Placed an order online and it was ready less than five minutes after I placed it which means the food was old. So I checked it in the car before I left and saw that they had gotten my order wrong. When I went inside the employee said "we didn't have tenders so I gave you wings". Which WAS NOT mentioned when I originally came in to pick up the food. He said I could take it or get a refund and was rude about it I'm assuming cause he was expecting me to yell at him. Then we realized it was the completely wrong order so we had to go back to get refunded and when they gave us the correct order. Was excited to find out that they were opening a Wingstop closer to where I live. The closest one from me is in Escondido which is quite a drive just for wings. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment after my first visit. My husband and I were the first walk-in customers (on a Sunday), yet it took over 40 minutes for our order to be ready when we were told it would be an 18 minute wait. The first orders to come out were call in orders/mobile orders, which were received after we had placed our order along with the 2nd walk-in customer. They really need to improve on balancing/prioritizing their orders between walk-ins and call ahead/mobile orders. I've seen in other reviews that even online orders weren't ready at the time originally quoted. What was even more disappointing was that our food was cold and the fries were soggy when we had requested for well-done fries. The only order that was actually hot was our boneless wings. Which proves that our order had been sitting at the back for a while. The wings also lacked seasoning. Should the wings only be flavored by their sauce? We didn't have this problem when we use to eat at the Escondido location. The garlic parmesan wings tasted more like plain wings. They do have a decent amount of seating inside, however a lot the chairs and tables weren't properly wiped down from the day before. My co-worker brought back a batch for myself and the team and we were all super happy, considering we were sick of the surrounding area's menu choices and needed a change of pace. Our lead is not a fan of buffalo sauce and prefers her wings dry. We were all really digging their lemon pepper as the wings had great flavor and were cooked up perfectly. No complaints with the food! The fries were a bit soggy but that typically happens with to-go items. This was my first visit to a Wing Stop. I've driven by many just never stopped. I was pretty excited to have this one open up fairly close to home. I ordered on the app. I highly recommend that considering the amount of people in line and waiting for their food. My wait on the app was 30 minutes. That gave me enough time to stop at Michael's(which is right across the street) I ordered the single meal with 3 boneless wings and 3 wings. The meal comes with either fries or carrots and celery and a drink for $10.99. I tried the original hot sauce and the Hawaiian sauce. I liked the original hot but wouldn't order the Hawaiian sauce again. It just didn't go well with the boneless wings. My son had the bbq boneless wings. He prefers the sauce on the side but there wasn't that option on the app. His wings were swimming in bbq sauce. I ordered fries with the regular seasoning and ordered another without. We preferred the fries without the seasoning salt. The seasoning salt was super salty. We added the celery and carrots just to make the meal seem healthy. The carrots were cut huge but the veggies were fresh. I'll be back and next time I'm going to try the rolls which they say are fresh baked. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side. Overall very tasty. I order the family pack, a dozen freshly baked rolls, and a side of the Cajun corn online and everything was ready within 15 minutes. My daughter had been craving wings and we always see Wing Stop in Poway so thought we should try it out. We ordered the Korean and spicy boneless wings, and the garlic parmesan and plain tenders. Meal came with a large fry and three sauces (we opted for cheese and ranch). My favorite was the spicy boneless (buffalo style) while my daughter's was the Korean boneless. My most recent visit was an in person and when trying to order they told me it was an hour wait! I get wait times but that is beyond ridiculous. Was excited to see that this location was open and they had a great deal on Facebook that was buys 6 piece meal and get one free. Surprisingly it wasn't super busy since they just opened which was good for me as I was on a bit of a time constraint. The wait time for the food was reasonable , they told us it would be about 18 mins and I think that was about right . I got the boneless and my wife got bone in. I was pretty upset that one of the pieces in my 6 piece was a small chunk , like not even a full piece . If I had paid full price for both meals I would have complained but I will let it slide this time and hopefully reading this review will let them know . I walked in, and right away, every employee scurried to different corners of the kitchen - already not a great sign. The floor was filled with only French fries, grease, napkins, and all of the tables, although empty of customers, were dirty. I stood right in front of the register for about 8 minutes without any acknowledgement that I was there.
