I walked towards the registers to see if my food was ready and I see the lady who took my order named Cristina (who I believe is the shift lead) causally sitting in the back (where they have a computer) laughing with her other coworkers instead of getting my order ready right away. Absolutely the worst service. I ordered 20 wings and found only 10 when I got home. A half way decent meal ruined, because I'm not going to eat the fries alone. They have me on hold for ever just like it took forever to get the order wrong. To top it off they didn't even sauce all of the 10 wings in the box. They actually deserve no star. Once I got to the store the shift leader tried to only give me half of my order again, saying I didn't bring back the other half which I never received. He finally brought out most of the other half of the order. I counted them and it was shy a wing. I know it's petty, but it should never have gotten this far. Ordered from here twice and got notified it would be a 16-21 minute wait for my two 6 piece combos. Both times I came in half hour after ordering to give them plenty of time and I still had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. I was initially excited to have a Wingstop so close to home now but guess I'll keep making the drive to a further location to make sure I don't get stuck waiting 45 minutes for wings. They were busy, but that is what stung the most I had to wait 30 minutes for them to forget them, and maybe it is a bit of my fault for not double checking.
