The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Called in an order for 1/2 garlic Parmesan 1/2 Cajun wings with fries and dips. We picked up the order, brought it home and realized they gave us the wrong flavors. We received lemon pepper and Cajun. So, we immediately called the store, told them the situation and the girl who answered said she would keep our receipt and info at the register, and next time we came in we would get 15 free wings. Ok cool. 2 days later we call and ask for our wings. The manager answers and we explain the situation. He says there is no receipt with our info and his employees aren't authorized to give discounts without his permission and no one told him about it. Ok, well one of your employees lied to us, so how will you make it right? He said he wouldn't honor what the employee said and he wouldn't give us anything. He was rude and very impolite. First time I ever tried Wingstop. There wings tasted funny, but I wasn't sure if that was just how their sauce tasted that everyone raves about. I had it with some coworkers and they were saying how great it was and how good the meat was, so I thought that taste was normal. And I had to look twice at my chicken wings, there were barely any meat on these guys and I didn't really know what I was paying for. But didn't complain because eveyone else seemed like this was normal and it was the greatest thing on earth, so I just figured Wing Stop doesn't have a lot of meat on their bones in general, but they make up for it in their "sauce". Well, long story short, in the middle of the night later that night I threw up everything I had from there. I got food poisoning from there weird tasting sauce, and had food poisoning for two days. It was HORRIBLE! I'll never eat there again. This place is disgusting, and honestly won't be going to any other Wing Stop ever. I don't want food poisoning again, and from the looks of Yelp, none of them have an overall great review score. Football sundays + Wingstop = a perfect pairing!! I usually get their bone in wings just because I'm not a big fan of boneless wings. The experience is just not the same if you don't get your hands dirty and you try to twist and turn your head in attempt to clean off the bones. My go to flavors are: original hot, Hawaiian, lemon pepper, and Parmesan. Dip this into their ranch and you're suddenly in a whole nother place of happiness. THEIR RANCH IS SOOOO ADDICTING! At times I feel like i'm only using the wing as a means of transporting the ranch into my mouth. their seasoned fries are also good but can be a little on the soggy side. Over the years, I thought i've perfected my ordering skills in attempt to get the fries cooked perfectly to my liking, but turns out I haven't. The reason behind why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their inconsistency. I usually request my fries on the crispy side (since they're a little soggy like i mentioned earlier) and at times they'll come out perfect. However, I've also had multiple occasions where they are burnt and it feels like i'm eating a long potato chip. Service is friendly and food comes out quick! My fiancée and I have been here several times and we've never had a disappointing trip. We did have once instance where we ordered parmesan fries and they gave us regular fries instead. I told them and they instantly apologized and quickly gave us a fresh order of parmesan fries. They are a bit slow to clean tables sometimes, which is the only real criticism I have. It would be nice if they allowed people to phone in orders after work or be able to order online. Some of us work hard and want to phone our orders in so we can pick them up on our way home from work. Instead, they take their phone off of the hook and make people come in to place the order, then make us stand there and wait. That's the "thank you" we get for choosing their place of business. If I wanted to do that, I would just go home and cook dinner myself, because it's a lot cheaper. When I'm exhausted, I don't feel like cooking, but I don't feel like standing around, waiting on someone else to cook my dinner either. Wingstop, you disappoint me. First time here. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat on the bone/in wings. I got Parmesan garlic and they were just the right amount of crispy with good flavor. The BBQ were also good. The fries were well seasoned and crispy too. The only critique I have is that I walked in and ordered, and it took about 35 minutes to get my wings.
