Wow. Went to pick up order. They gave my order to someone before me. So they all stand there for 10-15 minutes arguing who made it. I bagged it. And whole time I'm patiently standing there and finally says listen. It's been 10 minutes and yall are still dumbfounded you gave it to another persons. Can you please start remaking my order so I don't have to wait here all night. The girl goes to back to tell cook. Long hair dread guy and he start cussing saying he ain't tell g me shit. Manager comes out very unprofessional yelling at me saying I can't tell his employees what to do. I explained I said please start cooking and stop arguing between each of you. Food was decent. A previous reviewer mentioned the chicken sandwich being a bit rubbery and I agree with that assessment. Boneless wings were ok.. garlic Parmesan sauce was more like Parmesan cheese sprinkled on the wings. Fries were seasoned ok but inconsistently cooked. Some were crispy but most were soggy. The place itself felt very dirty and unwelcoming. No one at the counter to greet you and no one in the dining room cleaning up the dirty tables, soda machine etc. Would give 1 star but the food was ok so two feels about right. yeahh , soooo it eating wing stop is based off this location, i'll never go back . this absolutely cannot be the same wings that Rick Ross eats bc they are TRASH . we ordered online for pick up . hot wings , extra crispy "supposedly". we picked up our food . dig in the bag . they were not crispy . and i don't know what buffalo hot is supposed to be, but it's not that . i just know , they are plenty of other wing places that are wayyyy better than this , and i will NOT be back . read more

After reading the reviews I was a little worried about wait times in particular, but I've been dying to try the new sandwich so we headed over. We dealt with both Samantha and GM Amanda Myers and everything was great! We had to wait a bit (maybe 10 or 12 minutes, completely acceptable), but chicken takes time to cook properly and there's no controlling that. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The lunch rush was a constant flow and these two ladies held it down like champs. I was literally watching people start to get frustrated waiting five or ten minutes, so I know exactly where the reviews are coming from. If you want instant food, go to a true 'fast food' joint. On 4/20/24 ordered on line. Got there to pickup order and sat in the drive drivethure for 15 minutes. I decided to go inside to get it. Walked in and nobody to greet me. Imagine you're at the gym on the stair master like a good girl and you think, "Hmm I deserve some wingstop!" DO NOT and I mean it do not come here. I'm a little skinny queen that ordered ONE order of wings TO SPLIT and tell me why were here at 3, and it's 4pm and i'm just now getting my food.. there was one order in front of us in line. No one came out to let us know when anything was done. ONE HOUR. for one order of wings and a fry. Come here if you want your whole day taken up for one order of wings and you go home sad. This is the absolute worst place. We ordered online and requested delivery. No where online did it say that the delivery would be via Door Dash. After waiting over an hour for our food, I called the restaurant. The person said, that they were going to cancel our order, because the driver just showed up and they have a 15 minute policy -- why they waited over an hour to cancel, I don't know. They canceled our order but still charged our credit card. Two days later when we saw the charge was still on our card, I called the store. They said it was Door Dashes fault. I reminded them our charge said "WINGSTOP" she said yes, but it's really Door Dash. I called Door Dash, they said that it is Wingstops fault. She put me through to Wingstop Customer Service. Kendra assured me that she would process the refund and it would be back in our account the next day. Not surprisingly, it was not. I called the local store and spoke with Samantha. She said she would contact corporate office. She called me back and said it would be in our account "momentarily, but definitely by tomorrow". And it wasn't. I called the store again, and Samantha then told me to call Door Dash. I reminded her that the charge was from Wing Stop. I called Door Dash, and was again put through to Wingstop customer service. I talked with Kendell he said that the previous person "did not complete all information" and said he would process the refund. After that, I went online and did the "contact us" on the Wingstop website. I put in a comment about the Horrible Service provided by this restaurant. Very quickly I received a phone call from Amanda, who identified herself as the manager. She was very short and very rude. She, again, tried to blame Door Dash. I interruped her and told her that our account says Wingstop. She said she would get back with me. She called me back approx 2 hours later and said "I personally contacted my district manager and got your refund". I thanked her and then she hung up. I have never received such horrible service. This store needs to close period. Order online to get ahead of the wait and arrived to pick up my order and waited another 30 minutes. Then I get home open my bag that is taped only to find my order is incorrect. Paid for all flats and got all drums. Got flavors I didn't even order and the flavors I got were dried out. I'm leaving this review because the last time I visited the exact same thing happened and the time before that. I've been to stores way busier and my order was correct and I didn't wait an hour for it. I can't understand what the issue is with this particular Wing Stop.
