I'm sad to say, this store ALWAYS disappoints. When I ask for extra hard, I get regular. When I ask for wet, I get dry. Forget about trying to call your order in...half the time they never pick up!! And if you go in the store, you better start the conversation off with a joke to get the attendants smiling, otherwise they'll give you attitude while you place your order. You can always here them talking about how they are pulling a double or otherwise. #OverWorked and #UnderPaid makes for a crappy customer experience. It's always a management issue. So disappointing! I tried ordering here through DoorDash twice in one week (Saturday night, and then following Friday night), and WingStop cancelled both times! When I ordered then called the first time, they said they didn't have my order. The second time I ordered then called, they left me on hold forever and then ended up canceling my order. I normally order from Wingstop by UCF and accidentally placed my order here and I'm kinda glad I did! Walked in, was genuinely greeted and two girls were at the counter ready to assist. Both super friendly and very engaging We sat down to eat and each other them came out at different times to ask how our meals were and if we needed anything. The restaurant is clean and tidy, tables are always clean, and from the looks of it, so was the kitchen on top of that organized. I'm used to seeing team members chatting and the team here seemed to really be on their "A-Game" I might just order more often from here and drive the extra 30 minutes to come here. read more

A number of months ago I had an pickup order that I purchased from2911 E. Colonial Dr. Ste 3 Orlando, FL 32803 store and it was just horrible. I wrote only the second review in my life that is how bad it was. At that time I just figured I would never go back and that was that. The manager called and explained the problems and the she was the new manager and wanted to make it right. I explained that was not necessary but agreed. She offered 30 wings and a large fry to replace the order I had that was ruined. I said how do they know and she said I will make sure and just come in and give you name and will be taken care of. Today Jan. 10, 2021 I called to redeem the order and they explained it would just be a large fry. These people just do not get customer service. It is embarrassing enough to bring home nasty inferior food to the family but when they reach out and insist that they want to make it right and then don't even honor it that is just wrong. I never asked for a refund (which I wish now I had just done) and this has me thinking this store will NEVER get it right! I have used Wingstop as my go to place for years but this location just does not get it. Just so you know the help called the General Manager but she was too busy to follow through on it herself. After I realized it had been a total of 45 min and the staff was just standing around chatting I asked when it was going to be ready and the cashier says "ohh it's right here" and the manager doesn't even look at me but just says "sorry." My first (and only) visit was very disappointing. The fact that the dining room was empty at the height of the dinner hour should have been a clue as to what would transpire. The first thing I noticed was that there were no draft beer options, just bottles. The sauce options for wings was also rather limited. Although the counter service was fast and friendly, ultimately the disappointment continued. I was advised that my order would take "about 20 minutes." That seemed excessive given the very low customer volume, but I wasn't in a big hurry, and had already paid. While my order was ready sooner than expected, it turned out to be incorrect (boneless wings instead of bone-in). When I brought this error to the staff's attention, they offered no apology, and I literally had to ASK for my order to be re-done. After waiting longer than I should have for my correct order to be prepared, I eventually just walked out. It is quite clear that the owner of this Wing Stop franchise takes no active interest in staff training or customer satisfaction. I won't be back. read more

Black dude with braids on each side says 10 minutes on the phone EVERYTIME I go there after 20 and my order is NEVER ready, the last time it was sitting on the counter and they told me wait a minute and were talking and actually dancing at the register like degenerates. I've ordered from this location a couple of times and tonight will be the last. We ordered through door dash and after receiving it, half of it was missing. I called them about the two meals and a woman answered, I informed her about my order and I was met with a sour attitude and "I made that order and I know I made that" I explained that it wasn't in the bag and eventually after talking to multiple employees the consensus was that they didn't know what happened and I was told to contact door dash three times while trying to ask questions about my order. I contacted door dash and they tried to resubmit the missing items three times and my order was canceled all three attempts. These people don't want your money and unfortunately with how these third party delivery services work, door dash will be the ones that take the hit. Thankfully I was refunded and door dash helped me out.
