Came to try this place out, Drew was very polite nothing against him. The manager on the hand ( Joesph) no management experience at all. I ordered a 20 piece wing, 10 lemon pepper, 5 spicy lemon pepper dry, 5 teriyaki glaze. They short handed me 5 lemon pepper, I called and drew had to ask the manager what the issue was, manager told drew to tell me that my order was correct, which obviously it wasn't. Then said manager claims they gave me the correct order and it was on camera. Informed them I'm on the way to show me said footage. On the way to the store they called me back claiming they messed up and was looking at another order, and we're going to refund me the 5 wings they never gave me. So they are making now 5 wings to give me since they messed up. Keep in mind the manager made drew do all the apologizing. I know drew was just following directions but some one needs to have said manager do manager training/customer communications. For first time the wings is good, but needs better customer/management help, if drew is doing all the apologizing, make him a manager so said manager can learn something. Never even came out of the back to apologize for the mess up. They did redo the entire order of wings instead of the 5 wings requested, so thank you cook didn't get your name and drew for fixing said problem. Wings and fries are good. Only complaint is that if you order wings you have to go inside to pick them up vs ordering from the window where they allow to go drinks. But if you order inside you can order wings and drinks at the same time. read more

Wings were decent, I was indifferent about their fries and the blue cheese was a disappointment. I wish restaurants would put just as much thought/effort behind their sides that they do their main items. I visited during lunch because of the prices. I have a family of 6 and wanted to order dinner 1 night to which I tried and was hit with a ~$70 total; that wasn't going to happen. The food was yummy and filling and I ordered fried pickles with my order and in my note requested a side of ranch and the workers were attentive to that and provided me with that side of ranch I wanted. Meh .. is the food quality. We got a spicy lemon pepper and a Cajun ranch. Spicy lemon pepper was okay ... nothing spicy about it. The Cajun ranch was flavorless and an unappealing light brown red color. It also had strange smells of peanut butter and fish? But again tasted like nothing? It was $45 for 20 wings, 1 order of very strange fries, and a hands full of soggy fried pickles. We also had to wait 30 + minutes for Luke warm, soggy, food. Granted it was a Friday evening and the wait time was a little over an hour which is understandable. The wing quality was good but nothing fancy about the wing sauce. We enjoyed the flavor of the wings and my brother liked his lemon pepper vegan option. My husband and I got the Dr. Pepper, spicy lemon pepper, and the spicy parmesan. I did the pick-up option and forgot to order an extra side of fries. When I ordered it at the counter they were very friendly and the turn around for the fries was fast. I'm writing this review because I want this business to succeed. I hope they take note of these concerns and make the necessary corrections. I ordered 20 wings, carrots only, and 2 chocolate chip cookies online. I received a call while in route that they didn't have carrots only celery. I couldn't get a refund since I ordered online so I opted for fries instead. Fine. When we arrive to get the order there are no cookies in the bag and none have been prepped. So we then proceed to wait an additional 30 minutes for cookies to be baked only for them to be burned. Smh...the cookies would have been SO DELICIOUS had they not been burned. I do plan to try them again. What should have been a quick in and out turned into a 30 minute wait for subpar cookies because of the burn. By the time we left the wings and the fries were cold. So I can't even give a fair review. But they were okay. So disappointing. I'm not sure why the cookies weren't baked prior to my arrival instead of waiting until we arrived and us having to ask for them. Prep work makes a heck of a difference. Maybe the night before? Very disappointing first experience. Everyone has been talking about how great this place is, how it's a little more expensive than other places but well worth it. 10:03pm on a Saturday I place my order for pick up after work. Store front and online shows till 12pm. Says order will be ready at 10:43, so I get there a little early and wait for the food to be ready. Someone pulls up and tries to go inside, door is locked...a little odd... I waited a few more minutes for my time and decide to pull up the the Sip It window and ask how to get my food. The lady proceeds to tell me that my order was refunded because they closed at 10pm due to lack of customers late at night. Was kind enough to hand me 2 Jello-Shots and apologized. Now it's 11pm on a Saturday with nothing to eat. No courtesy call, no way of knowing I was screwed until I wasted my time going there. I was very excited to try this place.
