Order a 15 pice traditional wing extra crispy and I got wings that were nearly not cooked wings...

I live in North Chesterfield and I always attend the Wingstop right off of Hopkins road. I only had a couple of bad experience with the clerks there so that's not the problem. My problem is Wingstop itself!!! Their prices are out of line, if you look at the prices on their wings that is crazy expensive. I used to go all the time then for a while I started realizing how much money I really was spending. Their prices are like a five-star restaurant and they're not even close. I know I'm not the only one that sees this they are crazy stupid with their prices! I decided and my friends to do a boycott of our own of wingstops because their prices are "RIDICULOUS"!!! I refuse to support them any longer!!! read more

Been here twice. Neither time they were overly friendly or rude... just decently polite which is actually nice as everywhere I go they are shorthanded and it is tough on team member morale. My boneless wings were perfect both times and the service was in the time frame specified. Store looked clean and the transaction was handled smoothly. I hope staffing gets better for everyone soon. Really disappointed. This was our first time ordering from this location and everything that could go wrong did. First the sodas were flat and undrinkable (tasted like they went bad). We did take out and the order was missing fries and we live to far to drive back for them. Lastly, there was a huge hair in the boneless wings! We couldn't take another bite it was so gross. I reached out to customer service twice. After about a week I finally got an email from the "GM" offering store credit. I would've preferred a refund but I accepted. This was our first time visiting the Wingstop. I wasn't particularly impressed. When we first arrived, we didn't want immediately know we wanted. We ended up with the traditional wings. We got lemon pepper, mild, Hawaiian, and Parmesan garlic. The wings tasted pretty good. They were fresh. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. They charge extra $1.00 for dressing. We had 15 wings with one dressing and they charge extra. Their fries are a mixture of steak fries and fresh cut fries. To me they weren't cooked long enough. I would give them another chance. Im so happy we've got a store here in Richmond, the lemon pepper boneless wings are my favorite..and make me drive clear across town to get some! Soo.. I work in Richmond a few times a month and everytime I come I eat here ...wings are delicious..The workers are young but very respectful and friendly .. My problem is the cleanliness.it's always dirty, the floors , every table , the bathroom ,, no tissue .. the soda area ....just not clean at all .. you definitely can't sit and eat .. Bottom line the kids are nice and respectful but no cleaning going on . I normally go about 6 pm .. management definitely needs to get on top of the cleaning or tidying up through the day read more

So overall I'm happy with the experience. 5 stars for service. The employees were fantastic 4 stars for the food. Good but not special 3 stars for atmosphere. I was very skeptical after reading most of the reviews, but, hey, I wanted some wings. Ordered the traditional Old Bay wings, and boneless Hawaiin wings and the lemon pepper boneless. The Old Bay wings were GREAT. The flavor of the Hawaiin was very good, and the Lemon Pepper was just kinda meh. Way to much breading on the boneless wings but they were not terrible. The orginal Old Bay wings were perfectly done, very crispy and juicy, and plenty of seasoning. I'll be back, for sure. read more

They also didn't notify me that the customer had called them asking them to tell me to change the address for the delivery. Order these wings a few time in the past. These wings aren't bad for the price. I've had better but if you ever wanted a quick fix. I would recommend to give them a try. I have ordered from them a half a dozen times over the last several months, and each time at least one item of my order has been wrong or forgotten. While I had been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, today was the final straw. So, where do I begin? I've been hearing the hype about this place and finally decided to stop in. Let's just say I wasted $10. The service was decent, when I walked in I was immediately greeted by the cashier, who was very pleasant!! I placed my order and sat down to wait for my name to be called. It was taking quite a while so of course I logged into Yelp to red the reviews and realized I should have read them before coming in...lol ugh! The wait was about 30+ minutes with only 2 other guest in there which were already eating. So once I eventually got my food I looked in the bag and my fries were not in a container hut just placed in the bag in a little tray. The wings I got were flavored with garlic parmesan and Hawaiian seasoning. As the other post state the wings themselves are not flavored AT ALL, just simply tossed in the sauce. The parmesan wings were basically sitting in grease with the parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. They were tasteless to say the least, I think it's safe to say that I won't be going back unless I'm dropping someone off. When I called back I was placed on hold so long that I was able to drive to the store before they came back to the phone. I live almost 15 minutes away ( yes I stayed on the phone to see how long it would take or if I would get there first ) When I got there the girl at the counter seemed like it was no big deal that she didn't come back to the phone. She acted like I was bothering her. If hadn't just got off of my 7th 12 hour work day I would have walked out and went somewhere else.
