Wingstop is usually the place I go to when I don't know what to eat. Tonight's order was the 30 piece classic crew pack. Chicken was asked for well down and flats which they did correctly. Fries we asked for well done and it did not deliver. Even from the initial eating fries from the bag while driving home they were not well done. More like barely cooked. So I had to put the in the air fryer while we ate our wings. We usually do take out. Parking isn't always difficult to find. Beware on Friday nights because of the street market. Parking might be difficult. However, we rarely eat there. While I was waiting for the wings to finish packing, I sat at the tables. The table I was sitting at was clean. Make sure you join their rewards club. You get a lot of cool perks and such. This order today I got 20% off my order. Which is amazing. You also get to try new exclusive flavors or limited time flavors as well. read more

I am a simple person, I like simple delicious food. Been enjoying my chicken wings with WingStop for the longest time I can remember. When they release a new flavor, I have to put that in my mouth. I always order to pick up so there's not much customer service that I can review on but they always welcome me loudly and friendly when I walk through the front door. It's a small dining area but they keep it welcoming with a chilled vibe all the time, I usually see family and teens gathering and hanging out there. I really appreciate the new flavor, very citreous and tangy. Definitely refreshing from eating lots of meat. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Monrovia, California

What's up: Grabbing some good for game night with friends. We had wings in mind and what better place to grab wings than Wingstop? Yum! Parking: Located in the Foothill Park Plaza, the shop shares its parking with the nearby businesses. There was plenty of parking available. Environment: We placed our order ahead of time using UberEats. When we arrived, there was a short wait before it was ready, even though the app said it should have been ready. The place was busy, so we understood why there was a delay. They have a few tables inside on the left side of the restaurant for dining. The order counter is right up front with the menus overhead. The live order status board is on the right of the order counter; I kinda wished it faced outwards so we didn't have to cram into the building to see the status, especially since it was busy. What was ordered: - Boneless Meal Deal for Two (Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, Spicy Korean, Atomic) - Fries (yum) - 10 Wings (Free with $25 purchase) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The food was good! Since we had a good number of wings, we were able to get different flavors. Order on UberEats for a deal. Credit cards accepted. read more

Came all the way here and was told they no longer have the 30/$30 wings promotion. Then why make it still available for pick up? Ugh. read more

Wingstop - 30 for $30 available for carry out, but was just told when I got here they didn't have this promotion anymore? Interesting. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Monrovia, California

Lol came here during the insane T-Mobile Tuesday $0.01 Wingstop 3 piece Tendies deal and it was a madhouse. Absolute chaos. I ordered a 3 piece tendies (garlic parmesan) + fries + a medium drink all for one penny. I ordered ahead on the metro while on the commute back home and probably came to Wingstop 25 minutes after I ordered. Because of how crazy it was, I still ended up waiting a full hour after that before I got my food. There was no line, just a giant swarm of people in front of the counter (me included), with our phones out, shouting our names to see if our order was ready soon. The staff here were absolute champs that night. They actually ran out of tendies very quickly so I ended up with boneless chicken nuggets - but they gave a boxful so I got like 12 pieces. The chicken was piping hot, crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. My only gripe is that it was pretty greasy and salty - but still delicious nonetheless. Free parking in the shared parking lot. They have a few tables inside for indoor dining, as well as a gender neutral restroom. read more

The wings are burnt and fries are extremely salty..........yu!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my girlfriend next door to Hydration Room for IV therapy; she just had chemotherapy yesterday and was vomiting all day. She couldn't drink anything, so she wanted some ice. I went next door to Wingstop and didn't want to ask for free ice, so I bought a $3.29 bottle of Dasani. This is the same water that costs around 35 cents a bottle at the supermarket when purchased in a 24 pack. The employee already had a poor attitude to start. After purchasing the water, I asked him for a cup to put ice. He gave me a small cup, so I asked him if I can have a larger cup. He said some nonsense like, "No, the larger cup is only if you paid for it, the smaller cup is for free water." I understand, but at the same time, I literally paid $3.29 for a bottle of water. Please have a little compassion for my girlfriend that's going through a horrible disease. read more

They make their lemon pepper wings so good that I'm on the hype train for it now. The service is quick (I ordered online ahead of time) and nice too. As expected ambiance for a fast food chain. It seems well running. read more

A friend of mine told me do not go to that Wingstop let's go to a different Wingstop. I told him I'm hungry. I don't wanna drive for so I ended up going to that Wingstop and as soon as I got my chicken back, it was uncooked some of it was cooked. Some of it wasn't this is very unsanitary very nasty. What if somebody kid would've ate this not knowing this supposed to be a place that professionally cooks chicken wings, and served me some uncooked chicken. read more

Food can be either amazing crispy fresh and delicious or soggy not hot enough so it is a gamble each time which it shouldn't be but it really depends so that's why I'm going middle of the road on this review. The DoorDash experience from here has been great every time so I really appreciate that! Place itself is a little too small to eat there. read more

This place is a JOKE.... Rude manager, & he didn't care!!! NEVER going back... minus 10000 stars. The corporate office was worse. I'm deleting their app immediately. Don't go save your sanity your money and your well-being. read more

The food has the same taste no doubt but the service is quick and efficient. I eat here frequently and I love the location. Almost like it's a little hole in the wall but with better ranch haha. read more

For a restaurant franchise the wings and flavors here are good. But for some reason this location can never get my order right. When I order pick up I have to always make sure my whole order is in the bag. If I don't check myself there is for sure something I would be missing. For example I ordered two orders of 10 piece classic wings, in the bag there's only one order. If I don't take the time to check myself I would go home with half my order and money wasted. This has happened more than once and I've just learned to not go to this location anymore. read more

Omg. They have zero sugar Barq's Root beer in their soda machine. I might be behind on knowing this but it made me so happy. Now onto the food Had garlic parm tenders. They were cooked perfectly and the flavor was good. The blue cheese was ok, not the best Ive had. Now the fries, not my favorite by far. Very greasy and limp. They are undercooked but not by appearance. I'm wondering if they were reheated. I wouldn't rush to have them again read more

Anyone else got this "wing stop" craving because of the Tik Tok Wing Stop Mukbangs?? Well, they keep popping up and it got me! And all of them are getting tenders. I never got tenders until those videos and I am glad I did. They are PERFECTLY crispy and the "crunch" sound you hear from those videos... are pretty damn accurate. Ranch is ALWAYS on point, and you should definitely get extra. But not like the Large size cause that's just a lot of ranch. But you do you! haha Something about wing stop's soggy but crispy fries are also ALWAYS on point. It's amazing. Service was great here. read more

This hurts because I've been coming here since 2014, but the wings suck asshole now. They are so damn greasy I feel like im seconds away from experiencing cardiac arrest. I used to love the wings here but they aren't good anymore, and the im noticing this about every wingstop in the area. Wings are so ass I might turn vegan. read more

So, I thought about posting after or not going back. So, yesterday I went to wing stop for a bite. During my lunch, I noticed the guy taking orders had went to the sink and blew his nose. He proceeded to return to the register and take another order. What's missing? He did not wash his hands. A few minutes later, same thing. Blew his nose again. We went back into the kitchen area. Again, he did not wash his hands. At this point I thought it would be best not to call him out, but leave. What should I have done. This footage can be seen on the restaurant cameras. read more

Surprised to see some of the reviews for this location so thought I'd give my experience. The food including wings, fries, corn etc are 5/5. They make the wings great, have all the flavors and have packaged them well for my orders. I will say something is definitely wrong with their soda machine, as it can't even make a regular coke correctly (as of November 2023). I hope a manager or someone from the store may see this and fix the issue, as it is disappointing. The store is also small as most wing stop locations. You're really meant to pick up your order or get delivery, not a place to sit down and eat. The employees have always been nice and professional when I've ordered inside, and it's fairly clean. My go to wings are them original hot (buffalo), lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I think they have a perfect buffalo that mixes well with their ranch. If you haven't had wing stop ranch, then I implore you to stop reading this review and get an order in. The ranch is my wife's favorite part! I also highly recommend the grilled corn as a good shareable side. read more

Horrible service, this place ALWAYS messes up, even we though we go back to try to fix our order and i finally had enough, the incoherent associates that work there messed up and forgot a simple order in which i called back and complained and after a lot of back and forward they said we can come back another day to get our boneless wings, they said they'd write it in the book, fast forward a week later today, i go to claim my wings and the manager told me he had no clue what i was talking about even tho i showed the NOTE a MANAGER gave me and they said there's just nothing they can do about it, i don't mind to pay the wings, but cmon it was 15 wings they forgot to pack in my bag. if you want your money wasted and your food cold then come here read more

As far as Wingstop goes, this is a S Tier location. Staff is always professional, welcoming, and diligent. The wings are cooked to perfection even on their busiest of days. The location is kept clean despite the amount of foot traffic they get. I have blogging to this location for almost 10 years. Even when they get orders wrong or fall short of wings ordered, they don't hesitate to make things right. If you ever pass by Monrovia and you're craving wings, this would be the location to get them. read more

Junior gave us a hard time when we asked for sauce that we had paid for. Bad service, bad attitudes and I'm extremely disappointed. My order was also missing items that I had already paid for online. I came into this Wingstop on a Friday night after calling in my order via phone. The service I received from beginning to end was so phenomenal that I was inclined to write a review about my experience. 1. I called my order in, as opposed to using the app (because I wanted to pay in cash) phone call was answered on 2nd ring and I was politely asked to be on hold. The hold lasted less than a minute and I was kindly greeted, asked for my name and my order was taken. I wasn't rushed, or asked multiple times if "that's all" I wanted. This was a good start already! I was given my total for the order, and told my food would be ready in 15 minutes. (I live about 8 minutes away from this location and was getting into my car as I made the phone call so timing was awesome! 2. I arrived at the Wingstop restaurant, and from the outside I could tell it was a busy night. (Friday is Monrovia street fair night, so it's usually busy in the area, I wasn't too shocked) Apparently Wingstop is running a promotion of "15% off your order with a show of wristband from rides and attractions from the fair" so it was extra busy due to this cool promotion. 3. I went inside after about 5 minutes or so after arriving, and there was only one customer in front of me who was ordering to go. When I was next up, the employee who was at the register (Avery) greater me with a kind smile, and asked "how are you" to which I replied "I'm good, how are you this busy evening?" And then proceeded to tell him I was there to pick up a phone order and gave my name. ... here's where it gets good! 4. Despite the restaurant being jammed packed with customers sitting down enjoying their meal, and the growing line of customers behind me. All of the staff at this location was cool, calm and collected. From the chefs in the kitchen cranking out orders, to the front counter set up and organization of completed orders ready for pickup. Everything looked in placed and running smoothly. 5th & final statement: My order was ready , and I received it promptly after I paid. The customer service was excellent, considering how busy and crowded the place was. I loved the energy of the employees and their ability to get the job done and work smoothly to achieve the goal of getting orders out in a timely manner! I was very impressed and pleased overall with the service given and with the quality of my food! Thanks Monrovia Wingstop team! read more

Overall a great experience every time I go to this location! Usually pretty clean and nice atmosphere. A lot of the times I go in, I am greeted by Emelio, who is always super welcoming and friendly. He is always super helpful whenever I have questions about the food or menu. Speaking of the food, this is my preferred wingstop location because of how good the food is prepared. I usually try to request Avrey to make my wings if possible. Every time he makes my food, it always tastes and looks amazing! read more
