Love this place! Came in the day before Christmas and was immediately greeted with the best holiday spirit. The staff were incredibly pleasant, upbeat, and genuinely happy. You could really feel the positive energy throughout the place. Service was top-notch and honestly very impressive, especially considering how busy that time of year can be. The food was great. I arrived at 4:00 and was told it was "being bagged up." Apparently, that phrase means "another 20+ minutes." I didn't walk out until 4:25. The best part? The restaurant wasn't even busy. Maybe five tables were occupied. The host disappeared. Servers repeatedly walked past me and several other people clearly waiting for to-go orders without so much as eye contact. Not one person offered an update or apology. Meanwhile, multiple managers were sitting at a table in the back, casually glancing over at the growing group of waiting customers. Not one of them got up. Not one checked on the delay. Not one acted like they cared. And then -- after all that -- they got my order wrong. I have a gluten allergy. I specifically ordered a burger with no bun and no sauce. When I got home, it had both. That's not a small mistake. That's a health issue. Because of cross-contamination, I couldn't even salvage it. I had to throw it away. Almost $70 spent for late food, zero communication, zero accountability, and a meal I couldn't even eat. If you're going to promise pickup times, meet them. I really enjoyed coming here to Pluckers. The evenings here are especially packed so be aware you may end up with LONG wait times. Luckily for me, it was only mildly busy on weekend lunchtime. My only small complaint is, dang the wings are kind of small. I guess that's inflation for everyone though. Our server was a lovely young man who despite managing many tables, took great care of us. The wings were cooked pretty well and of course the Holy macaroni wreaks havoc on my arteries. Totally worth it though. read more

There were plenty of open seats and several people were already eating, so it should've been obvious I hadn't been helped yet. Still, I sat there for about five minutes without anyone greeting me or offering a menu or drink. It didn't seem like the bar was understaffed; just unorganized and inattentive. After waiting with no acknowledgment, I eventually just got up and left. A simple greeting or quick check-in would've made all the difference. I wanted to love this place so much :( Unfortantely, I recieved pretty bad service and the food was bad. I get there and host tells me I could seat myself at the bar or be seated. I try finding a seat at the bar since it was really packed in the restaurant but there were not bar seats so I come back and tell the host and she seems so bothered by that. Im sat down and I probably waited about 10 minutes before my waiter came to the table. He starts by complaining about the day he's having which I try to sympathize to but he just keeps going. He finally takes my order and the apps come out probably 10 minutes later which is pretty good time. The I got he sampler which was huge and came out piping hot and fresh. I was very optimistic about the experience but then time tiks on. My waiter finally doubles back after about another 10 minutes and tells me there was a kitchen error and that he barely inputted my order. So I wait and wait and wait. Probably about another 15-20 minutes later he comes by and asks "you still haven't gotten your wings?" and goes into the kitchen and brings out my wings....... in that 15-20 minute gap that he hadn't come to my table, my wings were dying in the window. I get my wings, and their less than warm. I ask for more ranch and he says "they already put away the ranch but I can try." Doesn't bring me the ranch....Chairs are being put up all around me, lights come on, and I feel super duper rushed to eat my food. So I take a couple of bites and wait another 5 minutes to checkout and leave. As I'm paying he's venting about a bad night, a table that walked out, and even says "you don't have to tip. There should be more than one server in a restaurant this size (and there are several, but no one batted an eye at customers twiddling their thumbs at an empty table for 20 minutes). Don't expect to casually eat an appetizer while waiting for your main course, because the appetizer will come after the meal has been served. We didn't have time to finish ours, because the server was rushing us out as soon as we paid the tab. Server didn't deliver my beer (or even a water) until halfway through the meal, and didn't even put in my order for a second before tabbing us out. Server cleared my remaining wings while I was escorting my son to the bathroom, so I didn't even get the meal I paid for. In normal course some mistakes can happen, so one of these things can be reasonably expected, but not all of them. Worst service ever. We love the other locations, but the sub-par score for this location speaks for itself. read more
