were very reasonably priced and didn't take overly long. We took them up the road to someplace with picnic tables to eat--only to discover that one of the extra sauces was missing and another was wrong. It would also be helpful if they labeled the different flavors. Maybe it was an off night for the wings, but we didn't get the hype. I think this restaurant is suffering from being too successful too quickly and will hopefully find a way to scale up to accommodate its popularity. Maybe somewhere with menus and access for families. I would try it again at that point, but I can't see going through the inconvenience for their food until then.

The menu it's straight forward and plentiful for everyone's liking, so you're not overwhelmed with some crazy menu. I got the wing Wednesday special, $1 wings, so I got 5 spicy sweet chili and 5 buffalo. I also preferred 4 piece tender combo, it came with a side and drink, your side sauces and 5 ranches. All of this came out to a whopping.....$23!!! Crazy! Now let me tell you, these tenders are made with the resemblance of canes! It's crazy town, they are so flavorful and seasoned, there was nothing to complain about. The tots were super crispy and seasoned well. The wings were crunchy even with the drive home! I'd recommend sauce in the side if you have to drive more than 10mins home so they don't get soggy, that's just me though. Lastly, the service from the staff was fantastic, they had helped with whatever needs I had. Now, there's the drive thru or/and you can take it inside the small dining area to eat it fresh. For the price and food portions, I cannot simply avoid this establishment anymore, I will be a for sure revolving customer!

The chicken strips for the kids meals were crisp and cooked to perfection. Moist chicken and seasoned great! The regular wings were flavorful and massive! Unfortunately in the 10 minutes it took me to get home, the wings were soggy and lacked any texture. I think this is due to the cardboard containers used for take home orders, but if you toss them in an air fryer they crisp right back up. I'll list pros & cons here and a few suggestions: Pros: -there are plenty of flavors, both their specialty and their 10+ sauce/rub options -indoor seating with a few TVs to watch sports Cons(which in my opinion are issues which can be solved): -because there's lots of flavor options, there is a major holdup in the kitchen. Especially if there's large groups of people eating lunch. We've spent over 45 minutes waiting for our food at times which has caused us to withhold going if we know we have a meeting scheduled after lunch. It's also cutting it close for the hourly workers who have to clock in-clock out for their lunch hour. -there is no "lunch menu", everything is à la carte which can make it a bit pricey. How to solve issues: -downsize menu options. Less items to cook means shorter wait times. -create a lunch menu. This would also speed up the process as well as create a fixed cost. Easily you can spend $20-$25 on lunch when you add fries and a drink. I love wings; this is the best wing spot in town hands down. There are things they can do to improve, we are all pulling for their success!
