I wish I would have read the reviews and taken into account the busted parking lot with no painted parking spaces or lines before I went in for an interview. Waiting 15+ minutes for a manager every visit when there's zero (and I mean 0) customers is ridiculous and quite honestly, not respectful of my time. Throughout a few different interviews, all at different times (11, 2, 4ish) and different days; the business stays basically empty. Even during a Friday night rush, I'd barely call it a "busy night." I was also informed I had to start a specific day due to (specifically told from the manager) certain employees wouldn't train me the correct way. That's extremely unprofessional. All of your employees should be properly trained to conduct their jobs correctly and not give off incorrect information to new hires. First when we went in we had to sit ourselves because there was a sign that said to do so, we waited for 15 minutes until we had to get up and ask for menus. I've always had a good lunch experience at BWW so I decided to give dinner a try. I don't know if it's the night crew or what has happened overall to this restaurant but this was a totally different experience. First thing that I noticed was that the floor was dirty and the booth cushion was almost completely torn. Beer prices were still great but the taps need cleaned. Our waitress was friendly but she seemed to not be available when we needed her. My wings were not hot and the veggie burger was mushy. Everytime I go here they always get my accommodations wrong for my order. If I ask for no tomatoes, they give me tomatoes, if I ask for no cheese, they give me cheese, if I ask for bacon, they gave me no bacon! Horrible service ... unattentive, unhappy, and took 10 minutes to get ticket. Didn't buss table so our appetizer dish was still on table when we finished. She didn't bring us napkins, no plates for appetizer and didn't even bring us silverware. Food was disappointing. Wings, burger and chicken sandwich was over cooked. Appetizer didn't have enough sauce in it. No towels in either bathrooms. No beer pitchers. When we left, our table wasn't bussed, along with 3 other tables with 2 employees leaning on the takeout counter. The place used to be a fun and inviting place to hangout. It's a terrible place to go now, and the first thing that needs to go is management, allowing it to be so horrible. read more

Imagine walking into a restaurant and seeing available seating/tables everywhere and then being told there's a wait. This location also seems to struggle keeping employees. I understand that good help is hard to find these days but the employees that show up seem miserable and lack customer service. The DMV has better service than this location. If you want to spend a dinner at a BW's where the employees need to finish their txting conversation before greeting you then come to this half-star-eating establishment. Also, when a random waitress carrying food comes to the check in counter and tells them "The kitchen is behind about 15-20 minutes so no one can be sat down.." all while having a sour attitude then maybe it'd be best to go somewhere else.
