Ordered a big night in bundle with 23 boneless wings before the store closed. Parmesan Garlic, original hot, and Louisiana Rub. Turned out to be super salty, impossible to swallow. Especially the original hot is ridiculously pungent that I couldn't dare to take a single bit. Please do a better job in quality control. $15.99 is no longer a good deal when this is what customers get. read more

I love this wings but dam!! Every time i call to place order they put me on hold for long but lonnng i say!! Im talking about 39min plus.. Funny thing is that once i calle wile i wasn in the restaurand to see if it was just me exaggerating or them not having a good customer service and well i was olaced in hold with the employee saying u have custumers i front of u just to find out there was no one in line and they were not taking any other order on the phone they were just chating laughing and doing nothing wile the tables in the restaurant full with trash and phones ringing like crazy.. I worked for wingtop for 4 years and we always took care of the customers but here is the opposite. They just dnt care... Management sucks.. Never seen manageres wearing flip flops wile working thats unprofessional and nasty.. Ohh and by the way every order has to come out in 15min max and they ask you to wait 30 to 40min thats ridiculous. .. Because they say they are busy wen they only have 3 tikets waiting. Service has been lack luster here the last couple times Ive come here. I usually play my orders online and they give me an "ETA". Knowing the slow service I leave my house at the ETA to presume my food will be ready when I arrive and lately I've had to wait upwards to 20 min. What's the point of me placing an online order if I still have to wait at the store. I like my wings well done and crispy so I click that option but have stopped because of how dry the wing comes now. While this location often scares me because of all of the unsavory characters around (although i go to school a couple of blocks away.) the food is definitely delicious, Perfect to satisfy any craving for fresh junk food. but remeber wings alone wont satisfy us larger customers. be sure to get some fries or bread on the side. I have been inside a few times and I gotta say I was surprised. It's very clean and coolly decorated. (They all are) It's a nice relaxed atmosphere with lots of TVs. You can watch the employees make the food in the back. This is gonna sound bad, but I expected it to be more ghetto for the area. I was pleasantly surprised. I used the wingstop website to order this time around. I came at 11:45 pm when my email told me my order would be ready by 11:44pm. I open the door and the worker tells me that the store was closed, despite the fact that my order was already placed. I thought it was supposed to be open until midnight too? Thankfully I had not chosen to pay on my phone and rather just waited until I got to the store. Ok so this is only about a very specific situation... and I totally perplexed by it. The food is great, the restaurant is clean! Service is also good! One weird thing is there is no trash can anywhere inside or outside the dining area... straw wrappers, napkins, cups lids and dips cups etc have to be left for the staff to pick up.
