Food was ready when picked up, and everything was fresh and hot. The Atomic sauce has just the right amount of heat when paired with their regular Hot wings. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and fresh, satisfying wings12. I'm a big fan of dry rub ..Enjoy your wings! read more

Wingstop - Five Louisiana rub and five garlic Parmesan - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plano, Texas

First time ordering delivery. Family enjoyed the wings and seasoned fries. We will definitely order again!

I placed an order online in the app for the 20 for $20 promotion and I was so disappointed with the wings. They were EXTREMELY DRY. I've never had wings so dry and hard to eat. I only ate a couple and threw the rest out. read more

Been coming to this location for years and it's just gone down hill. Have asked numerous times from crispy fries with extra seasoning and they never seem to get that right. Final straw was when I got the Tenders and they had almost no seasoning on them and some of them weren't even half the size of the others. Would recommend you go to a different location as this one just isn't worth the time or money. read more

Be warned that whatever time you put in for deliver/pickup will be WILDLY ignored. Got my order delivered 40 minutes early. 4-0 minutes. That's redonk. Better than 40 minutes late???? Don't ask for delivery times if you have 0% intention of meeting them Wingstop on Custer. read more

Best of luck ordering from this place if you need to call them. They famously and notoriously don't answer their phone. Not only that, the "call" feature (when using your smart phone to access their phone online) doesn't work either. When you go in to mention it, they brush it off and ask you to place your order. I've been to this place quite a few times because it's the closest location to my house. The problem with the app is that you can't really get specific with your order. Not only that, your order is guaranteed to get messed up. By the way, I wouldn't recommend "delivery". They dropped off my order at another apartment and went about life with no regrets. I'm sure the driver also enjoyed the tip that I gave during the ordering process. All this to say that it's important to me to CALL and SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING. Why is that so hard to do? So either you go there and place an order in-person (OR) you take your chances with an app or online order. It's sad. It's pathetic. If I lived near a better location, I'd go there instead. Again... how do you not answer your phone? How do you not fix your phone issue? I swear some places are begging to close down. Just give up! Close your doors if you've gotten to a point of not caring. read more

I've been back and it's fine if you stick to using the app to order. Also don't go anywhere near closing time if you expect tea or lemonade to be available. Otherwise, it's fine. They've typically gotten the order right, close enough to on time, hot, and appropriately sauced. Sometimes the ketchup and paper towels aren't refilled but they fetch them when asked. Wingstop locations in DFW are pretty consistent in terms of restaurant layout, lighting, and food. So I don't think you get surprised often. And maybe that familiarity is their best selling point. Other places have bigger wings sometimes but when I order lemon pepper here I know what I'm getting. read more

Have been coming to this location for a while now but unfortunately it has slowly gotten worse. Our fries are over cooked half the time and the sandwiches we finally got to try were not good. We tried 3 different sandwich flavors and they were all cold. There might have been staffing issues or just a busy night when we ordered the sandwiches but we waited the original 20 minutes after ordering then when we got there we were told it would be another 15-20 minutes, the guy working was very rude also. The bun was thick and a little hard (maybe bc they were cold?), the chicken was barely coated with sauce, not worth the hype unfortunately. read more

Food was great as always. Whoever they use for delivery though needs to stop "saying" delivery complete before food is dropped off. We had an order 15 minutes after the delivery showed complete. And phone number was Out of Service when calling store. ?? read more

So this place is definitely a hit or miss when it comes to the freshness and overall quality of the food. The wings are pretty good but I always get cold mushy fries. I usually order online and have it delivered and things are always missing from my order. The staff is pleasant and friendly so that's a plus. I'll be back since it's the closest wing stop to my home and I don't eat a lot of wings but they definitely need to step up their game slightly. read more

Wingstop - Mild wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plano, Texas

Ehhh this location was just ok. Nothing spectacular. I went here with a coworker for our break. He ordered the boneless wings combo and I got an order of their Voodoo fries. The cashier was pretty nice and when I went to add an order of veggie sticks to our order, he just threw them in there for free. Food comes out, I dive into my fries, and unfortunately they are not crisp. They are all pretty much soft fries like they weren't cooked all they way to that crispy perfection. I was starving so I ate them anyways. If the fries were crisp like they're suppose to be, I'm sure I would have loved my meal. But it was just mediocre. The atmosphere was ok. Women's bathroom smelled terrible! So they definitely need to keep up with that better. read more

Too much $ for mediocre/small chicken wings. The sauce was unimpressive as was the coating. I can think of no reason to return. Too much competition in the space with companies that do it better and consistently. read more

We have been getting Wings from the Wingstop at Custer and Parker Road in Plano for years during football season. I think we were as excited about getting wings as we were SEC football starting but were we ever disappointed. We got a couple dozen of the Hawaiian flavor and they were as dry as a bone, absolutely not one drop of sauce - not even in the bottom of the container. I think they forgot to put sauce on them. I called twice to let them know how terrible the wings were and the phone rang until the call dropped. Finally gave up on calling. Next time we'll try another location. Sure hope Wingstop hasn't gone down the tubes. read more

Slow service and mediocre wings. The Asian girl at the register is rude and makes you feel unwelcome. The wings themselves are small and not coated evenly or sufficiently with sauce. The fries were limp and some of them were ice cold inside. I will be searching for another establishment to indulge my wings cravings. read more

Second time order was missing items. Maybe door dash fault bad 1 star for wingstop giving much care that the order was missing items. Door dash blames wingstop. Wingstop blames doordash. Order your food for delivery and expect it to be missing half the order. Wingstop customer service promised a refund. Never received it. Oh and don't call if something is wrong. The store doesn't pick up the phone. read more

This location has gone down hill significantly in the last 6-8 months. We placed an online order and received a notification it was ready after 20 minutes. Drove less than 5 minutes to the location and the food was not ready and took another 20 minutes. Then we got home and the order was wrong. My husband received boneless wings instead of traditional wings, and the fries were missing. So a trip back to the restaurant and 15 minutes later, finally walked out with the fries. The fries were terribly over salted and the Cajun Fried Corn was dried out. And the sad part is, the staff could not have cared less that we waited and then had to go back. This is just the order we chose to review after several bad experiences in a row. It's sad that we will have to drive much farther to another location to hopefully get better food and service. read more

Wingstop is just good, solid, period. I've always been satisfied with the wings from this location at Parker/Custer - usually order online, pick up and take home. I'm a huge fan of the lemon pepper or the garlic parmesan - kids like the honey BBQ. Fries are good. Kids say that the ranch is great - usually have to order a few extra ranches since I swear my kids drink it. I also like the carrots and celery, but I don't think that's a deal-breaker for most people. We're a bone-out family, pieces of chicken are good-sized, tender, flavorful. Price is comparable with other wing places. It's solid, dependable, and we'll order from them again in the future! read more

Its really surprising when I see the reviews , when I order my wings are always fresh and the resta smells clean . And when I be at the store the service isnalways in a positive way , if any the one star review goes to oakcliff in dallas . Very disappointed when it comes to uniform there and they never once go to wash there hand . Last time i Will ever go to the oak cliff one . At this point I love this one in Plano! read more

Decided I wanted wings and it had been quite a while since I'd been to Wing Stop so thought I'd give them a try. I ordered online for pickup since they wanted almost $5 for delivery and when you add tip, it adds almost $10 to a $20 order. I picked the boneless wings with 3 different flavors. The wings were similar to BWW style but larger. There is less of a choice in wet sauces but they were adequate. I had the mango habanero which is rated 4* hotness but I've had much hotter. Spicy Korean wasn't very spicy, and the hickory smoked bbq...I got the bbq but not much of the hickory. Now, the worst thing of them all, the cheese fries. The word "cheese" here is used loosely. First, I did specify no seasoning on the fries, and they came with a crap load of seasoning, and it's horrible. It's some sweet, nasty, something or other and the cheese came out of a machine all melted, not proper melted cheddar, I have no idea what this stuff was but the whole combination was ghastly, so much so that I threw the whole thing out. A waste of $3.19+tax...and I never throw food out. They did include plenty of ranch and it's good ranch too. The wings could have done with more sauce and there didn't seem to be an option to have them "extra wet" during the online ordering process. Overall, decent sized boneless for the price, a bit dry on the sauce and not as much choice as other places. Nasty fries that I'll never touch again. Save your money or double check they didn't "season" them with whatever that disgusting stuff is they sprinkle on it, skip the "cheese". Could have been a 4 star review if they used real cheese and kept the fries season free. There are other options locally so I think I'll stick to those in future. read more

The Parmesan wings are so yummy and I love to get veggies sticks from there..They have best ranch

The food is amazing, Best wings I've ever eating. The service is terrible but I'm good with that. The smell inside is outstanding and I love it. read more

First let's just say I won't be back. It's rather dirty inside. Music too loud for a place with all solid walls and floors. No other customers. That tells me something. The soda that I'm drinking while I write this and wait for my order is watered down. Switched to coke still watered down. One customer did come in and wait at the counter while the employee talked on the phone. Customer left. read more

These are the only wings I'll eat! Garlic Parm is my favorite but the spouse likes spicy. Great crispy and perfect everytime!

This location forgot parts of my order and they dont even have a working phone to make it right. Never come here

Y'all mf lazy af and that's why u stuck working at a wingstop. 2 stars rly? Have some pride maybe? Ik dominos employees that actually give af. Nobody can answer the phone any time of day and employees are rude like they don't care abt their job even tho that's the only thing going for them. A dozen of us waiting for our wings. Running a little behind but not to bad especially if order on line.

If I could give a zero, I would...I placed my order at 6:47pm...All I ordered was a large fry, 3 fresh baked rolls, regular blue cheese, & a side of atomic sauce...It took 33mins to receive my order & once my order was received, the fries were extremely cold, the rolls were not freshly baked, as a matter of fact, they tasted very stale...And my side of atomic sauce container was only halfway full...In no way shape form or fashion, should it take 33mins to receive fries & rolls...And once again, very, very, very cold! I will never return to this location again & I will not recommend this location to anyone! read more

The wings and fries are absolutely amazing! All big and meaty, juicy, fresh out of the fryer, covered in a delicious sauce of your choice. I never knew lemon pepper could taste so good! This was the worst wing experience I ever have eaten. I wish I could put a minus 5 star. They should not ever cook this tiny whole wings. The food was terrible. It was dry and cold and tasted awful.
