My favorite location! I love my wings with garlic parm, but Flats only! Their signature ranch dip is made in house is a must!! Their lemon pepper gets honorable mention. Their wings with old bay are good. I prefer my wings with dry rubs... I dont like my wings drenched in sauce. I hate getting my hands dirty when eating.. The fried boneless chicken wings from this location are my favorite. I always order online for pick up and my order is always ready in 20 minutes or less. I DoorDash from this location often too and no matter how long the food takes to get to me it still tastes fresh and hot. I like the corn but the cajun seasoning is a bit spicy but that is definitely just me. In my opinion the fries are soggy and the fries seasoning tastes off, I can't blame this location as I think thats how they make their fries at the WingStop establishment. I've never eaten inside the establishment but when I pick up it's always air conditioned and clean inside. The workers at the front are always kind and attentive. They said our order would be out in 30 minutes, and after about an hour of waiting we gave up and asked for a refund. They said the refund would take some time to process so we left. Now 4 weeks later we have not gotten the refund. We called back today and were told to call back at 3 for a manager to do it. We called again at 3:30 but the manager again was not there. I used to frequent this location all the time until it became impossible to call an order in. After that I tried to have them cater my Super Bowl party and the food was ready an hour after they said it would be. Today I decided to stop in and see how things were so I placed an order via the app 15 minutes prior. When I arrived and found parking (the lot is a mess) I was greeted by a very nice employee who smiled and took my payment. He told me the food would be ready in roughly 5 minutes so I sat down and waited. After exactly five minutes the food was ready and after once glance at my tray I was back in lemon pepper land. To this day I have not found a place that does boneless wings as well as Wingstop. The chicken is always juicy and fresh and the flavors are consistent. I was happy to see they have a Coke Freestyle machine available so you have mix and match soda flavors to go with your wings. It seems like logistically this place has very much improved. What can you say about a place that focuses only on chicken wings! Better make them good. Well, this place for sure has some good wings. Be patient though, it takes time to cook these wings. They are quite meaty (not the puny wings) and so many different sauces to choose from. 4+ stars for their wings. For their sauces, I like their original hot and lemon pepper sauces. The garlic parm sauce is too much sauce or something (reminds me of BWW sauce). My wife enjoys their Spicy Korean sauce. For sides, I've only had their fries, which are great while eating inside, and has some sweetness to them, but man they are so soggy when you get home, and I only live minutes away. Wish they can put them in a different container (they put it on top of your orders; no box). Their carrots and celery stick option is okay for those no-carb eaters. Glad they have this option though. Oh, they do offer boneless wings and chicken tenders. My little one enjoys the tenders (very large size!). Wow, the carry out order took quite some time to be filled: A six piece combo of teriyaki and Old Bay seasoned boneless wings and fries. I am certain it was at least 20-25 minutes. Staff could have been a lot better, though. Decided to give them another chance this week, I got mango habanero & bbq bayou. The bbq bayou is a limited time flavor, & it was deeeelish. I've ordered both boneless/regular wings and like the regular ones better. Monday and Tuesday special was the boneless wings for 60 cents. I ordered 20 of the Hawaiian flavor. The ordered was shared so I personally ate half the wings. Immediately afterwards, I wanted to drink a gallon of water. The salt content was extremely high. The next morning, I still wanted to drink another gallon of water. We don't need this excessive salt in our diet. So unfortunately, I may not be back if other options are available. However, service was great. I haven't been here since their grand opening when fallsgrove was becoming established and at that time, service was not good, the wings were tiny, and business was terrible. NOW, this place has made a complete 180. I must say the service is noticeably excellent considering its a buffalo wing restaurant. The order takers are very friendly explaining the spicy levels of the sauces and give out good recommendations. For the food. I must say they are almost on par with Cluck-U Chicken at College Park with one exception: they chicken is bigger and the wings are juicier! I still prefer the flavors at Cluck-U because they had a good combination of spice and sweet but WingStop is not doubt the best place to get wings in the Gaithersburg/Potomac area for the price. Someone mention Buffalo Wild Wings but I see how they differ as Wing Stop is more for the food and BWW is more for the atmosphere and the price on large orders of wings. I would give it a 4.5 for long time it takes for the food to come out but perfection takes time! There service still makes up for it. Wingstop is my guilty pleasure! I always get the family pack, plain traditional wing (bone-in) with sauce one the side. I get bbq, mango, and atomic all on the side. I do this because it allows me to put as much or as little sauce as I want. I also like to sometimes bake the wings and fries a little longer when I get home. I recommend everyone to try this method. It might take a little longer, but so worth it! The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5, is bc of the manager there. I have had a few bad experiences with the customer service. There has been sauces missing on a number of times, which I personally take some blame bc I should check the bag better. But the issue isn't the mistake but the attitude the manager has when calling and complaining. I want to be clear and say that it's the male manager there, there's a lady manager that is great! I don't say this to put him down, but more as honest feedback. You can't make the customer feel bad because you guys dropped the ball. Overall, I recommend this spot.
