I ordered the 5 piece chicken wing combo deal with a side of rice for under $20. I love their fresh fried crispy wings with their buttery lemon pepper sauce. I recommend to order a side of mango habanero sauce to dip your breadsticks and wings in 10/10 fire combo. I love Epic Wings for their breadsticks. The night I visted it was lowkey over baked and not shiny, buttery, steamy or soft like other Epic locations. We have been ordering from this restaurant since the early 2000s. This is my husband's favorite wings. We have tried a few of the wing chains but Epic Wings is the best for him. In the past we usually order more buffalo mild wings but this time I ordered just enough for one dinner. He also loves their carrots with ranch dressing and bread. Their wings are usually good if you eat them the same day. If you have leftovers and eat the next day then they get too greasy. Service was fine since you just order from the counter, you get a number and they deliver the food to your table. It's not a fancy restaurant but it was clean and there were TVs to watch some sports. Unfortunately, this store frequently gets orders wrong or completely misses items that were ordered. Most recently, I ordered a 4 oz ranch with my strips, and this item was left out of the order. At first I was saddened that we don't have our neighborhood wings n things anymore, but epic wings is pretty similar. There's lots of seating inside with large TV's to watch games or whatever. It's located in the plaza with Bank of America, best pizza & brew, pho cow cali, etc. Staff is really nice and helpful, their app is ok. I can't even review my daughter's meal because she has no palette and asked for no sauce and her meal looked devoid of anything. She loved it though so that's all that is important. Hey everyone. Becareful with this place. This has happened so many times before here in this same location when you dont tip. I order a meal to go at the register and swipe my card and it ask you to give a tip, i put no tip unless im eating in the restuarant. Well i notice everytime i dont tip because its an order to go they always mess with my food. There was some chicken strips missing or sometimes its something different and all the breads didnt have any of that garlic butter they put on them. I know mistakes happen sometimes but this is everytime you dont tip only.I know this is 100% retaliation for not giving tip. Its always something wrong unless you give them a tip. And trust me its the current hispanic manager hes the one whos behind these actions. This never use to happen with other manager a few years. Watch out with this place they retaliate for not giving tip. This place use to great when it was a diferent manager. When it was a different manager many years go everything was always great. Now they messing with peoples order and food who dont tip. We shouldnt have tip unless your gonna be eating there inside the restaurant.
