Had this place two days in a row. Definitely the place to get fried chicken. I only get flats as that's my favorite. My main two sauce picks is Spicy Korean and Lemon Pepper. Although I've tried many others these are my favorite go to. My suggestion is neither call ahead and place your order or put in a online order via mobile then wait an addition 30 mins before attempting to go pick up as they stay busy, this is not a place where you think you'll be in and out. Forgot to mention I wish Wingstop came back out with their Honey Mustard Potato Salad it definitely complimented and paired well with the wings, definitely was a favorite go to. read more

As i was waiting to order my food, the worker was taking her time refilling the cups so I was just standing there until she was ready. Arrived shortly after 10pm on a Saturday, pretty busy with walk in and mobile orders. The soda machine dispensed soda but soda was flat with no carbonation. We haven't been to Wingstop since Covid times and a recent wing craving brought us back here. Sadly, it wasn't as good as I remember. Let me preface by saying they are strictly "online orders only." Meaning, every poor customer that walked in to try to place an order was told that they need to order online through the Wingstop app. And on top of that, it's an hour wait. Yikes. They did post a sign on their front door stating this, that it was due to "technical difficulties." Possibly broken cash register? Broken credit card machine? Who knows. We were lucky because we thought of preordering before arriving. The app is user-friendly and you can choose your pick up time. Now on to the food. The wings were a bit dry and didn't hold the seasonings well. Lots of oil pooled at the bottom of the to-go box. We ordered Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan. The flavors left much to be desired. One thing they are consistent with is their wings sizes. Restaurant seemed pretty clean, as it was also deserted, with only 4 other customers dining in. We love Wingstop but we have tried this location out several times and each time we have unfortunately had issues. Now, when you try to call, the phones go straight to a voicemail box that is FULL- No way to make any changes or see why the order is significantly delayed. Delivery has consistently been a minimum of 20-30 minutes late and one time was so bad we had to drive to the store an hour after it was supposed to arrive just to see what had happened. This evening our food arrived late, cold, and incorrect. The breading was falling off the wings and the fries were not as ordered- the ranch was the only decent part. I do feel this place deserves 5 stars! The menu is large and bit confusing and yes it's odd that there's no rubbish can in the restaurant. BUT the amount of options you can get in your meal is a lot and you get a bang for your buck. Our options were Garlic Parmesan wings, regular buffalo and Louisiana rubbed wings. Surprisingly my first time ever trying Wingstop. I'm not one to branch out to try other wing restaurants besides Bdubs but honestly the wings were pretty good. I did an online order for pickup, arrived and there was only two people up front ordering and the cashier did not have a good attitude towards them. She was attempting to take their order and then proceeded to turn around towards her coworkers and said "i don't know how to do cashier" in a rude way. I feel bad for the people ordering because it took sooo long for them to get their order through. 3 online orders were already picked up while the 2 people up front were still trying to order. I have to say... we are IMPRESSED with Wingstop in Mililani!! Sorry to admit, but I didn't have high hopes prior to trying them out. I was simply accommodating a request from my son who came home asking if we could give them a visit. I figured, we all love wings and it's not too far of a drive, so today was the day to go samps. First impression was great! We entered around 11:30am and were kindly greeted by 2 employees working the register. They were in the middle of taking another guest's order, yet still made the effort to shout out hello. Loved that! Once it was our turn, we quickly placed our order and were told it would take about 18 mins. We opted to dine in so we could enjoy the full experience of the freshly prepared meal. There's a good amount of tables inside and TVs to keep you company. Note: This location does not have Military Discount and they also don't serve dinner rolls. What we tried today: 30pc Family Meal (All Classic Bone-In) - 10pc Hot Honey Dry Rub - 10pc Cajun - 10pc Mango Habanero - Large Fries - Veggie Sticks (celery & carrots) - 1 Fountain Drink (self-serve refillable) Okay.... These were the best wings I've ever had in a restaurant!! All 3 flavors we picked were delicious! The Cajun flavor wasn't spicy at all. These wings were tossed in the traditional "Hot" buffalo flavor sauce with some added Cajun style dry spices. To me, it sounded like it would be salty and, possibly, too much flavor, but it was actually perfectly seasoned and the wings were fried so crispy-crunchy good! The Hot Honey Dry Rub was our #1 fave. This flavor was so interesting to me.... It was buttery, sweet, and not overboard salty, but just right. The fry on these, again, were fantastic! There was a sign on the window saying the Hot Honey is here to stay... and it better lol! I would be so sad to go back and not have this option because it was a knock outta the park to us three!! Since this flavor comes as a dry rub, the wings remained CRISPY throughout. Omg... so good. The Mango Habanero was our #2 fave! It's the second most spicy flavor option, but it wasn't too spicy to fully enjoy. Really, it was just perfect to me and my wife. At first when you smell the wing, it does give off that scary-spicy smell, but the spice only creeps up after a few seconds and it doesn't stay for too long. Granted, we dunk the wings in sauce and that helps to cool you down, but for what it's marked as on the menu - I wasn't thinking I'd have such an enjoyable time eating them (sometimes I have baby mouth and cannot hang lol). For the sauces/dips - we tried their famous house made ranch and the bleu cheese dip. Both were delicious! They went perfectly with all 3 flavors of the wings as well as the veggie sticks and fries. And... THE FRIES! These were thick cut - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - type of fries. In my opinion, it was heavily salted, but my wife and son thought it was just right. One large order was more than enough for the three of us, surprisingly. Last YAY goes to the veg!! Loved the FRESH and CRISP celery and carrot sticks. Picked the absolute worst time to grab the food--6:30, when all of the sports practices concluded. Parking was a pain, but luckily the wife was able to manage taking the wheel while I jumped down with my child to grab the order. Inside was crazy. I could tell by people's faces that they had been waiting for awhile, but the woman in charge was able to find all the online orders and match it up with the people. Drink fountain with the flavor infusions was a nice surprise (our family don't get out much) and the chicken was pretty ono even if we had to drive em home to our hood. When we asked about our order, they didn't really help at all and just kind of side-eyed us instead of giving a clear answer. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I should have read reviews before we drove out to Mililani on a whim to try this place for a take out dinner. I didn't think I needed to for a simple chicken wing joint. We went on a Thursday before 6pm. The place was empty, just a few people dining in and one other couple in line before us. We had no idea that we were in for a 45+ minute wait for our order of 15 wings for two. You should warn your walk in customers of the potential wait time, because I would have turned around and saved myself the bill and headache. At the very least, you should have given us our soda cups at the time of our order so we could get a drink while we waited, why wait until our order is ready? And then to top it off, when we finally get our order we find out the ice machine doesn't even work. There were a lot of irritated people sitting around waiting for orders as time went by. After driving 15 minutes back home to Pearl City we found the dinner to not be worth it at all. Two doors to enter the place and you had people coming in all directions to pick up their pre-paid food. Should have one way in and one way out. I order several orders of lemon pepper wing instead I got parmesan wings with all two of three of my orders.
