Honestly better than I expected for a quick dinner! Something that I really appreciate is how upfront they are about how much meat you can get with each size - Mini Bowl - 3oz, Regular Bowl - 5oz, Plate - 7oz. On my last visit I got a Chicken Plate with white rice, but I see they also have beef and tofu for the proteins, and white/brown rice and veggies for the base. My Chicken Plate was around $13 and I was stuffed after eating it, so they really don't skimp on portions. I saw the chicken being grilled and it tasted fresh and not like a typical fast food place. I also got the magic sauce and double hot sauce. I really enjoyed the magic sauce, it was sweet and savory. The double hot sauce had a good amount of heat but didn't have that much of a flavor. Overall a great choice for a quick bite that doesn't feel like fast food!

I eat here often. It's really good. My only complaint is they serve rice bowls and offer no spoons, just forks and it's hard to get the food to stay on a fork. Please consider offering spoons.

The place was so clean, food was amazing and the two employees were so wonderful. Can't wait to come back.

Regular Bowl Extra Magic Sauce and kimchi

Met a friend here for an impromptu dinner. Some positives: it was a clean restaurant and there was ample seating for disabled persons, the flavor itself was tasty for the food and their kimchi was yummy. Now to my disappointments: the portions were very small, not I realized that this was likely due to the server we received, I say that because I ordered a bowl to go and had a different server who was significantly more generous in their helping of meat than the girl I had for my dine-in order... That's frustrating and made me disappointed. I was disappointed in the size of the kimchi and the single-serve plastic that they come in, though I do think that it's clever for to-go orders it simply is wasteful and it was not enough kimchi to last my meal. Finally the "magic sauce" is just teriyaki, but it's good, skip the "hot sauce" it was buffalo in flavor and not enhancing to the meal at all.

My friend and I both ordered the chicken breast bowls. Apparently, the chicken breast is cooked to order unlike the thigh meat which is sitting in the warmer. This should be a good thing. After a long wait, our order was ready. We both agreed that the chicken was over cooked and had no seasoning at all. The breast pieces were chunks that were tough. They also were not trimmed well therefore there were some fatty pieces. The brown rice and the "magic sauce" was good, I could eat that. Service was friendly.

    Angus Beef Mini Bowl

I tried the Angus beef mini bowl, and it didn't quite meet my taste expectations. It was a bit too salty for my liking, but the sauce did help improve the flavor somewhat. I plan to give it another try in the future, and my rating may change, but for now, I'd give it 3 stars. The service was fast and it was busy when I went there at 12nn.

I came here for my lunch break and ordered the regular chicken bowl with rice and veggies and green onions! I also got the magic sauce and their triple hot sauce and green hot sauce was really good! They give really good portions. It was very filling! I will definitely be back.

Hubby, daughter and I came here for lunch. We walked in and were greeted hello. I told hubby I wanted a chicken bowl. It comes with veggies and green onion drizzled on top. I also got a zero lemonade vitamin water. My chicken was good and the rice was perfect. My zero vitamin water was a little bland but it wasn't sweet. I think I added too much ice. Food was pretty good here. It was a healthy option for us. There were plenty of tables inside and one single restroom for customers only. It was clean. Plenty of parking up front and around. I would come back if I am in the area.

Doesn't tell you which line is pick up. So I guess, pick a line

Really nice fast food pick up spot for a bowl. We ordered over the phone for pick up. I arrive 10 min later and really didnt know which line to stand in cause there seems to be an order line and a register line. I was a little confused but waited in the order line. Paid and picked up the food to get a taste of their bowls. For 10 bucks the bowls are nicely filled. We got the Angus beef bowls and the meat is mixed with some veggies. We were provided a lot of their magic sauce and when poured over the beef, it's pretty yummy. I gave this place 3 stars because the although the sauce is good, the meat was overcooked. Next time I'll try to ask for medium to medium rare and see if they provide that option. All in all, this was good for a quick rice bowl at almost 9 pm when alot of the same sort of spots are closed earlier.

I found a secret item at this place - it's called raw chicken!! Unfortunately, I ingested quite a bit of it since I was really hungry. From the pictures, it's obvious the uncooked meat extended past the different pieces. I felt something rubbery and cold... thought it was the sauce. I spit out the food just to check and voila, pink chicken! I should have taken a picture of my diarrhea I had later that night and posted it on here... I wonder if that would violate the ToS for yelp. I was not offered a refund so this place can go screw themselves.

    korean spicy chicken bowl

I have been coming here since college. It is nothing fancy but it does the job. I do like the fact that there is not a lot of oil and a decent amount of chicken and veggies. I do find a little bit strange that they always weigh the amount of chicken. why not just give a full scoop instead of making sure that its exact they just launched their new Korean spicy chicken bowl. Tender grilled chicken tossed in a spicy, sweet sauce that definitely packs a punch. I give it a 3/5 spice level but I'm also used to eating spicy food. Service is usually pretty good and the restaurant is always clean. do not forget to get extra sauce I literally pour all over my rice

Pricing: * Adults: $25 * Kids (10 & under): $13 * 3 and under: Free There is a 90 minute time limit which we have been reminded on our last few visits. It also includes self-serve drinks like coffee and tea. One of the best parts is that it's not always the same menu--another reason we keep going back (honestly, every Sunday if we could!). Some of my favorite items: * Bangus Fried seasoned Milk fish * Ube pancakes with house-made ube butter THIS is a must-have every time! * Arroz caldo Super comforting, reminds me of my mom's cooking whenever it rained, when I was sick, or slightly got cold in Hawaii. * Lumpia Both Shanghai and vegetable are so good! * Lechon Kawali Fried pork * Sinagang My kids favorite item. Filipino soup known for its distinct sour and savory flavor, typically made with a tamarind-based broth, and different meats. Kare-Kare My husband favorite! This luckily has been here every time we come. * Champorado My lola made this. Champorado is a sweet, thick Filipino chocolate rice porridge made from sticky rice and chocolate. It's topped with milk. It's served hot which I prefer. We've also dined here from their regular menu, which includes Filipino food, Hawaiian local dishes, and sushi. Parking: There share a lot with other business. When we come at night during the weekdays we don't have to worry. Sunday's during brunch other businesses are closed so its not too bad. Overall, my family and I absolutely love the Sunday brunch buffet. If you're looking for a place to celebrate... or just need an excuse to treat yourself, this is the place.

One of my favorite things about this place is how easy it is. You order on the kiosk, grab a seat, and your food usually comes out within like 10-15 minutes. The inside has a lot of seating and even games like Jenga which makes it feel like a fun spot to hang out for lunch. I didn't interact much with service since I used the kiosk, but the worker upfront was really friendly and even brought my takeout to my table. This time I tried the Dynamite Crawfish Bowl and the Dynamite Fries. The bowl comes with crawfish, rice, dynamite sauce, eel sauce, seaweed, sesame seeds, and pickled radish on top. The fries normally come with sweet potato fries but I swapped mine for regular fries because I just wasn't feeling sweet potato that day. The fries were honestly kind of underwhelming. It was basically fries with dynamite sauce and only a few pieces of garlic confit, which was the part I was most excited for. They weren't bad, just really underwhelming. I honestly think the sweet potato fries probably would've worked better with the flavors. The crawfish bowl though was really good. The crawfish had this slight smoky flavor to it like it was lightly torched and they give you a lot in each bite. The rice was fluffy and cooked perfectly and the pickled radish on top helped cut through all the richness from the sauces. Everything worked really well together flavor wise. My only complaint is that halfway through the bowl the flavors started blending together a little too much and it gets boring, but overall it was still super satisfying and filling. Definitely still one of my favorite quick lunch spots in Carmel Mountain and somewhere I'd bring friends because the menu has so many good options. Their dessert menu also sounds insane so I already know I'll be back.
