This wingstop is literally the worst wingstop ive ever been to! I never really write reviews but i had to get the word out there. we ordered a 15 count combo and asked for garlic parmesan and original hot tossed in lemon pepper. they said this other flavor was basically that and it's not! they were SHY with the seasoning on both the fries and the wings. our garlic parmesan was basically just fried with barley any cheese coating it, and the fries were the same. 1 star :/ read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Called in an order for 1/2 garlic Parmesan 1/2 Cajun wings with fries and dips. We picked up the order, brought it home and realized they gave us the wrong flavors. We received lemon pepper and Cajun. So, we immediately called the store, told them the situation and the girl who answered said she would keep our receipt and info at the register, and next time we came in we would get 15 free wings. Ok cool. 2 days later we call and ask for our wings. The manager answers and we explain the situation. He says there is no receipt with our info and his employees aren't authorized to give discounts without his permission and no one told him about it. Ok, well one of your employees lied to us, so how will you make it right? He said he wouldn't honor what the employee said and he wouldn't give us anything. He was rude and very impolite. Really man??? What kind of establishment are you running? I called Wingstop customer service and reported this incident. read more

It's about to go down!!!! Wing Stop never fails you!!!! Yes! Got to love those sugar fries. And who else goes hard on Ranch. Is there something special that Wing Stop puts in their ranch. I mean you can just drink it!! LOL... You will pay an arm and leg for extra ranch, just a heads up. Aside from that, quality every time!! Call your order in before getting there. They do have a seating area where you can sit, watch TV and grab a beer!! read more

The host was short and rude. Got to the table, server was good until he disappeared when we needed refills. Ordered the whole shabang just for our fries to come out 10 minutes before our whole meal. Big meh experience read more

This is the only Wingstop location that matters! I went out of my way from the east plano location near Tom Thumb, to order from this location. I placed my order online then called to verify they received it. Adrian was polite and courteous over the phone when I called to confirm my order. My order was ready on time, and correct. My order was delicious, I will be back here to spend more money! Keep up the good work Adrian and the rest of y'all, thank you :) read more

Young girl behind the register on Thursday November 29. Worst customer service ever. We didn't even order we left. I asked the girl if the Louisiana rub sauce was spicy her answer was "ummmm possibly idk" . Asked if they have bottle water she said "uh huh" . We walked right out. Love the wings here but cant handle the horrible customer service .. read more

Do not recommend! I've been ordering wi gs from this location for several year and over the past 2 years the service and quality ha e consistently gone down hill. We ordered for delivery today and was very disappointed. They forgot our drinks and sauces and the fries were cold. When I called they unapologetically offered to refund the cost of the drinks and sauces. While that is all well and good it doesn't solve the problem that our meal was incomplete and cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. read more

Ordered through the app. First time out of three locations it wasnt ready. They didn't really seem to give a shit either. Try another location - I deducted one star for being late Dash - 12 minutes is a big deal over lunchtime. I deducted one star for the Louisiana rub basically tasting more like playing wings because there was no oil or sauce or Rob itself, and one star because they screwed up the flavors, getting me twice as much barbecue then I ordered. read more

We went to wing stop with my family. Instantly the customer service was AWFUL, they messed up our order not once but twice and when we went to ask her to fix her she rolled her eyes before we even got up to the counter when she saw us walking towards it. She told us they were taking only online orders and once we ordered online and sat down everyone after us was ordering inside just the customer and in all was so awful will not be coming ..! read more

Wings are great. Lemon pepper is my favorite. Skip the fries, they're really bad. Adding cheese makes them worse, I believe it's just melted Velveeta cheese. Buy fries next door if you really need them. read more

The manager was extremely rude for no reason, maybe he had a bad day, but that should never be lashed out on a customer. Will never go back to this wingstop. read more

I go to this location maybe twice a month and of late they have some help that is very customer oriented, respectful and good attitude and when it was busy! It's very obvious they appreciate their job they have because it shows in their customer service .They will be promoted im sure. I just now placed an order over the phone and a young man was just as respectful over the phone.Good going Wingstop on Custer and Parker in Plano! read more

Ordered food online over an hour ago and once I show up they say they never received it..?? Wtf man. As I'm wait another 30 minutes for my I decided to use the bathroom and walked into a dungeon of disgust. Straight trash customer service and cleanliness. Do not eat at this location read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plano, Texas

See all

First time I ever tried Wingstop. There wings tasted funny, but I wasn't sure if that was just how their sauce tasted that everyone raves about. I had it with some coworkers and they were saying how great it was and how good the meat was, so I thought that taste was normal. And I had to look twice at my chicken wings, there were barely any meat on these guys and I didn't really know what I was paying for. But didn't complain because eveyone else seemed like this was normal and it was the greatest thing on earth, so I just figured Wing Stop doesn't have a lot of meat on their bones in general, but they make up for it in their "sauce". Well, long story short, in the middle of the night later that night I threw up everything I had from there. I got food poisoning from there weird tasting sauce, and had food poisoning for two days. It was HORRIBLE! I'll never eat there again. This place is disgusting, and honestly won't be going to any other Wing Stop ever. I don't want food poisoning again, and from the looks of Yelp, none of them have an overall great review score. Now I can't smell chicken wings with garlic without feeling sick from the experience I had. read more

I am sitting here in front of the store because I was on hold for 20 minutes. The manager of the store gave me a great deal last time I visited and I wanted to have it again. I called last weekend and the gentleman told me that the deal was only good for Tuesdays. I waited until today because it is Tuesday and I just got here and waited and the young lady said that they would not honor it. This place was wonderful when Oscar was running it I am so disappointed right now and bothered that I will probably never return.. I called with plenty enough time in advance for me to drive from my home and get here and park without having to wait additional time period And I am looking inside the restaurant right now and there is nobody at the counter. I am very frustrated read more

I come here often and wings have always been consistent. Love the Mango Habanero! Looks like the wings here got a bit meatier than in the past also. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more often but the dining area itself seems to be fairly clean. read more

Football sundays + Wingstop = a perfect pairing!! I usually get their bone in wings just because I'm not a big fan of boneless wings. The experience is just not the same if you don't get your hands dirty and you try to twist and turn your head in attempt to clean off the bones. My go to flavors are: original hot, Hawaiian, lemon pepper, and Parmesan. Dip this into their ranch and you're suddenly in a whole nother place of happiness. THEIR RANCH IS SOOOO ADDICTING! At times I feel like i'm only using the wing as a means of transporting the ranch into my mouth. their seasoned fries are also good but can be a little on the soggy side. Over the years, I thought i've perfected my ordering skills in attempt to get the fries cooked perfectly to my liking, but turns out I haven't. The reason behind why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their inconsistency. I usually request my fries on the crispy side (since they're a little soggy like i mentioned earlier) and at times they'll come out perfect. However, I've also had multiple occasions where they are burnt and it feels like i'm eating a long potato chip. I just wish their fries were a little more consistent because a limpy fry can be pretty disappointing. read more

Great customer service Hugo! Patience and funny... when you forget your order on game day

I waited 10 min to put in my order because they were all in the back. 20 mins later still waiting on my food. The whole entire staff kept disappearing to the back. All in all worst customer service ever. Edit*** they gave me extra ranch for the 35 min wait. Half star for the extra ranch read more

Service is friendly and food comes out quick! My fiancée and I have been here several times and we've never had a disappointing trip. We did have once instance where we ordered parmesan fries and they gave us regular fries instead. I told them and they instantly apologized and quickly gave us a fresh order of parmesan fries. They are a bit slow to clean tables sometimes, which is the only real criticism I have. It would also be nice if they had moist towelettes like most other wing places have but I'll take what I can get. Thanks wingstop for always being awesome. read more

This place used to be so much better. It isn't cheap especially when you buy family packs so you expect the food to be consistently good but that is not the case any longer. Family pack tonight had NO seasoning on the double order of large fries and they were just soaked with oil.....their fries used to be the best around. Wings keep getting smaller and smaller so it time to save your money until they can place a manager in there for quality control. $65 wasted tonight! They really don't care read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered online and showed up 1 minute before my order was supposed to be ready. 45 minutes later I finally asked for a refund as my 15 wings were nowhere in sight. They kept taking orders even though people had been waiting over an hour for their orders. read more

I order wings from this location on Custer fairly regularly. It's nothing fancy, for sure, but I don't need it to be. It's just some great-tasting wings. I especially love the atomic, lemon pepper, and Korean barbecue flavors. read more

HOW YOU FORGET TO SEASON THE FRIES?!..... This location is so terrible. Cook people's food how you would like yours cooked!

First time here. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat on the bone/in wings. I got Parmesan garlic and they were just the right amount of crispy with good flavor. The BBQ were also good. The fries were well seasoned and crispy too. The only critique I have is that I walked in and ordered, and it took about 35 minutes to get my wings. Recommend you call and order ahead on a weekend. read more

Came in at 1 pm and they still had chairs up like they weren't ready to open yet. The restroom reinforced this thought when I went to go wash my hands. Nothing stocked......looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Went to the front counter to order, was completely ignored/not greeted/told be right with you/etc as the lady continued talking to others. I observed the kitchen crew as I waited...... everyone appeared to be hating life and seemed discombobulated. The lady at the counter finally turned to me and her greeting was, "what would you like" (very low voice, no smile). I turned and left. read more

I just had to wait 49 minutes for a 8 piece combo even though the restaurant was mainly empty except for one other person. Reason being because I ordered off the app and they forgot to make it until I got there. Sad cause they had the ticket up there, I can see why they are hiring. read more

Got halfway home and looked at our food to see that our order was wrong. We drove back up to get the wings we asked for and denied us ranch (no compensation or "sorry" for the order being wrong). Will not go back again!! read more

Telephone service is very bad, I want to order something, they hang up my phone all time.

Great wings, great service & great atmosphere. It was clean & the service was fast! I needed to cancel an order because our second party wasn't going to show and the Assistant Manager, did so without any hassle! Definitely would recommend the habanero boneless wings !! 10/10 or in this case 5/5 read more

It would be nice if they allowed people to phone in orders after work or be able to order online. Some of us work hard and want to phone our orders in so we can pick them up on our way home from work. Instead, they take their phone off of the hook and make people come in to place the order, then make us stand there and wait. That's the "thank you" we get for choosing their place of business. If I wanted to do that, I would just go home and cook dinner myself, because it's a lot cheaper. When I'm exhausted, I don't feel like cooking, but I don't feel like standing around, waiting on someone else to cook my dinner either. Wingstop, you disappoint me. I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to order. Thanks for nothing. read more

nothing more than chicken nuggets with a sauce. Fries were cold and soggy... I came, I tried, I wrote them off.

The bone-in wings are great. Their Atomic sauce has just the right amount of heat when paired with their regular Hot wings. I have to say that I've always received fresh, hot fries. read more

Tried to put in an order over the phone twice. Was put on hold for over 10 min. I called back and was asked to be put on hold. I asked how long is it to get an order. I was then put on hold again without even speaking to me. No customer service. read more

Consistent flavors and decent wings compared to others. However after many years of eating here I think the wings are getting smaller and seriously needs better staffing. Just irritates me seeing staff in the back sitting around, messy kitchen, wearing their pants hanging off their asses and no people skills anymore. Turning into a McDs of wings. read more

Bad service, messed up order, lady at the register was really rude. Prob wont ever come here again

I understand it's super bowl Sunday but to turn away an order and say food will take 2 hrs...thanks!

No lines and food comes out quickly. We ordered the combo for 2 and selected the Mango Habanero and the Cajun wings. The mango isn't all too bad. The Cajun was too sour. read more
