Horrible Experience. I had a $20 gift card that I wanted to redeem on a meal costing around $19.80. Guy at the drive through scans the card but system crashes and tells me to pay up front. I go up to the front of the drive thru and they tell me the card was already used. I tell them it must of went through the first time with the first guy. Pretty standard Chick-fil-A location. Even when they're busy, they do a wonderful job with servicing all their customers in a timely and respectful manner. I haven't been back since February, but I remember dining in. The tables weren't all cleaned off and the employees did forget to offer any sauces with my meal or end my order with "my pleasure". It wasn't a big deal to me because I still believe that the employees do more than enough for their customers. It is however, the little things like this that'll have other Chick-fil-A locations triumph over others. The food was absolutely delicious as I always expect it to be. There are two lanes of drive-thru (in anticipation of huge success) well maintained and flowing reasonably. I ordered food to go, redeeming a chicken sandwich reward and ordering a lemonade, a cool wrap, and large fries. The food (both the sandwich and the wrap) was scrumptious--hot and fresh, even though what you get never looks even remotely like the photos on their website and mobile app. The bread was flat and pathetic but the flavor was consistent, as expected, and delish. Busy, Busy, Busy! This Chick-fil-A is a great location in the franchise! I have stopped at many locations in various states and have kept a open mind about them when I have dined in or carried out. While I do love the franchise in general, this locations remains at the top of my list hands down. The team members are well trained, courteous, personable, and professional. On this particular visit, one of the staff demonstrated over and far above qualities of all of the above. His name is Ezra - It was a holiday and the place was really jumping with activity inside and at the drive through. He was able to show the poise and patience needed for the rush of people while still making everyone feel special and relevant. Shout out to you Ezra! The facility is always extremely clean and the the food quality is exceptional and consistent. I have never felt they were understaffed at any time due to the staff to quest ratio they demonstrate consistently. While other chain fast food places chastise you or nickel and time you when you ask for additional condiments, not Chick-fil-A. I happen to be one of those mega condiment guys so they keep a warm place in my heart with their delicious special sauce!! I love Chick-fil-A a so of course I was elated when I found out there was one being opened in Olney. For me it has not disappointed. Every time I go I've experienced great service by name, consistent food/freshness & overall zero issues. I've tried most items on their menu & enrolled in their app rewards program so I've also scored some freebies. I tend to trick myself into thinking it's "somewhat healthy fast food" since it is much better than choosing McDonald's etc. They also offer salads & wraps if you're looking for healthier options. The only downside of this location is it does seem to get pretty busy (which I can't fully complain about when I'm stating myself how good of an option it is lol!), but this tends to lead to very long drive thru lines during peak periods. It can definitely appear like it'll take forever but I will say the staff is excellent at keeping the lines moving fairly quickly & even coming out to the cars individually to take orders & get them started as fast as possible. read more

I used to stop thru here twice a week. It's a brand new location and knowing that the chain is well respected, service should always be a high priority. The food tastes the same as the other locations, but the service needs help. I had to learn the hard way to always check my bag for EACH ITEM before leaving. You can place your order in the drive thru, they'll repeat it, and then again when you pull up to get your food. Do you know that they still mess it up? The staff is lovely and their smiles are genuine. This is my only issue with them. I wish they can come up a way to keep fries warm for a 10 minute drive home...that would be awesome. Will I come again? Absolutely TIP: If you order fries, ask them to place them in a separate bag. It gives you more time for them to stay warm...once that air hits you're done! LOL read more

Just be sure to only get food in the drive thru or inside and stand in line. If you order takeout or curbside, there's a 100% chance your food will take an extra 15 minutes from the time you arrive. I. Love. Chick-Fil-A. And I'm sure that anyone with kids would agree wholeheartedly! This chain challenges the traditional fast food restaurant environment by incorporating incredible customer service, to include table side food deliveries, refills, and any assistance necessary! Today, my order ended with a request for a bandaid for my daughter who had skinned her knee while playing. Not only did I get a bandaid, but it was brought to my table along with the drinks from our order. The play area is great. Clean (very important) and quiet (at least from the outside). And I love that the purell wipes are nice and handy for wiping my kids down once they're done playing. All in all, love this chain and it's always nice being in a new location. read more

I've been going to the Olney chick fil A around once a week for the past 3 months and I have yet to have a single bad experience. Customer service is top tier and my order is always ready by the time I come to pick it up. I really commend this location for dealing with a customer like me who goes on a chick fil A run for the office every week and picks up 4 bags of food and a tray of drinks each time I come to pick up haha. Pro tip: download the chick fil A app so you can place your order on your phone and skip the line! You also get rewards points for your purchases! And Erik, the manager always hooks me up with free rewards in the app for no reason! I usually get the spicy chicken sandwhich with fries but ever since the Mac and cheese came out, it's been a go to. For fast food Mac and cheese it's not only cheap but so good and really thick and cheesy! You even get crusted cheese pieces in it so you know it's legit. Highly recommend trying it out if you haven't already. All in all, chick fil a is my favorite fast food restaurant and I could write a book about why. My coworker Catherine and I are pretty much the biggest contributors to the revenue at the Olney chick fil A and we don't plan on stopping any time soon. The building is always immaculate and it's a warm environment to sit down and the workers are truly hard working and do their best to make sure everything goes well for you. However, that parking lot is a hot mess, inside a dumpster fire, inside a train wreck. I had one experience with Chick-fil-A, my LAST one. I had a really second rate grilled chicken sandwich. Tasteless chicken on an awful excuse for a bun with wilted, soggy lettuce doesn't cut it as it wasn't cheap for what you get. It's easy to see why they push their prepackaged sauces so hard. I think what shines about this location is the customer service being truly out-of-this-world (no small feat considering that Chick-fil-A is already known for their outstanding customer service). Whether I am ordering via the drive-thru (which I think is an awesome design), mobile pick-up, or at the counter, all the staff are always very warm and kind. Every facet of interaction with them has been so consistently pleasant. The taste of the food is always delicious with the chicken sandwiches being crispy and the chicken itself being very tender. The iconic waffle fries have that satisfying crunch and I would be hard-pressed to find a better taste. The milkshakes are a bit sweet for my taste, but I think that is just how they are made. This is more of a matter of personal preference and nothing against the restaurant. Overall, this is my neighborhood's local Chick-fil-A and I am very glad to have them here. Solid store. I have ordered in, driven thru and used their catering services. The customer service is the legendary, I am always surprised at how good the food is and the price is right. Especially when feeding hungry teenagers. Catering was crazy simple - very little notice needed (a few hours) and I am convinced that they padded my order, because we had leftovers and since when don't teenagers eat all of their Chick Fil A?!? Also the manager carried the trays of food out to my car. With all the food options in Olney (and there are sooooo many) this is definitely top 3. TIP: This place is crazy busy on Friday nights after football games. Kids from two or three area high schools usually swarm this location after the games, which coincides with Friday night closing time. The drive thru line moves fast even at busy times. The inside line moves fast even at busy times. It's a win win. Everyone that works here is super friendly and nice and of course chickfila food is always top notch. My only complaint about the location would be the exit from the drive through is a little flawed. I like to leave out the back way through the shopping center behind because it's easier than making a Uturn to get back on Georgia but it's always hard to do when the back of the parking lot is super packed. read more

Went there this past Saturday, five minutes before work...felt lucky because there was not line at the drive thru...ordered something different this time...I was hungry so I switched it up and got a chicken biscuit with bacon, egg and cheese. It came out hot and the cheese was all gooey and delicious. I had to eat at a drove because I only had minutes to spare before work. After my second bite...I realized, the chicken tasted a little rubbery and to my surprise...it was not fully cooked. I guess the cooks were in a hurry that morning.
