I like this location. The coke machine is great due to the endless flavor variety. The songs are great and always seasoned proper. You get greeted at the door everytime. It's hard to do caise this place is always busy. They welcome you everytime. They stay on top of cleaning off the tables which is nice to see. Today wasn't the first time I come at this time (10:50pm) and refuse to serve me, "today has been slow so we're closing early" Their neon sign by the door states their dinning room closes at mid night!!! Already a fan of other locations but this one took the cake. The food was excellent and there was plenty of room for all customers. The manager or owner was there and seemed to know a lot of people and was very nice. The chickens are okay, they arent amazing. I have had both boneless and bone in. Boneless has way too much flour on it and the bone in isnt crunchy crispy, a bit soggy. It doesnt help that the area is crappy. I dunno stay away unless ur craving wings lik crazy. read more

Food is terrible, it's been a year sense I last went there after getting sick from it, but besides the point. I asked for 15 boneless wings extra wet. There was literally a smog of actually sauce on the wing and hard as a rock that nearly broke my teeth and the ones on the bottom smothered in oil which is nasty. I had 2 bites of the wings and shifted it aside for the celery and blue cheese. By far the best wingstop out of all the local wingstop locations. I don't know what it is but this place makes it the best. Love love love the Louisana rub and lemon pepper. Closest location to me. I really love their lemon pepper boneless wings. They're my favorite. I also like the BBQ boneless wings. The terriyaki boneless are ok. Sometimes the fries are waaaay too salty so I ask for only a little salt an they're great. & I like their ranch & mustard sauces. This is a good place and I'm a laker fan so I like it here. The food here is worth 4 star but the service is only worth 2 stars. I usually call ahead to avoid the wait so far it hasn't worked. BE CAREFUL OF CARD FRAUD!!!!!!! Ok so here goes... About three months ago I did a phone order here even after multiple prior issues with orders being wrong at this location and noticed a week later I was charged multiple times on my credit card. When calling I spoke with someone who said that I needed to talk to a manager and they wouldn't be in til the next day. I have a busy scedual and didn't get around to it so I never called back just simply despite the charges with my bank and got my money back. So a few weeks ago my don begged me to try this place again. To be sure of no more fraudulent card charges we payed with cash. On 1/21/16 I called at 1:23 and asked for our order to be ready for pick up at 3 pm. I sent my daughter for pick up and when she arrived they still had not put the order in. She had to wait an additional 25 mins. When arriving home we opened our bag and found the order was all wrong. I called and asked if they wanted the food back since we would not be eating it I wanted my money back. The manager mr alredio Rodriquez assured me to allow a credit to be issued to save me the trip back to the restaurant. I explained that I was not there regularly and may not be back for a month. He assured me that wasn't a problem he would have record to just give his name and it would be fine. Trusting his word I agreed. Well tonight since I haven't had a day off in awhile I didn't want to cook and I was in the area so I called in the order explaining that I had a credit. The guy who answered had no record of it but assured me that he would start my replacement order since I was already on my way and have alredio call me to verify. Well he did call back and told me that it had been too long since my order and he could not and would not honor it... ??? Wow really by then I was already at the store sitting in front in my car. I proceeded to ask for a supervisor and he told me to stop by or call the next day and ask for one. I then asked for the name and time they would be in and asked him to re state that he was not honoring his word or my credit since by then I had witnesses outside the store who were hearing the conversation. And he hung up on me. I then walked in and spoke with a nice guy named Jesse who then took care of me. Jesse did honor my credit and even went above and beyond to offer me a drink while waiting I appreciate Jesse and recommend anyone who decides to go here only have him take your order. I will be calling back to speak with Alisha between 9 and 4 since this is the info Jesse gave me to handle this issue and make her and the owner aware. read more
