Located in a popular shopping center, we stopped in to try them out and were not disappointed. The wings are great! Getting to pick from several sauces definitely hits the spot. Service is good. You come in and order at the front, take a number and find a table. Within minutes your food is being delivered to your table. They leave the wings floating in way too much oil/sauce. And that's not good because that stuff doesn't have the best flavor and it leaves a gross aftertaste. Customer service is good. Doesn't take them long to prepare walk-in orders. Parking can be tough. Prices are a bit inflated but understandable. 12 wings, 4 bread sticks and 1 small soda cost me $30. Bread sticks are good but not as good as they were back when they first came on scene years and years ago. They taste more doughy now and there's not that garlicky/buttery flavor they used to have. Honestly I doubt I return. But that's just my personal preference and not really based on anything they deliberately did. I do recommend they stop leaving wings floating in so much oil. I don't usually leave reviews but my experience here on Tuesday, July 29 was horrible. Ordered wings online, came at the indicated time and stood there for an additional hour waiting! People who ordered after me were getting their orders before me! What's worse was I couldn't wait any longer and left without even getting my food! I'll say the only positive was that I was able to get a refund (if you call that a positive since I left hungry and had to go find other food). The food here is really great. The breadsticks are honestly most of the reason that people come here. Be sure to get at least two sauces on your wings (one level of buffalo and one other sauce). We showed up at 3 and were told they're currently calling the orders for 230. Organization was dismal, a complete mess. Our order came out around 330. When we got home and opened the order we noticed the order looked light. We ordered the party pack, 48 wings. We got 40 wings and they were the tiny pigeon wings at that. For $80+ this is a complete rip off, that's $2 a wing for what should be 25 cent wings. This place used to be decent. But prices have gone up while quality has gone down. read more

We have been buying chicken strip dinners from this owner for over 30 years now. They started in Mira Mesa and have branched out to Penasquitos. We have never gotten a bad product in all that time, but evidently times are changing. We stopped by today and picked up a 20 piece strip family pack and requested it be extra wet which means extra sauce. What we got wasn't even enough sauce to eat 10 pieces. It was the least amount of sauce we have ever received (picture attached). Despite having some issues with the manager during our interaction, Andy was there to put a smile on our faces and ensure the remainder of our dining experience was top tier.
