They can do broiled or grilled, but the go-to preparation is quickly fried. Ordering broiled or grilled will take a bit longer. Portions are excellent. Traditional sides are fries, bakers, Cole slaw, hush puppies. The house salad is nice and fresh. They do a great job with these dishes! (I haven't tried the steaks, chicken, burgers, etc.).
