Waited almost an hour just for a wrong order. And they kept serving people that came in after my order and made the wait time terrible.

unfortunately whichever Wingstop you go to is never gonna be good. Something is always wrong wherever one you go to, which is upsetting. Especially when Wing stop or Epic wings are the only place you can go for wings. I had ordered Cajun and lemon pepper boneless wings and I was given original hot instead and there is barely any lemon pepper seasoning. Last time they forgot my ranch, majority of the time the fries are always cold and soggy. Wing stop in general need to do better. Someone is gonna read this but there won't be change. We came here 7/21/2022at 9:00pm. After waiting 50 minutes one of the kids in the back came out to tell us that they were out of fries. After 50 minutes of waiting. They offered more wings. We did not want more wings and asked for a partial refund. The manager Emily said that they cannot do a partial refund. She did not apologize for making us wait for 50 minutes for nothing. She didn't even acknowledge it. She seemed like she didn't want to be there the entire time we were there. This is literally the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Picked up my order and the store was extremely smoky and dirty. The wings and fries were cold, hardly seasoned to the point I could not tell if they had the flavor put on them, and everything was sitting in a pool of oil. Service at this location is slow and lacking customer service. We waited for our order for over 40 minutes. We placed the order around 8:30pm on a Thursday night so the dinner rush shouldn't have been a factor. When my partner asked for an update on our order, we found out our food had been sitting in their Take Out area for quite some time. They allowed us to sit in the restaurant for over 40 minutes with no communication. We were not approached one time regarding the status of our order. I give this place 1 star due to my bad experience at this establishment. The poor experience started off with the cashier, not sure of her name but she had pink hair and was pretty rude. She would keep cutting us off in our order and didn't seem attentive. This could explain why our order was completely botched. There was a nice gentleman who brought our order out, once we got back home I noticed they left out our fry. So we came back and were compensated with a complimentary large fry. Then I go back to home, again, open my wings and noticed the wings were a completely different order. I must commend the Wingstop location in San Marcos, CA for always working in such a quick manner. However, this location as well as the location on Hacienda Drive are absolutely treacherous. The Douglas Dr. shift leader/manager continues to verbally and visually harass clients/customers. I have resided near this location for almost 26-28 months. There is always, always an issue with her. While I am not aware of her name, she appears to lead the team. Absolutely a horrible leader. I have also experienced issues with her on the phone, even though, I always order the same Chicken Tender combo/ same sides, same beverage, same order. She is a problem and should have been terminated forever ago. Between 510 Hacienda Dr & 35 Douglas Dr, I have no idea which is worse. Finally, the shift/team leader at this location presented myself with multiple, multiple coupons for what I assume may have been an apology for the lack of customer service skills as well as management skills. When I arrived to utilize my last coupon, she stated that she did not remember giving them to me and also threated to phone the authorities. Please terminate this employee. Lastly, I highly recommend having someone also inspect the Wingstop location located within Escondido near Palomar College as I arrived to place and order and was told it was too close to closing time. I love ordering online for pick up! So easy and the packaging was neat. I called before walking in to make sure my order was ready before walking in. I really liked the lemon garlic sauce but I recommend trying the tenders if you like the boneless wings! My favorite will always be the Garlic Parmesan! Normally not impressed by Wingstop. It's like any other wing place, fast paced or busy. A good place for takeout. But this location in particular is now my FAVORITE! I just moved to area from LA. This Wingstop has some of the most genuine and polite employees. Aside from that Taste of everything was perfect, THATS A FIRST. Other wing stops will normally mess something up. Update: I decided to give Wingstop another try. The workers were friendly and the order took about 10 minutes. I ordered "extra" sauce for $0.99 because last time the wings did not have enough. I ordered takeout which took about 20 minuets because the wings are cooked as you order. While waiting I tried the soda machine and was not happy. So many different flavors, but the soda was flat and tasted plain. I tried 3 different sodas and all came out the same way. The wings were extremely dry and the sauce didn't even cover the wings. I literally had to add my own hot sauce to make them eatable. The fries were very soggy and I ended up throwing them away. They are stingy with the ranch, 1 dipping cup per 10 wings, you can order more for $1.50. Overall, not a great 1st impression. This experience was completely unacceptable. The order said food was delivered but wasn't here and I searched everywhere but nowhere to be found. So I called the deliver number, no answer, i called the Wingstop location and no answer, so frustrating I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Then 10 minutes later I receive an email saying the order was cancelled? I had family over waiting to eat and was so embarrassed the food didn't come. He checked the bags before he left but when I sat down to open the box a huge puddle of grease was inside my wing box (covered in my wings.) The whole bag was greasy and leaked through the bag and onto my car (is what my husband told me.) I ordered 10 wings and received only 8 with no ranch, which I had ordered.
