Last night we called to make a takeout order and were told we had to go online to place the order. No problem- placed the order around 6pm and said pick up time was in 48 mins. Completely acceptable considering it was a Friday night. Got there around 7:15pm and waited an additional 30 mins! They ran out of carrots and gave us mounds of celery, the ice machine was broken so warm cokes, the chicken was way overcooked, and the apology was weak. I've been to wing stop Dillingham location and everything was delicious and prompt. Not sure what's going on in Mililani, but when you have the only wing shop in town I'd think you would do it right. Not surprised by the three stars due to the long faces of customers waiting forever for their food. I haven't been to wingstop in a hot minute. But can you say the music played in the waiting area is very inappropriate..every other word was a swearing word. You can't bring a young child here to eat INSIDE without them picking up the words. The wait for my food was 1 hour but since my child wanted to eat here I was willing to wait. We were lucky enough to get the $.70/pc boneless chicken wing deal (mondays and tuesdays) when we randomly stumbled upon this location. the workers were super nice even before we got into the store, and the cashier Kahea gave us the BEST customer service i've had in so long. She was so sweet, knowledgable, patient and was just overall so kind and happy. We got 15pcs, five each of the BBQ, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. we took about 30 minutes to drive to a park and take photos, and the wings were still unbelievably crunchy and not soggy! I will admit they're a little on the salty side but is also just packed with flavor. Worst Wingstop I've been to by far, I've given this place MULTIPLE chances. They are always out of something that you ordered so your order is usually messed up. The staff is ghetto. Wingstop is known for amazing ranch but today nah it was LEGIT watered down plus they're somehow out of straws and somehow out of cheese for the fries. Last time they were "out of corn" and gave us fries instead. Almost positive they forgot the corn and were too lazy to make it. How you gonna be out of one of the main menu items? This place used to be good. Lately, not so much. Chicken has been over seasoned, we've been missing items on multiple different trips, and there's never a sense of urgency from the workers. We were missing our RANCH and pickles in the chicken sandwich. On another previous trip, we were missing our veggies that we had paid for. 10-3-2020 Mystery: Didn't notice the full harvest moon of the other night but can't figure it out cuz I marked less seasoned fries while I was placing the on line order but it didn't show up. Not like we need the additional carbs but I also marked well done cuz I love crispy(crispy bacon, waffles & cookies) I will have to triple check the order in the future before I press on the submit button. The batter on the lemon pepper and Parmesan had a satisfying crunch to them. The carrots and celery were still cold and also crunchy. The bottom of the tissue liner of both chicken trays were partially saturated in oil but luckily didn't affect the pieces I ate. The honey mustard dip was preferred over the ranch. One blue cheese dip was not opened tonite and can be saved for the leftovers tomorrow. The quantity for the price was good for the All In Bundle. It is labeled for 3-4 persons. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the Yelp bonus of 5 pieces cuz it would add an additional 40-50 wait time to our order which was ready and waiting for us.
