Second visit, swore after first that we would NOT return, however my daughter gave us a giftcard. I checked card before we went to make sure that money was available. There was one other couple in dining room, and a guy at the bar. It took 27 minutes to get 6 wings and a burger. Then we gave them the giftcard..10 minutes later waitress returned wanting another form of payment that their scanner couldnt read the card.. my husband immediately gave his debit card.... While waitress was gone I called the number on the card again to verify funds....sooo when she returned I told her that I had just called again and she said that herself and her manager couldnt get it to read.... I wanted to speak to manager.. Manager come to the table and before I could say a word she said that she could just manually enter the card.....WHAT!!?? why didnt you do that in the first place... my husband already PAID.... she said that she could refund his card.... soooo she manually entered the card....never apologized....for the inconvenience. Great hours, only place open in Monroe past 9:30 during the Covid Era. We had a phenomenal waitress, was on top of things. Food came out great, although it could have been a little faster (assuming few cooks). Highly recommend Cheese Curd/Bacon Burger & Street Tacos if not in the mood for wings. I have been eating here the last 10 years and the service gets worse every year. Yesterday, Jan 22nd, 2023 was the worst. If it wasn't for all the tvs to watch sports, I would never go there again. The service however is the worst service. The waitress sat down with us while taking our order because she "had a long day" and it took thirty minutes to get food. When the food came, no paper towels or utensils were provided, so we had to wait around 5-10 minutes with food for us that we couldn't start eating. Horrible service!! Waited forever for our sever to take our order after serving our drinks. I believe she took a smoke break because when she came back she smelled strongly of perfume. Come here on opening day and a buddy of mine took on the wing challenge. 12 super flaming wings in 6 minutes. He and a competitor did it in under 4 mins. In fact the guy who won did it in 2 mins and 17 secs.i think we will call him Chris. Anyways the wings are very fresh and the place is as clean as it will ever be. They gave out free wings for a year to the first 100 people on opening day. People spent the night to wait Until 10 am. We've only been here 3 times in total, with the most recent one being tonight. I had received a gift card at work and decided to use it. When I arrived, no one was there to seat/greet you and no one was behind the desk for the take out orders. My order wasn't ready at the time it mentioned it would be ready. That wasn't an issue. The issue was, I was given my food, completely forgetting the fact I had ordered a drink as well with my order. I had already driven away when I realized I never got my drInks. I can't comprehend how this place can never get it right. I don't know what's the deal with the management but clearly they don't care about customer service. AWFUL! BDUBS has definitely lost it. They used to be our favorite spot but location after location, they just suck!! For example, we came to this one Saturday night. It was NOT busy. Very light for a Saturday evening. It really just felt like a weekday night. We stood at the front counter for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and gave us a table. We sat outside because it was nice out and there were only two tables taken. We were seated, given menus and told a server would be right over. I kid you not, 15 minutes we sat there with no server!!! There was a waitress helping the other two tables but it was clear we weren't her responsibility b/c she wouldn't even look at us. Right when we were about to leave because we were tired of being ignored, a waiter came out and apologized for the wait and took our order. He was a nice guy but seemed to be having a bad night. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and boneless wings for the dinner. I think 20 minutes or so went buy and we finally got the mozzarella sticks. Some of them didn't even have cheese in them but you know what, we let it go. It's really not the biggest deal in the world (even tho they are a cheese stick and should have cheese). We pointed it out to the waiter at one point and he just laughed.... After we wait and wait, and let's not forget- we are sitting here watching the other waitress just cater to her tables non stop (we were pretty jealous), we finally got our food! Here it was!!! A medium order of boneless wings and a small order of boneless wings. I'm gonna say it was maybe a total of 30 wings+/-? The small order alone had about 13 wings. And the medium didn't have much more. Guess what you guys... one blue cheese!! That's right, ONE!!? There went more wasted time waiting around for blue cheese. The food was sub-par. I always wish there was more chicken and less breading. They are too hard- maybe overcooked? Or maybe they are just frozen too long. Any ways, here's the best part!! We are eating our mediocre wings, watching the game on the tv, drinking water, finally starting to feel a 'little' satisfied when all of a sudden, an employee comes out on the patio to vent. Highly unprofessional. Meal is over, we've been there for about 1.5 hours. I am ready to go. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a check. He comes out, asks if everything was good, my husband is like "ehh- i mean I guess, can we get the check?". At this point, we were over it all! Just let us out !! I have my card out, he brings the check, I glance over the receipt real quick to make sure we weren't charge $1 per dressing or something crazy. He takes off with it, comes back, drops it on the table and says have a good night. I open up the booklet to sign and I found it strange that he took the receipt out? All that was left was the part for me to sign. I should've gotten my receipt.... why did he take it? But was I going to wait around to get a copy? Not likely, but it did seem shady. Maybe he didn't want me to do their survey??? lol (His name was Austin if it matters) It's really sad to see this place suck. My husband and I had several dates here before we were married. Came here on a Friday night to watch a pretty big fight on the tv. Was not that busy maybe 25 people sitting down including the bar area, looked like only the bartender was working and no servers. Waited around 25-30 minutes before we even SAW a host and watched her walk around doing nothing for the next 30 minutes, when we finally got our name down my boyfriend went back up after 15 minutes to ask her how long it would be and she didn't answer him then looked up and said "hold on" then never came back. Finally we just decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was quite busy so we were patient and watched the tv's. It took us 20-25 minutes to order our food which took another 30-45 minutes to come out. My water was never filled until my boyfriend got the bartender's attention after 20 minutes. The bartender charged my boyfriend for an extra beer that he said he got even when my boyfriend told him he only had 3 not 4, but then went and told his manager he knew he didn't get 4. We found that out after my boyfriend went up there after looking at his bank record and it turns out the bartender threw away his receipt and added himself a 22% tip and forged my boyfriend's signature on the customer copy. When he talked to the manager he wouldn't refund him before he talked to his employee who denied it when even the manager said he could see the line bleed through onto the customer copy where my boyfriend wrote on his receipt while it was on top. The manager finally refunded him after countless arguing all day and said they won't be firing the employee so definitely watch out if you go here! read more

Perfect place for watching a televised event- there are large tvs everywhere you look! The decor is super up-to-date and modern. COVID has had zero to do with this review because this location has ALWAYS had poor service and lack of customer service skills but tonight was by far the worst service my family has had their. I didn't think we'd ever get a table (they were not busy) then I thought we'd never see our waitress. We sat at the booth for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. Waited a good 35 minutes for a large order of boneless wings and a side of onion rings. Both tables of 6 sitting across from us were also highly irritated as each person received their meal about 5-10 minutes apart and one lady never got her order--I watched her ask fir the kitchen manager who seemed to careless about the fact that everyone at her table had gotten their meal but her and the waitress was not apologetic. Our waitress told us that the new policy is (NOW LISTEN CAREFULLY) that all orders are now placed individually and not by table so everyone will get their order at different times That makes zero sense! My family ate at this new location last night. Very unpleasant experience. We had to wait over 15 minutes for our server to come to us and get our drinks after we were seated. Then 2 college boys sat next to us and 3-4 serves paid attention to them and stood there chatting with the boys instead of waiting on their tables. Once our food finally came, the order was wrong; forgot to include one of the sauces we requested. She brought out 5 wings shortly thereafter and it looked like they just poured sauce over the wings and looks(and tasted) very unappetizing. We had to distract the 3-4 serves hovering over the college boys to get napkins and refill on drinks. The manager just stood in the back with his arms folded and uninvolved in his shift.
