I always order to pick up so there's not much customer service that I can review on but they always welcome me loudly and friendly when I walk through the front door. Parking: Located in the Foothill Park Plaza, the shop shares its parking with the nearby businesses. There was plenty of parking available. Environment: We placed our order ahead of time using UberEats. When we arrived, there was a short wait before it was ready, even though the app said it should have been ready. The place was busy, so we understood why there was a delay. They have a few tables inside on the left side of the restaurant for dining. The order counter is right up front with the menus overhead. The live order status board is on the right of the order counter; I kinda wished it faced outwards so we didn't have to cram into the building to see the status, especially since it was busy. What was ordered: - Boneless Meal Deal for Two (Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, Spicy Korean, Atomic) - Fries (yum) - 10 Wings (Free with $25 purchase) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The food was good! Lol came here during the insane T-Mobile Tuesday $0.01 Wingstop 3 piece Tendies deal and it was a madhouse. Absolute chaos. I ordered a 3 piece tendies (garlic parmesan) + fries + a medium drink all for one penny. I ordered ahead on the metro while on the commute back home and probably came to Wingstop 25 minutes after I ordered. Because of how crazy it was, I still ended up waiting a full hour after that before I got my food. There was no line, just a giant swarm of people in front of the counter (me included), with our phones out, shouting our names to see if our order was ready soon. The staff here were absolute champs that night. They actually ran out of tendies very quickly so I ended up with boneless chicken nuggets - but they gave a boxful so I got like 12 pieces. The chicken was piping hot, crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. My only gripe is that it was pretty greasy and salty - but still delicious nonetheless. I don't wanna drive for so I ended up going to that Wingstop and as soon as I got my chicken back, it was uncooked some of it was cooked. Some of it wasn't this is very unsanitary very nasty. Food can be either amazing crispy fresh and delicious or soggy not hot enough so it is a gamble each time which it shouldn't be but it really depends so that's why I'm going middle of the road on this review. I took my girlfriend next door to Hydration Room for IV therapy; she just had chemotherapy yesterday and was vomiting all day. She couldn't drink anything, so she wanted some ice. I went next door to Wingstop and didn't want to ask for free ice, so I bought a $3.29 bottle of Dasani. This is the same water that costs around 35 cents a bottle at the supermarket when purchased in a 24 pack. The employee already had a poor attitude to start. After purchasing the water, I asked him for a cup to put ice. He gave me a small cup, so I asked him if I can have a larger cup. He said some nonsense like, "No, the larger cup is only if you paid for it, the smaller cup is for free water." I understand, but at the same time, I literally paid $3.29 for a bottle of water. For a restaurant franchise the wings and flavors here are good. But for some reason this location can never get my order right. When I order pick up I have to always make sure my whole order is in the bag. If I don't check myself there is for sure something I would be missing. For example I ordered two orders of 10 piece classic wings, in the bag there's only one order. If I don't take the time to check myself I would go home with half my order and money wasted. Anyone else got this "wing stop" craving because of the Tik Tok Wing Stop Mukbangs?? Well, they keep popping up and it got me! And all of them are getting tenders. I never got tenders until those videos and I am glad I did. They are PERFECTLY crispy and the "crunch" sound you hear from those videos... are pretty damn accurate. Ranch is ALWAYS on point, and you should definitely get extra. But not like the Large size cause that's just a lot of ranch. As far as Wingstop goes, this is a S Tier location. Staff is always professional, welcoming, and diligent. The wings are cooked to perfection even on their busiest of days. The location is kept clean despite the amount of foot traffic they get. I have blogging to this location for almost 10 years. Even when they get orders wrong or fall short of wings ordered, they don't hesitate to make things right. Surprised to see some of the reviews for this location so thought I'd give my experience. The food including wings, fries, corn etc are 5/5. They make the wings great, have all the flavors and have packaged them well for my orders. I will say something is definitely wrong with their soda machine, as it can't even make a regular coke correctly (as of November 2023). I hope a manager or someone from the store may see this and fix the issue, as it is disappointing. The store is also small as most wing stop locations. You're really meant to pick up your order or get delivery, not a place to sit down and eat. The employees have always been nice and professional when I've ordered inside, and it's fairly clean. My go to wings are them original hot (buffalo), lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I think they have a perfect buffalo that mixes well with their ranch. If you haven't had wing stop ranch, then I implore you to stop reading this review and get an order in. The ranch is my wife's favorite part! I came into this Wingstop on a Friday night after calling in my order via phone. The service I received from beginning to end was so phenomenal that I was inclined to write a review about my experience. 1. I called my order in, as opposed to using the app (because I wanted to pay in cash) phone call was answered on 2nd ring and I was politely asked to be on hold. The hold lasted less than a minute and I was kindly greeted, asked for my name and my order was taken. I wasn't rushed, or asked multiple times if "that's all" I wanted. This was a good start already! I was given my total for the order, and told my food would be ready in 15 minutes. (I live about 8 minutes away from this location and was getting into my car as I made the phone call so timing was awesome! 2. I arrived at the Wingstop restaurant, and from the outside I could tell it was a busy night. (Friday is Monrovia street fair night, so it's usually busy in the area, I wasn't too shocked) Apparently Wingstop is running a promotion of "15% off your order with a show of wristband from rides and attractions from the fair" so it was extra busy due to this cool promotion. 3. I went inside after about 5 minutes or so after arriving, and there was only one customer in front of me who was ordering to go. When I was next up, the employee who was at the register (Avery) greater me with a kind smile, and asked "how are you" to which I replied "I'm good, how are you this busy evening?" And then proceeded to tell him I was there to pick up a phone order and gave my name. ... here's where it gets good! 4. Despite the restaurant being jammed packed with customers sitting down enjoying their meal, and the growing line of customers behind me. All of the staff at this location was cool, calm and collected. From the chefs in the kitchen cranking out orders, to the front counter set up and organization of completed orders ready for pickup. Everything looked in placed and running smoothly. 5th & final statement: My order was ready , and I received it promptly after I paid. The customer service was excellent, considering how busy and crowded the place was. I loved the energy of the employees and their ability to get the job done and work smoothly to achieve the goal of getting orders out in a timely manner! Overall a great experience every time I go to this location! Usually pretty clean and nice atmosphere. A lot of the times I go in, I am greeted by Emelio, who is always super welcoming and friendly. He is always super helpful whenever I have questions about the food or menu. Speaking of the food, this is my preferred wingstop location because of how good the food is prepared. Located by oldtown Monrovia, this location has an ambiance akin to an authentic Hot Wings, I think. I ordered the chicken wings the tenders, the chicken sandwich, and fries. I think it's very cool they specialize in wings. Although I ordered take out, my meal was well prepared, prompt, and delicious. The lem pep wings is not overly salty, it's just right.
