Accidentally ordered for carryout, called to cancel and immediately reordered for delivery. On the phone i was told to expect a refund in 5-7 business days. This was sept 28th. Last night we called to make a takeout order and were told we had to go online to place the order. No problem- placed the order around 6pm and said pick up time was in 48 mins. Completely acceptable considering it was a Friday night. Got there around 7:15pm and waited an additional 30 mins! They ran out of carrots and gave us mounds of celery, the ice machine was broken so warm cokes, the chicken was way overcooked, and the apology was weak. I've been to wing stop Dillingham location and everything was delicious and prompt. Not sure what's going on in Mililani, but when you have the only wing shop in town I'd think you would do it right. Not surprised by the three stars due to the long faces of customers waiting forever for their food. I haven't been to wingstop in a hot minute. But can you say the music played in the waiting area is very inappropriate..every other word was a swearing word. You can't bring a young child here to eat INSIDE without them picking up the words. The wait for my food was 1 hour but since my child wanted to eat here I was willing to wait. 10-3-2020 Mystery: Didn't notice the full harvest moon of the other night but can't figure it out cuz I marked less seasoned fries while I was placing the on line order but it didn't show up. Not like we need the additional carbs but I also marked well done cuz I love crispy(crispy bacon, waffles & cookies) I will have to triple check the order in the future before I press on the submit button. The batter on the lemon pepper and Parmesan had a satisfying crunch to them. The carrots and celery were still cold and also crunchy. The bottom of the tissue liner of both chicken trays were partially saturated in oil but luckily didn't affect the pieces I ate. The honey mustard dip was preferred over the ranch. One blue cheese dip was not opened tonite and can be saved for the leftovers tomorrow. The quantity for the price was good for the All In Bundle. It is labeled for 3-4 persons. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the Yelp bonus of 5 pieces cuz it would add an additional 40-50 wait time to our order which was ready and waiting for us. Where do I begin.... I did a phone order tonight, spoke to Rose. To start off my order I did a 8pc boneless combo, I requested plain with Cajun sauce & lousiana rub on the side . Medium coke and ranch. Second order was a 10 pc mix n match all lemon pepper with hot sauce on the side large coke and ranch. Order was set and was told to come In 20-30 mins. Rose was confused about this order and her response was "shit sorry I'm kinda slow, period. " I said I beg your pardon. She replied "nothing see you In 20 Or 30 min. Came in rose was helping me out , she asked me if I called in it I said yes and she said oh I just turned in your order or something like that , so I asked what does that mean, she says it means it's not ready and to come back in 15 minutes. I'm a server so I get it so joining I said "damn you took my number down you should've called me and it was gonna be longer" her reply was "well I'm not the one cooking the wings so i don't know" I told her well this is your domain so you should be on top of it this is literally your job . Now back to the food, I got the bottom of the barrel for the 8pc boneless combo, it was dry and just over cooked, only recieved the ranch. 10pc was not mix and match but instead all traditional (not a bit deal cuz I'll eat it, but really not what I want. #settled) then the soda I larger for one of the combos to find out the ice machine is broken, I get home and the soda is flight! For those who work industry you need to keep the soda machine cold with ice! Worst Wingstop I've been to by far, I've given this place MULTIPLE chances. They are always out of something that you ordered so your order is usually messed up. The staff is ghetto. Wingstop is known for amazing ranch but today nah it was LEGIT watered down plus they're somehow out of straws and somehow out of cheese for the fries. Last time they were "out of corn" and gave us fries instead. Almost positive they forgot the corn and were too lazy to make it. How you gonna be out of one of the main menu items? This place used to be good. Lately, not so much. Chicken has been over seasoned, we've been missing items on multiple different trips, and there's never a sense of urgency from the workers. We were missing our RANCH and pickles in the chicken sandwich. On another previous trip, we were missing our veggies that we had paid for. We can't inform the workers when we call either because no one answers and you can't leave a message. When I brought it up to the register dude he dismissed it and never checked back in after I told him it ran across our food. We usually order on a Friday night and the wait time runs 45min so we usually call and place the order. Just recently, we've been trying to call to order and can't get anyone to answer. Decided to go in person to order and was told we can only order online...they wouldn't take orders at the counter so had to try and place the order online. Once again, 45 mins before it would be ready. We like Wingstop but it has become more of a pain to order so we just don't order anymore. Clean & Quick service. Joe was so awesome and friendly. He was very knowledgeable with the menu and answered all our questions.

So around 745 pm my wife and I decide to eat at wingstop. Kind of an impromptu decision. So we arrive and get told it will be a 30 min wait because it is busy. When scanning the restaurant, of the 12 or so tables, there is like only 2 parties in the whole eating! But seems like there are some phone orders, so I will concede that. However the tables were terrible. A lot of the empty ones were not cleaned off. Still had the previous diner's used napkins, food and other things so we and couldn't sit there. So 3.5 stars for the food and taste, but 1 star for cleanliness and pace of service.... read more
