Phillip was awesome, he was informative, and made me feel welcome! I've honestly never had service as good as his in any industry and I think his exceptional service and knowledge of the menu makes him the ideal person anybody would want to walk in and interact with, he really made the visit great!! Yay! There is a new Wingstop in P-town! This Wingstop location, which is in the spot that was previously a Taco Bell, just opened recently and I tried it last night. Yummy, perfectly cooked chicken wings with delicious sauces. I ordered the lemon pepper and Hawaiian sauces and found both to be very delicious. I know that if you like your wings hot, they have several options that escalate in intensity, but I can't take the heat so I stick with the milder ones. Wingstop always cooks their food to order so it is always fresh. The staff was great here, too. I was greeted as I entered the store and a lot of attention was given to my order, suggestions were offered but with no pressure. They also confirmed my order when it was ready, before handing to me, to make sure they got it right. If you like wings, be sure to try this new location. I know I will be back! Also, try the delicious triple chocolate brownies. These have 420 totally worth it calories, but if you try one, you will be hooked! read more

I love wingstop. I would order it more if i had confidence that the wings from here were actually cooked. I ordered them several times and they were undercooked and extremely soggy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they just didn't see the option I chose for "extra well done". But then it kept happening time after time after time. So don't bother clicking the "extra well done" option because they will, in fact, show up extra underdone and extra soggy. $26 for a 10 wing combo, these wings should be exactly what I'm expecting. And for the record, this isn't something that should fly under the radar. You can see if the wings are undercooked just by looking at them. How this quality of wings has gone on for months is astounding to me. I've never written any review on Yelp for any restaurant. But I'm so disappointed that this franchise I love so much has left me hungry and wanting wings from somewhere else. Get it together, cook the wings longer, not difficult. First of all, the food was awful, not only did it take 35-40 minutes to get but the wings were very over cooked and very over seasoned. The cooks were not wearing gloves and didn't seem to really care about what they were doing with the food. Service was awful the cashier Chance clearly didn't like his job and gave everyone so much attitude he was throwing chairs aggressively and giving whoever came inside dirty looks. The team is horrible they aren't trying to work, they will tell you how wrong you are and how you order what they made for you because that is what you wanted. Tall guy making the fries acting like a diva just because he couldn't understand that black fries means they are burnt.
