This has quickly become my go to spot for chicken wings. There are lots of options for flavors and types of chicken. The staff have always been friendly and give tips on how to get the best deals. It's always clean in there. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the chicken is too salty. Especially if you have them without the ranch. read more

After working two straight weeks and handling up to 14,000 items at Amazon. Needless today I am pretty sore and in need of something substantial. Checking my emails, I received a Promotion Letter from Wingstop. "Hot Lemon." At first I was like, "Yeuah, sometimes I can be sour and bitter, but I believe I am hot stuff, so, people will deal." After rubbing the sleepiness from eyes and clearing my groggy mind, I realized it's a promotional new item menu and that I know myself better than I thought. After a quick open to the App. Clicked free delivery and rippled with excitement that they still had their $20 for 20 wings. Man I miss $0.50 wings, but you know, who carries change anymore. Selected the Lemon Hot and Lemon Pepper (10 each), then 10 Garlic Parm and 10 Luisianan Rub. Nom nom! Hard worker eating good for recovery. No sooner did I place the order and got the confirmation, 40 minutes later, the driver accommodated my request to use the Ring doorbell AND send a text message (I wear hearing aids and it is hard to hear the doorbell) The food arrived in an unopened bag with a sticker that says, "#Bag Secured (I freaking love that modicum of additional security). Three containers HOT, smoking, and wafting the promise of deliciousness. Imagine the cartoon, where the cooking smoke takes on a physical form through air and turns into a hand. And physically turns my head towards the source and lifts me floating through the air dumbstruck and willing as I answer the demands of my stomach. Enough talk! You should get some too if you feel like floating! read more

Worst location I have ever been too, slow and incompetent workers at this location. No sense of customer service. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Stay awayyyyyyyyyy read more

Maybe the problem is I keep ordering close to the same option and so when it's consistently disappointing, it makes sense because maybe I'm missing out something they may do really well. I always order the boneless wings and fries, the wings are artificial tasting and the fries are overly soft and flavorless. However maybe, they make a really good traditional wing and I'm missing that, service has always been decent and decent seating too. read more

Stop at this wing stop tmoblie Tuesdays gave 3 chicken tenders and a drink and frys for .01 and they had 2 tender for 3 dollars . First of its was so busy it took 1 and a half hours to get food and drinks. When I got the food the chicken tenders were amazing had the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. That was the only thing worth it. Fire were over cooked . 3 out of fire stars for all but tenders 5 out of 5. read more

Wingstop has quite a few locations in the San Diego area, but I mostly visited the Poway location starting around the pandemic. If you're looking for a great place to eat chicken wings, this is not the store to go to, although it's generally acceptable at best. The chicken is almost always overcooked, and the fries are mushy. The flavors they use are very generic -- plain, industrial, and lacking any real character. The overall quality has declined drastically in the last few years. For some reason, the people who used to work there are gone, and the new staff has completely messed up everything that used to be decent and normal. One of the newest and most frustrating issues is the way the employees behave. When you talk to them, they constantly act like they don't understand you -- some kind of strange power trip. After a long time, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered online and went to pick up my food. Even though three people were working, no one noticed me for at least five minutes. When I finally called out, one guy approached me with anger on his face. I politely told him that I could see on the big screen that my order was ready. Again, with the same attitude, he grabbed the bag and put it in front of me without a single word of courtesy -- no "thank you," nothing. As I started walking out, he followed me to the door and stood there for a moment, looking like he was ready to start a fight or whatever that was supposed to be. Wingstop needs to bring back the old crew or hire much better people than the ones working there now. read more

Wingstop was good overall. The wings had great flavor, and the fries were tasty as always. Pickup was easy, but there's still a little room for improvement with timing and consistency. Still a solid spot when you're craving wings. Efrain the customer service he was great read more

Rude slow ran by teenagers who don't care. Frys always cold. Nothing is ever cooked right. Some times they forget the sauce. This is the worst wingstop ive ever been too and I actually like wing stop. Just not this one. read more

If it's late at night and I'm hungry, 9/10 times I want Wingstop. What I love about Wingstop is that the wings are always cooked fresh to order. I HIGHLY reccomend ordering online because the deals are much better than in-store. I've been loving their $16.99 boneless meal deal. Which comes with 20 boneless wings (4 different sauces), 1 large fry and 2 dipping sauces. In store, a 6 piece boneless combo is just about the same price so why not order online and get way more bang for your buck? This amount is perfect for 2 people. My favorite flavor has to be the Hot Honey. I hope they keep it as a permanent flavor on the menu because it's delicious! read more

*UPDATE* Was craving hot wings again. This time I stopped in their store and placed my order since I was nearby. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly "welcome!" and treated with wonderful customer service. This was much better than my last experience! This employee was definitely more customer-oriented and engaged fully to service each patron. He talked about the survey, communicated clearly about ordering from the menu and even asked each person to complete the survey while they waited for their order. As a nice gesture, I received a complimentary brownie, which I normally would not order or eat, but I have to admit, that brownie was an excellent dessert treat later that evening! Extremely happy with this experience and will be more open to returning to this store in the near future! read more

Our server was friendly and attentive. The place was clean and well-kept. Ordered wings, corns, and ranch sauce--everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Great experience overall! read more

Ordered DoorDash and everything showed up hot so it wasn't the dasher's fault. Got 3 Hawaiian and 3 mild wings and their famous corn. Hawaiian wings were absolutely disgusting. Slimy, inside chicken was greasy. The mild wings had barely any sauce and were flavorless. I love the corn and ask for it with light seasoning. It came doused in Cajun spice and so spicy I couldn't eat it. The only edible thing was the veggies and blue cheese. I called the restaurant to see if my order was correct ( I only talked to them about the corn) and I had ordered it right. She just said we can remake it but you would have to pick it up. Last time ever eating here. This location has gone downhill for a while but I will not spend any more money here. Sad. read more

I payed for bone in and got boneless. That's falsely advertisement and also scamming. Payed for what I payed. Also the options of choice flavor were wrong . 2 of my choices were overtaken too no sauce. Fix your establishment. I will be following up with this. It's not ok. read more

When I walked in, I could tell that nobody had their act together. They were shouting out orders for people that weren't even there they were unprofessional. I visited this restaurant recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, I asked to speak with the manager, only to overhear her saying she was "too busy." When I finally got the chance to speak with her about an issue I had with an online order I placed on 3/10 for a 3/17 delivery, she offered nothing but excuses. To make matters worse, the order that was placed a week in advance for delivery on 3/17 was canceled just two minutes before the scheduled delivery time. The manager claimed that was an issue with DoorDash, yet DoorDash went to Wingstop to pick up the order and it wasn't ready! Nowhere on their site does it mention that deliveries are handled by a third party like DoorDash. Two weeks ago, I was told the Regional Manager would be calling me to "make it right," which is why I stopped in today. The manager was unhelpful, refusing to provide any contact information for the Regional Manager and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked her for her name...SHE REFUSED! To make matters worse, my order today (3/29) was completely incorrect--the fries were burnt, the chicken was undercooked, and it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. On top of that, we asked for our items to be bagged separately, yet they were given to us in one bag, forcing us to wait even longer while they re-bagged our food. We weren't thanked for our order or given any acknowledgment. This experience was absolutely terrible, and I will never be returning....among other things...(think the Health Dept needs a visit) read more

First time trying wingstop. Was scared about the 2 star rating. But I'm so glad we ended up giving it a chance. First off JENNY in the front welcomed us with a huge smile and provided EXCELLENT customer service! Respectful and helpful and did it all with a smile! Then the tenders come out and boy oh boy. Delicious and crispy and hot! AND THOSE CAJUN CORNS!!!! What an awesome meal. Can't wait to come back! THANKS TO JENNY!!! read more

We had an amazing experience with this location. The order was cooked to request, and everything came so fast.10/10!

I kept seeing the tv ad for their chicken sandwiches, so I had to give it a shot. Spicy Korean Chicken Sandwich combo ($9.79): the sauce was unappetizing, as it was tangy and had a funky flavor. Despite the buns being buttered, it was dry and needs mayo. Skip this, 6/10. Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sandwich ($5.99): this was better than the Korean sauce, as expected. Garlic and parmesan are always a hit. Again, bun was buttered, but dy and still would have improved with mayo, 7.5/10. Voodoo fries (add 80 cents to combo): can't go wrong with cheese, ranch and bacon fries, 7.5/10. Triple chocolate chunk brownie ($2.99): soft interior, slightly crisp exterior, and pronounced chocolate fudge flavor throughout. Love it, 10/10! Service was normal, but it got better when they threw in a free triple chocolate chunk brownie. It was busy at 9:25 on a Wednesday night; however, the wait time was still accurate based on the provided estimate when I've ordered ahead online. I do like their wings more than Epic Wings fka Wings and Things. I'd go back to this location and order their wings next time. To be continued... read more

Came here to try the hot honey rub. It was okay for me. I think I just don't really like sweet chicken. But it wasn't bad, I'm sure some people will really like it. Also got the lemon pepper, still one of the best on their menu. Cajun corn - you can tell it's not fresh corn the way you bite into it. Service wise, I ordered carry out via the app. It says on the app 15-20 min. I waited a little over 30 min. It was pretty dead inside but a good number of take outs. My chicken came out piping hot, but my corn was cold like it's been sitting for an hour. The only thing I gave stars for is the chicken, since it was hot and seasoned well. I'd hope it would be since I watched 4 other orders go out before mine. Which is fine, I'm patient. I wasn't in a hurry today. Inside it's clean, except for the drink fountain. It's actually kind of gross to get a drink from it because it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a good while. It's a shame because I like wingstop, but the service didn't cut it out here for me. There's definitely a lot of other chicken spots around that will give their food the attention it needs. I won't come to this location again. Nice guy at the register, but slow service in general. read more

Idk if it was the free wings day special But these were the nastiest wings I have ever ate in my life. I got 20 wings and 5 free ones. The wings were old and smelled. it's Super Bowl Sunday. I ordered my wings before noon today online I paid for them before noon today online. I came to pick them up at my scheduled time (3pm) and they told me I had to wait 40 minutes. This place sucks. NEVER again! read more

Friends and I went at around 10:30pm and ordered the 30 wing combo order for all of us. We wait around 25-30 minutes, and we are handed a big sealed bag and are told everything we ordered is in the bag. Great. Our biggest mistake was trusting the words that came out of his buccal cavity. We are expecting 30 wings, portion of celery and carrots, and fries. We get home (10 minute commute) to find out that we are missing a whole 20 wings and our carrots. And to the last "10" we did get, 1 wing was missing. Needless to say, the fries were so cold that Im certain the fries were not even warm when we were given at the store. Now, to top it all off, we call the store and tell them we are missing 20 wings and if they can check if they have it. Homeboy sighs and hangs up the phone to our faces. Never again. read more

Absolutely TRASH. I placed an order at 9:50 pm and online it said 16-21 minutes I showed up 20 minutes later and was told it would be an hour until it's ready from one of the rudest ladies in customer service . I returned 45 minutes later to freezing cold food and and an incorrect order (15 minutes earlier then what they told me) after requesting the order to be re-made he responded my order was placed at 9 and that's why it's cold...even though I arrived 15 minutes before I was told it would be ready and was more than okay with waiting the additional HOUR and some how it was ice cold and WRONG and that's my fault ? however a gentleman who placed their order 15 minutes prior to me (9:35) didn't have his order ready and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after he returned an hour later ... I It's now midnight and I am still waiting and was ignored after several attempts of speaking with the worker.. after asking about my order, I was told they won't remake the order and I'd have to call in to request a refund or leave my PRIVATE personal info and phone numbers on a list that's left on display for anyone to see and/ or grab and take . So if you left your name and phone number for a "refund" it was on display ALL NIGHT LONG for anyone to have access to. read more

I already made a review about this place and was hoping that it would've improved by now and yet they still disappoint. I ordered a 8 piece chicken wing meal for pretty much $20, which is an ABSURD price, even for california's standards, but yet they STILL manage to mess up the orders?? I mobile ordered and said it would be ready in twenty. 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting for the food. Not to mention, once I DID receive my food, there were only 7 pieces. Very disappointed, absolutely the worst place I've ever tried to find good food in. This wingstop location is HORRIBLE. Do better. read more
