Super easy to order online! I arrived early to pay and they gave me an update on my order. They have military discount, which is awesome! After I paid, I was offered a drink while I waited. What great customer service! I am amazed with just my initial impression. The restaurant is fairly clean and I would've dined in if I didn't have someone waiting at home for food. Probably the worst service I've had at any wing stop in my entire life. I had to tell the woman at the front counter 3 times and she still messed my order. One of my party asked if they had anything that wasn't fried and the woman didn't seem to understand what frying something was and responded with "we put it in those things". We sat and waited and people that got there 10 minuets after us got their food before us. I asked and she forgot who I was , when there was only 2 groups sitting in there and the other guys already got their order. They totally forgot to make our order and had it ready in a couple minuets but then I checked the order and they forgot to put vegetables in along with not putting any blue cheese in the bag which she then told me they where out off. The negative reviews about this place are all true! Poor delivery service, no ice in my drink. Way too much seasoning on my fries and burger when I put regular seasoning. This wing Stop is always filthy and gross. The floor is always sticky when you walk, the condiments where you get ketchup, paper towels are always dirty it doesn't seem that they wipe it and the bathroom the trash always full and toilet paper are on the floor. When I walk in tables are left dirty with foods from previous customers. Owners or Managers of this Wing Stop should really monitor their hired workers it seems that workers doesn't mind their dirtiest place where people eat. read more

I ONLY order traditional so I can't speak for the boneless wings but IMO traditional wings are just more flavorful. Best fries too and their ranch dipping sauce is the best. I ordered the food and the app read 20 to 24 mins i arrived and was told 20 more mins, i waited the 20 more mins and walked back in and was told 20 more mins (now 40mins plus the 24 mins) walked in again and it took another 5. One hour and 15 mins to get a 10 piece and corn. Get home 5 mins away and the corn was ice cold and only got 9 wings. Update the app to read real time waits. I do not recommend this place. I tried calling to make a pickup order 3 times. No one answered the phone. Then I placed the order online and showed up in the store 10 minutes early. So I wanted to see what they do when someone calls because they just seem to ignore it. So I called and watched and that's exactly what they did they just ignored it and let it ring. Also I came in around 9:45-10:00pm. They weren't busy but somehow had time to mop and put all the chairs on the tables a hour before close. But still yet not answer the phones. read more

Food was good as usual. Service sucked as usual. Order wasn't ready on time. I ordered carrots, they didn't have carrots so I got celery only instead. I look in kitchen and an employee was peeling carrots. Cook kept touching his phone while cooking. I get my food and go home. All my wings, boneless wings, and tenders are stuffed in one box. Would have been ok, but buffalo items mixed with lemon pepper items is not ok. I was missing part of my order, I had to drive back to get it. They gave me a few more boneless wings for the inconvenience and an extra ranch cup. I get home (again) ranch everywhere! Our wait time was 2hrs due to super bowl weekend and the employees were extremely kind to us for waiting patiently. Unlike everyone else. I was put on hold for 10 minutes when i tried to call in for an order and eventually i just had to call again because i think they forgot i was on the line. It was really hard to understand what they were saying somewhat in person and on the phone. when i came in it was totally empty so i was like why did it take 30 minutes for my order and why was i on hold for so long then?? I would rate this place less than that if they had a lower category. Employees seem to be very distracted all the time. I usually order from this place often because my kid loves wings and the "convenience" of being so closed to my place. I'm always missing items but I'm too busy to go back and claim my missing items so I usually just brush it off and move on. This time I place an order online (not doordash) I was missing half of my order. I called to restaurant to let them know I was missing alot of my items. After speaking to the "General Manager" she said to contact doordash because it was not their fault I was missing items, although I stated my bag was sealed and the driver handled the order directly to me.....two employees I spoke to stated that this incident was strange because they both personally packed my order .....not to mention the "general manager" was screaming at me trying to make her point clear. Also beware AT&T users, my friend and I ran into the same problem with limited to no service using AT&T in the area. The first time was during their opening month and then I experienced a lack of knowledge on the part of the staff, what seemed to be high schoolers more keen to joking with each other than customer service, and inexperience all around. I figured it's a new location, I'll turn my head this time. Today, I made an order at 1:30pm for a 3pm pickup that I explicitly stated to them and which they confirmed multiple times. Service is typical for a wing stop. No managerial skills present. It's clean ( just opened ) no way to dry hands in bathroom. No change in register? Took a bit of time their. Wings are pretty good but the service is always bad at Wingstops. put the blame on upper management and hiring practices ?
