5/5 Stars I had the Kickin Chicken Sandwich and it definitely lived up to the hype! The potato rounds made the perfect side. Everything came out fresh and looked just as good as it tasted. The service was a 10/10, and a huge shoutout to Quan for making the experience even better. Quan was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Not from a customer- but from someone who was applying to become an employee. I wish I would have read the reviews and taken into account the busted parking lot with no painted parking spaces or lines before I went in for an interview. Waiting 15+ minutes for a manager every visit when there's zero (and I mean 0) customers is ridiculous and quite honestly, not respectful of my time. Throughout a few different interviews, all at different times (11, 2, 4ish) and different days; the business stays basically empty. Even during a Friday night rush, I'd barely call it a "busy night." I was also informed I had to start a specific day due to (specifically told from the manager) certain employees wouldn't train me the correct way. That's extremely unprofessional. All of your employees should be properly trained to conduct their jobs correctly and not give off incorrect information to new hires. With all this (and more) in mind, I ended up not returning to work here. I can imagine the business stays empty for various other reasons, but I recommend just going to any better location or even a different wing place. (For work and for food) read more

Granted we did come 15 mins after they opened. We got greeted immediately. Seated immediately and served very quickly. I ordered a fountain drink and my boyfriend ordered a beer. Both came out in less than 2 minutes. Quick service. Our food came out in under 10 minutes. I am a little bit confused on the hour long wait. I will have to return on a busier day. I really wish I would've read the reviews before coming, after eating here and reading the reviews no wonder they have a 1 star rating. First when we went in we had to sit ourselves because there was a sign that said to do so, we waited for 15 minutes until we had to get up and ask for menus. The server was nice but not as attentive as she should be. My wings were very dry I had to ask for extra sauce because there barely was any, tots were kinda cold. Came here during peak lunch hours. The service was friendly, fast and fresh. The whole restaurant was super clean and ready for guests to enjoy. I was able to sit at the bar and my lunch order was quick, hot and freshly made. The bartender was very attentive to any refills needed. I was very surprised at the fast service during peak lunch hours. I will definitely be back here soon for dinner this time. I've always had a good lunch experience at BWW so I decided to give dinner a try. I don't know if it's the night crew or what has happened overall to this restaurant but this was a totally different experience. First thing that I noticed was that the floor was dirty and the booth cushion was almost completely torn. Beer prices were still great but the taps need cleaned. Our waitress was friendly but she seemed to not be available when we needed her. My wings were not hot and the veggie burger was mushy. I guess the location does make a difference as the one in Kannapolis/Concord is light years better. Too bad for Monroe. read more

This location has been struggling for a few years now. Always short staffed and always slow. But recently the food has been much better, the chips and salsa are better than decent and the Buffalo wing cauliflower bites are not bad either. It's sad that I had to give even 1 star! Took us 30 minutes to even get an order taken. We went on a Wednesday night at 7 o'clock. The restaurant only had one section open, in addition to the bar. As people were leaving, none of the tables were bussed. When our waitress finally did show up, nobody could hear her because she was whispering and looking around at everybody else. Our food was decent. It took us forever to get any refills, the check or even someone to take our payment. A party of four took us an hour and a half for a simple meal. Everytime I go here they always get my accommodations wrong for my order. If I ask for no tomatoes, they give me tomatoes, if I ask for no cheese, they give me cheese, if I ask for bacon, they gave me no bacon! The place also always seems dirty and moist, when I went the menus had some ketchup on it and the tables have water on them. The wait time isn't good, it took them a while to sit us even if the restaurant was empty. The wings were cooked so long that they were all very hard and were even cold. How does a place that specializes in chickens, not be able to get it right? Do monroe a favor and close this location. We gave the 2 stars the benefit of the doubt but it was definitely accurate. We have been here for over an hour and only received one entree; sad part is, we ordered an appetizer! I would understand if they were busy (which they may be with take out orders) but there's almost no one here; the parking lot is pretty empty. Our waiter took 15 minutes to ask for our drink order and another 20 minutes to bring them to us. Then another 20 minutes and one entree comes out. Needlessly say, we cancelled the appetizer. However, 15 minutes later and the other entree is no where to be seen. Finished the one entree and ended up canceling the other. We paid $20 for two beers and 10 wings (normally wouldn't be too bad but when you spend over an hour of your time it's pretty bad.) Sadly, the manager NEVER came out, and we cancelled TWO things. Our waiter seemed miserable and never explained what was going on and even made a comment about needing to go on break. I'm sorry, but you didn't work hard enough to need a break; especially when another waitress helped us more in ten minutes than you ever did. No COVID 19 policies being followed or enforced. Big sign on door saying you must wear a mask to enter but 3 people before & after us entered & were seated without masks. I questioned the hostess & she said they were not allowed to enforce the policy. I asked if that was her managers policy & she replied that it was a COMPANY policy. We went in wearing our masks & sat outside for more safety. We were the only people outside. However, all tables were dirty. We had to sanitize our table and chairs ourselves. Then a waitress came over to within 1' of our table without a mask. Luckily we still were wearing ours. I questioned her about no mask & her answer was "you just have to ask." Many employees without masks. I wish we had not stayed but will never go back. Please beware of any Buffalo Wild Wings if this is COMPANY policy. I would give a zero if I could. read more

Ended up waiting an hour still and just decided to leave. Yeah the staff apologized a bunch and said the reason was there is only one chef working but they keep telling me it was only going to be another 15 minutes every time. Horrible service ... unattentive, unhappy, and took 10 minutes to get ticket. Didn't buss table so our appetizer dish was still on table when we finished. She didn't bring us napkins, no plates for appetizer and didn't even bring us silverware. Food was disappointing. Wings, burger and chicken sandwich was over cooked. Appetizer didn't have enough sauce in it. No towels in either bathrooms. No beer pitchers. When we left, our table wasn't bussed, along with 3 other tables with 2 employees leaning on the takeout counter. The place used to be a fun and inviting place to hangout. This establishment cannot handle having more than 5 people eating in the restaurant. Imagine walking into a restaurant and seeing available seating/tables everywhere and then being told there's a wait. This location also seems to struggle keeping employees. I understand that good help is hard to find these days but the employees that show up seem miserable and lack customer service. The DMV has better service than this location. If you want to spend a dinner at a BW's where the employees need to finish their txting conversation before greeting you then come to this half-star-eating establishment. Also, when a random waitress carrying food comes to the check in counter and tells them "The kitchen is behind about 15-20 minutes so no one can be sat down.." all while having a sour attitude then maybe it'd be best to go somewhere else.
