They have a convenient location but the food service is horrible. We ordered mild boneless wings and were given wings without the mild sauce. They were dry and salty, we were very disappointed. We also waited much longer than anticipated, a few times coming here. We had called the manager and told him the problem to see if we could qualify for free wings since they messed up but he tried telling me that we were given mild wings when we clearly weren't. Keep in mind this location tends to mess up their orders and you may have a longer wait time. read more

They have 2 signs on their windows that say they are open til midnight every day & also online it says the same. I just went there at 11:00 and they turned me away and said they were closed. Went on a Tuesday, cashier was super slow, order took too long and after ordering 15 mild boneless wings, buffalo ranch fries and a large drink i was told i didn't pay for ranch dressing do they couldn't give me any, i had to pay over $1 for a small container of ranch. Called in an order for my buddy Patrick at 8:46, and was given a 15 minute wait time for the food to be ready for pickup. We leave the house late to get the food (9:05), and arrive at the location about 30 minutes after we initially ordered. We wait in line as the dine in guests order, and we pay for the pick up order for Patrick. We sat there until every dine-in guest was served, and everyone else had gotten their food and left. Patrick, being the nice guy that he is, kept me from complaining to the staff. We eventually get our food at 9:50, after the place has emptied out (not to mention they were out of ketchup... Never heard of that at an eating establishment). The gentleman behind the counter was so nice as to inform Patrick that "he is sorry that it took so long, the food has been ready this entire time, but no one brought it out for some reason." I'm sorry, what? Our food was stone cold, and I'm sorry to have wasted my time and money at this establishment. Hire staff who pays attention, can accomplish the tasks at hand, and gives respect to every customer. Horrible service placed a phone order at 6:50pm and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived at 7:18pm and the order wasn't ready until 7:44pm. After waiting that whole time my order was incorrect. I understand that it was a busy time however I continued to hear the girl up front still promise the phone orders coming in a 20 min wait. I spoke with the manager he did apologize and asked how he could make it right. However I left extremely disappointed and will not be going back anytime soon. read more

Everything about this visit was exceptional. The service was great, Braulio was excellent help with our order. He was welcoming and very friendly. He made us feel like very valuable customers. OMG i worked late tonight and was hungry i called up wing stop about 10 mins before midnight the guy i talked to jeffie or jessi was great he took my order and im telling you i got there and it was like he just started his shift..he was smiling and very professional i didnt feel like i was gonna get a bad batch because i was the last customer. This used to be the best wingstop in the area. Until a few of the old employees left. All of the new employees are poor at their jobs. Tonight the poor service was in full effect. I waited over an hour for two orders of 8pc wings and an order of voodo fries, an order i was told would take 20 minutes. As i waited different customers that i ordered before started coming and going. I then asked about my order and was told they were waiting for fries. Other orders with fries didnt seem to have the same problem. I asked again and was given the same response, already fed up i just wanted to leave the place. So when i finally recieved my order i did a quick check and left, a huge mistake on my part. I recieved a wrong order and on top of that my wings were already cold but the Voodo fries were nice and hot. I never would have known it takes so much time and effort to put some cheese and seasoning on fries. I would have gone back for a refund but i had already wasted to much time. We prefer wing stop to BWW and we're really upset that it was "closed" especially since there's a huge sign that says "open til midnight". I've worked for food service and I know how shitty it can be but come on guys. An extra 20 minutes (which is quite a bit of time) wouldn't have killed ya. I love wings!!! and when me and my husband first moved to Pomona, we looked this place up right away. We moved at the end of 2011 and we ended up only coming twice since that year because the girl at the cash register was so rude and unfriendly...you could find her face next to the word miserable in the dictionary (you can still see her picture hanging on the wall of employees of the month section, I have no idea how that happened!) I would call in my order and still wait 45 minutes to get my food when I arrived, why did I wait so long?? because I wanted my wings lol but anyway we gave it another shot in December 2012 and we're so happy we did. That miserable girl is not there anymore and the new staff is super duper friendly, we get our food in 15 minutes and you can see that the staff is not miserable like before. So if you haven't been here in a while check it out I can't mention enough how awesome the staff is oh and food is great! read more

Just walked out of the wingstop in Pomona now. I know they are new and recently opened, but wow they lack common sense and common curdisey. I have never yelped before, but i am appalled at their employees. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter before i asked someone if they could take my order. They were not busy just talking and did not want to take initiative. She got my name then couldn't take my order and would not say why. After waiting about 20 minutes i finally said im done waiting. I worked all day and was looking forward to wingstop. There were also two teenage boys who came in, the mother had placed the order online. They claimed they could not find the order, when they started the process the cashier told the biys ughhhhh well did you pay. And proceeded to laugh with the other girl at the register. Soooooooo rude. Worse service, I will continue going to the glendora location, they are attentive, fast and CLEAN. read more

I placed a order for 40 wings this past Labor Day. Now, I usually get good service and have no issues when I go to this Wingstop but not this day. The entire order was wrong except for the sides. I had ordered all these wings and had to take them to my family's house in Riverside and that's when we open them and found out it was nothing that I ordered. What a bummer. I ended up sending an email explaining what had gone wrong and how the order was not anything that I asked for and I heard nothing from them until I called the next day. When I called I spoke with a Veronica and she said that she or someone she work with has seen my email and they were going to respond to me which maybe could be true. I went on to explain to her what had happened and she was totally sorry and couldn't believe that all of that actually happen, she said she would have to speak to I guess another manager or something to see how they could compensate me and if she could call me back. within 5 minutes she called me back and they had agreed to comp me a 50-piece!!! Now that's what I call customer service! I know it gets busy and people make mistakes but I'm so glad that they were understanding and tried to make their wrong a right. They've done well in these last few months since my negative review, I have to say they're redeemed. I love their food, and service has been good lately. The Louisiana rub and lemon pepper are our favorite! Let's see if they get even better, I can boost my rating. Awesome Wingstop! I love coming here! I come all the way from Ontario just for there wings! Everyone is wonderful there! It's a family friendly place! They are always in a good mood, but I would like to especially recognize one person and that is Jackie. She is such a lovely child! She is so enthusiastic and is always in a great mood. I once saw a lady in front of me giving her a hard time and attitude. the whole time Jackie was calm and showing manners. The lady was being extremely obnoxious and through everything Jackie was smiling and showing compassion, calling her ma'am and asking her what she can do to better her experience. Every time I go in she welcomes me with a smile and asks how my day was going. She truly cares about the customers, when I first went into Wingstop I was greeted by everyone. She had taken my order and she asked how my day was going. Sadly I had told her my nephew had passed away and that I was on my way to his funeral. I started to tear up in the register. She kept trying to comfort me and tell me everything will be alright. Which I'm sure any employee would do to any customer but what really made her stand out was she went the extra mile. She left the register and came out just to give me a hug and tried to calm me down. I have never seen such care from a stranger who didn't need to do any of that. She dropped everything just to give me a hug and comfort me. If that isn't great customer service then i don't know what is. She should really get a raise, she's doing everything right to make Wingstop a welcoming place. If I'm honest the only reason why I come to this Wingstop is because of that one experience.
