Then tried the steak. It was cooked right, medium rare. From there it went quickly down hill. This was the toughest steak I have ever remember eating. My fork would barely penetrate it. Cutting it moved the meat from side to side. It was riddled with gristle and sinew. I definitely will never order that if I come back. The music was very loud. Holding a conversation would be difficult at best. Leaving with a headache. Waitress's are service challenged. Not once did the waitress stop to ask how my food was. The guy who bussed the plates did not ask either even though he could see alot of steak left on the plate. Tells me they know they sell food that gets complaints if they ask. It was also a job to get a drink. Guy next to me was whistling at the waitress to get service. I worked after a half dozen attempts. She was not busy either instead she was listening to the music and shuffling around. Not a place I would bring my kids. Wouldn't recommend to a friend either. Got to be better places.

Waiting 15+ minutes for a manager every visit when there's zero (and I mean 0) customers is ridiculous and quite honestly, not respectful of my time. Throughout a few different interviews, all at different times (11, 2, 4ish) and different days; the business stays basically empty. Even during a Friday night rush, I'd barely call it a "busy night." I was also informed I had to start a specific day due to (specifically told from the manager) certain employees wouldn't train me the correct way. That's extremely unprofessional. All of your employees should be properly trained to conduct their jobs correctly and not give off incorrect information to new hires. With all this (and more) in mind, I ended up not returning to work here. I can imagine the business stays empty for various other reasons, but I recommend just going to any better location or even a different wing place. (For work and for food)
