The chicken was cold and dry and flavorless, worst food i have ever eaten and I won't return. Pizza Hut has better wings

The wait time is useless your order is always salty or over spiced they put your order in last and your food gets cold

NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! I first visited this location back in August and I will tell you at that time the staff was not prepared to work there. I left without ordering. Today I gave the Wingstop a second chance and I am so glad I did. I have been a part of Wingstop in another state 10 years ago and know how good the product can be. I ordered 2-20 pieces one regular cook and one cooked twice (well done). Josh got my order perfect!!!! I will return! Thank you for cooking the wings the well done they could not have been better. I am so glad I went back and had the pleasure of meeting Josh and Eddie that were working. If you went to this location prior to the new management give them another chance they deserve it. If you like crispy wings ask for them to be cooked twice. They are perfect that way!! read more

I ordered food online around 8:47pm on 10/13/17. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 to pick up my order. Upon arriving to the store as soon as I walked in there was two guys who were cooking in the kitchen they looked at me and made no response. I waited to see if anyone was going to say anything, but nothing. After a few minutes a guy came out the bathroom in the back (I am assuming because I saw the guy pulling up his zipper as he walked to the front counter), stopping in the kitchen first. He then came to the front with a look of what and didn't really say anything. I proceeded to give him my information and told him I had an online order. He told me my total and I paid. After he returned my card, he turned around and supposedly looked to see if my order was ready and said it wasn't up ready (he did not give me a time to when my food would be ready) and walked off. I sat patiently to give them time to make my food. Several people came and was getting the same reaction. After sitting there for 30-40 mins I stopped the same guy and asked when my food would be done. He checked the food rack and saw that my food was sitting there the whole time. He then tried to say that someone probably called my name and I explained that no one called my name. He gave me my cold food in a balled up bag. I left and then realized that he didn't give me my ranch that I paid and extra $1 for. So it further wasted my time to come back. It's needless to say that I received subpar service. I have been to other locations for this restaurant and this is by far the worst. Also lemon pepper wings, they lacked the lemon pepper. I will not be returning. read more

Listen...I love a damn wing. These wings are not good. Someone in another review stated that they are dry and flavorless. This is accurate. No salt no pepper. Just wings dropped in hot grease turned a pretty golden brown and then rolled around in room temperature sauce and dumped in a styrofoam to go container. And I was the only customer and had to wait "18 minutes". read more

The worst service EVER. Tried calling to place a pick up order didn't answer so I placed one online the website told me it would be ready at 11:18pm it wasn't ready until 11:50. When I got there it was empty and they were just starting on my order. Workers walking in and out the building to speak to their friends when they had a line of people waiting. Wings were amazing and fresh. The fries were delicious and the cashier was extremely friendly and nice to me. The only thing wrong with it was the fountain drink machine ran out of ice. The open style works because you get to see your food being cooked from start to finish. Will definitely be going back to this place. read more

Full management team in place at Wingstop on Laburnum Ave. The only place for this store to go is up. A lot of changes and improvements have already been made. Come on out and see what I am talking about. When you visit, ask for Josh. I would love the opportunity to meet as many of our guests as I can and get as much feedback as possible. Several orders at this location. Usually order online and bring it home. Order has always been ready by quoted time, and has always been correct. Quality of wings exceeds that of other national wing chains. Atomic sauce is hot with flavor, not just hot to be hot. read more

I been here a few times and it's been the same experience. It's over priced chicken and over salted breading. I always get the boneless chicken and two different flavors. Each time it's been the same. They messed up my order each time. Save your money and go to Popeyes or Bojangles down the street. read more

I have been dying to get my hands on some Wingstop for the longest time but these were some of the saddest chicken wings I've ever had. I went on a Saturday afternoon and of course they were busy because they just opened, but service was great and the food only took about 15-20 min. We got 20 traditional wings with 3 sauces - lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan and mango habanero - and a side of fries. The fries were well-seasoned. The lemon pepper sauce was weird. It's not lemon pepper seasoning. They tasted like they were soaked in lemon and then sprinkled with pepper. The garlic parm was okay. The mango habanero was pretty tasty. But it was the wings themselves that were the problem. They looked and tasted undercooked - like what you get when you have too much chicken in the grease at one time. The skin was light, rubbery and there was no crunch at all. The wings were so bad that after eating a few in store, we threw the rest away. I really hope this was an isolated experience because I've heard great things about Wingstop but it might be a while before I try them again, or at least this location. read more

Consistency counts to me! I went to the wing stop yesterday for lunch(Sept. 14th) 11;30 am with my husband & the staff was amazing. I ordered 15 wings two flavor bones in & got the garlic Parmesan, and mild with fries, etc to share with my husband. They were amazing, & I was impressed! My husband really loved them which was great as he is a plan eater and never gets sauced wings. Fast forward to Friday night after a day of shopping my husband called me and asked could I grab an order of those wings for dinner. I asked for 40 bone in wings just like the day before. I was told I could not get 40, but 35! I didn't see 35 on menu but fine however we make it through that whole craziness and I drove home 40 minutes away to not have what I ordered but all plan wings. Very disappointing! Service to day awful (Sept. 15th)! I must say there was one man in a wingstop button down shirt that was very nice. read more
