Standard Wingstop, nothing impressive but nothing to necessarily speak ill of on this establishment. I like that it's located in Wintergreen Plaza with plenty of parking. The location is easy to access. As for the food, the wings are pretty good and well seasoned. Fries were a bit salty for me but I was happy with them. Ordered via the phone app and my order was done within 10 minutes so I didn't have to wait at all to pick up. Very casual restaurant and never full. read more

Food is always on point!! This is the only spot my eaters will eat chicken tenders from. Service was top tier! Even had my order ready and knew who and what I ordered to the T everything well done as asked. This is the one and only wingstop we like the others are rude disorderly and disorganized to the max. Place was clean, but maybe a bit outdated in an old shopping center. Staff were friendly and it was quick and easy. I checked my order before leaving and everything was good. Got 2 3-piece chicken tender meals. Both the Korean BBQ and Louisiana Rub had a nice kick to it and the tenders were piping hot and nice and crunchy. The fries were also nicely seasoned and crispy. Decided to try the mini Cajun corn on the cobs and it was a bit salty, so definitely ask for light seasoning! My experience carrying out from this location was flawless! I placed an order online and was even able to redeem my coupon in store. The food was ready on time and I was so happy to see that this location offers the Coke Cola Freestyle machine for endless refills... Options like Coke Vanilla and Grape Fanta. Upon pick-up, the cashier helping me, Pierre, even offered to throw my fries back in the fryer in case I felt they were cold (which they were not). The restaurant was very clean as well. When I got home, I found the food to be delicious! I come here primarily for their french fries whenever I get a burger from Habit Burger Grill nearby. Their fries are amazing but the chicken wings are pretty awful. I've so far not found any chicken wings flavors I like from them. Every wing sauce or seasoning tastes very artificial. It's either way too bitter, sour, sweet, or something I dislike. All in all, I don't mind coming here even if it's just for their fries. It's definitely a treat and it is a better accompaniment even compared to competitors like Five Guys for fries. read more

i have ordered from this location twice and both time i have been very disappointed. the first time i ordered 30 wings and i selected 4 different flavors that were a mix of bone in and boneless. they only gave us 3 flavors, 20 wings, and all boneless. VERY DISAPPOINTING. i ordered from them again today to give them another chance and i ordered 50 wings and selected 4 different flavors and we only received 3 flavors (and one of those was plain). after the first incident i called the store to try and negotiate a refund on the order and they never completed the refund. i spoke to the manager personally and he assured me that it would be completely by the end if the week, but it never cleared. i am very disappointed and cannot believe the poor service at this location. i am sending an email to corporate right now. read more

This is their fourth location in MoCo. The others are in Fallsgrove (Rockville), Silver Spring and Gaithersburg. All of their locations are very consistent- wings are crispy, big and hot. I like their original hot, garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper sauces. In this location you can see the entire kitchen so the workers better make sure their hands are clean. Dining room is smaller compared to Fallsgrove though, but they do have the Coke freestyle machines. Happy they are in Wintergreen Plaza. read more

Worst Wing stop ever! Manager Jose hangs out in the back while Male staff member makes out with his girlfriend as she sat on the register counter in full view of customers! Very unprofessional. Umm, first thing I realized was, no one was wearing gloves. One of them coming from the back was using his hands making the wings (mixing the wings seasonings). That same person came and did the cashier (wiped his hands on his apron). After he took the order, he just went to the back to work and used his hands to mix other wings again without washing his hands. Once again, only wiped his hands on his apron. Luckily I came early and saw how mine was made from the beginning. The person that was making mine, he brought the chicken out directly from the bag dropping some in the frying oil pot to cook it (didn't touch it with his hands). After it was ready, dropped the wings evenly to a large silver pot/bowl. If it was uneven, he held the pot and evened it. After then, he put the seasoning on and held the pot to mix the seasoning. After he was finished, he dropped them into the box I was going to receive them in. When he was bringing it up, he looked surprised (probably thinking he was lucky he didn't use his hand, my guess). But I can't say if he actually knew and acted innocently or so. So, I don't know if he does that with the other wings or just mine ( like I said, he probably knew). But at the end, it was good. Would recommend it, if you go early and to see how yours was made. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experiences the last 2 times I have been to this location: 1. Ordered online for my order to be ready at 12:00. Arrived at 11:55, picked up my order, and it was ICE COLD. Not even a little warm - it was made at least 30-40 minutes prior and had been sitting and steaming, then got cold. It was inedible. 2. Second visit, I had a coupon for free French fries, which I was charged for. The counter person (I assume he was the manager) argues with me that it couldn't be shown on my phone, it had to be printed out (which IT DOES NOT STATE ON THE COUPON) - he then proceeded to "do me a favor" and honored the coupon. I then left the store with the order they gave me WHICH WAS NOT MINE. I drove ALL THE WAY BACK to return it...no apologies, nothing - just a lie that they "had a customer with the same name (that shouldn't matter IF YOU ARE CHECKING THE ORDER). I left with new food, WHICH AGAIN WAS NOT MY ORDER. At this point I gave up and threw it out. I will never be back And FYI - I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER. read more

On the date of July 29th I visited your establishment and purchased the triple meal really. Upon my arrival to my home I started eating my chicken wings . I immediately noticed a piece of hair stuck to several pieces of my chicken. I threw the food away.
