While there was a delay for pickup order, it wasn't anything exaggeratedly bad either; maybe 10-15minutes. What gets me is the quality of the wings for the price paid. There weren't any surface level discounts and I don't feel the ratio of meat to wing or the way they were prepared warranted the price. The oil/grease meant one half of the wing was dry and the other was drenched and undercooked. Not raw, mind you, just inconsistent. Personally, that's a deal breaker. Ashley... that's the name you need to know. She is super sweet. Super friendly. Funny. And makes going to this spot an amazing experience. She takes calls, places orders, and treats her guests like they are the only thing that matters. But, it's just a wing spot and you literally order and pick up. Why does that matter? It matters to me because in a lot of places these days just don't care. They are so frustrated with their own issues and they just don't care. So I still enjoy going someplace you get treated with respect. Plus... Wingstop has the best wings around and who doesn't enjoy good food and good service?! This location has it all. I placed an order with Wingstop for the Large 10 pc Wing Combo. It included 10 classic wings (5 lemon pepper, 5 garlic parm.), veggie sticks, and a 20oz unsweet tea. Went to pick up my order and paid for it at the counter. When I arrived home I noticed I was missing my drink, an unsweet tea. I was never handed a cup by the lady at the counter. I immediately called and spoke with the store manager, Isiaiah. I explained that I could not drive all the way back for the tea and would like a refund. He said he would issue me a refund asap. I do not really understand how this place got 2.5-3 stars, the second I found out of this place without even looking for any yelp reviews I came! Well cause the location was so spamming brand new only a few days old I don't believe there were any reviews obviously. Upon further inspection of its actual location rather than just being told it's on Marbach I drove myself towards the area and found it! It's a pretty big sign showcasing its name which is not hard to see, maybe from the frontage road or highway but other than that it's pretty easy to spot. Upon entry it was really really clean and brand new being a new spot, what really caught my attention was the amount of space the place had. It was crazy big inside compared to at least 3 other Wingstop a I've been to. I heard all these "welcome to Wingstop" from the back haha which was cool. Anyways, the menu was easy to read and the flavors were on the right hands side wall showing all the flavors. I had did an online order cause I already knew what I wanted. I came into pick it up but I didn't know they had new flavors so last second I switched and they gave me no hassle for it. The food came out piping hot and crisp just how I like it. The only thing I don't like is that they charge for ranch lol. But other than that, I'd recommend this place, I've literally gone 3 times already in the past 2 week, which kind of says something. read more

This Wingstop is hands down the worst one in the whole city. Twice I have had bad experiences here. One time I was trying to order some wings for Superbowl Sunday and when I called in the manager said they had enough orders and were not accepting any more orders for the day. It was at 6pm that I called and they close at midnight. This most recent time I chose to order online and when my husband went to go pick them up, it was so disorganized. He ended up picking up the wings at 8:45pm even though the online order gave a pick up time at 7:45pm. It turns out, our wings had been ready on time but because our name was not on the bag, it sat there for an hour getting cold. By the time we got it home, the fries and wings tasted horrible. When we called to complain to the manager she apologized and said they'd replace the order, but we decided to wait since they were an hour behind for any new orders that night. Two days later we call to place the order that the manager advised they could redo, we are told they have no record of the order, even though I have the confirmation email in hand to show them. Do not expect any type of decent service from this place, especially from the male manager. I do not know his name but he has a strong accent and an even worse attitude, especially towards females. He has no business being a manager and is extremely rude, especially for being in charge of a restaurant that's messed up so often. read more
