First I know this review is based off a pick up on Super Bowl Sunday. Their process is not the best and needs improvement. Two doors to enter the place and you had people coming in all directions to pick up their pre-paid food. Should have one way in and one way out. Another ideal is to have a sign saying how long or behind they were on orders. With the amount of wait time I had to experiences, you would think they would have gotten my order correct. I order several orders of lemon pepper wing instead I got parmesan wings with all two of three of my orders. Lastly we all understand that it was going to be busy but you might want to turn the tv' on the game. Instead they only had one on the actual correct channel. This could have improved the ambiance and lessen the stress level in the restaurant. Now with all that being said. I really wish they fix or service the come machine. Review from last night Brah, how is it they ignored several of us standing at the counter for 10 mins or more each, to the point where customers got tired of being ignored and just grabbed the cups from over the counter to fill their drinks. Front 2 guys would turn their backs and pretend to look busy or talk to the others as if you were invisible. One couple had been sitting there waiting for their food they ordered a while earlier, but the main front guy supposedly forgot and asked them why they were there rather rudely. I didn't get upset when he ignored me too. I figured maybe they've had a rough day (and I was in a decent mood). Then in walks a young, blonde girl and IMMEDIATELY a guy breaks rank from the wall of backs and gently asks her if she needed help. I think my jaw dropped to the floor at the complete 180. He simped for like a good minute or two, asking her if she needed this n that while she said she was good and came to fill up her drink. (Oh and - surprise - the soda machine still has no ice a MONTH later). After she left, he went right back into the formation of backs and to ignoring every one of us again. Food: The food was mid. Chicken could've been cooked longer, but even after recooking it at home, I'd already lost my appetite from the restaurant. Ambiance: could've been decent if front counter staff was professional. Cleanliness: it was a little dirty in there and after the way they behaved, and half assed the chicken, I realized they probably don't clean their soda machine either. Poured out the drinks when I got home. Would not recommend this place. Used to like Wingstop, but this location is the worst I've been to, and that's saying a lot since I've been to many in the mainland. Idk if it's the pay or if these guys are just miserable in general, but y'all should pay attention to something that's been mentioned here enough times already. Never thought I would rate a place really bad but the chicken that they served me yesterday for lunch was hands down the worst ever. Not only that but I had to wait 40 minutes for take-out. The chicken was so overcooked that it was extremely difficult to bite through and they were so tasteless. To the management or owner, you need to do some spot checks to experience the poor quality product your business is producing. To include people who mobile ordered. Clean for the most part. I'll never understand why you guys don't put trash cans inside instead of allowing people to just leave trash on the table, get up, and walk away. Staff: very friendly tonight. One girl looked like she was over it. Full kitchen and everybody looked like they were working hard. So I don't understand the long wait time for food. So it's been forever since we've been here! Definitely over 2 year since because they stop serving rice :( Came here with both of my daughters excited about all of the choices... I like Wingstop it's good an environment and good food. The only issue I see is this place all the time is the wait time. Which is understandable because there's always only 2-4 of them working. Decided to pick up Wingstop today for lunch on my way home from running errands. I placed in order while I was in the way so that I wouldn't have to wait as long. When I got inside it was pretty empty. There was only one party of four occupying the dining area, with no line at the register. I was greeted right away by a staff members that helped to get my order for me. I tried their Cajun Meal Deal with the Chicken sandwich. It came with a drink and loaded fries as well. The sandwich was well breaded, and placed on a soft toasted bun. The spices were a little salty but did offer a nice kick. I also tried their new Lemon Herb remix, and Spicy Koren flavors. The Lemon Herb tasted flavor similar to just a Lemon Pepper dry rub. The Spicy Koren wasn't spicy in my opinion, but it did taste good with the Honey Mustard. Overall I was satisfied with the portions offered. I was able to hang on to the rest off my wings, as the sandwich was more filling than I anticipated. I would definitely give it a try if you're in the area. read more

Let me start off with this: I'm not writing this to put down any of the staff or the MOD (if there was one), because I believe maybe they just weren't trained properly on how to run a QS restaurant properly or how to efficiently manage the workflow even when they're low on staff. I'm writing this hoping maybe someone a little higher up in the food chain will read this and help them improve. Every time I come here it's a disaster. Very disorganized and chaotic. Dozens of people standing around the counter and trying to get in the door waiting for their delivery orders, online orders and some even waiting to put their order in but no one is at the counter to help them. Every night they give away a bunch of free food and drinks to customers as apology for the long wait for their orders. They do not even handle their orders/tickets in a first come first serve basis, so you have people who ordered hours ago online waiting for 2 hours in the store for their food (not exaggerating, I actually spoke with a couple people and they showed me their online order confirmations) and some who just walked in 10 minutes ago went up to the counter and demanded a staff's attention to ask about their order and received their food before the people who have been standing around waiting over an hour. All they keep saying to customers are "we're short staffed and doing our best get the orders out as fast as we can" and blaming it on "training a new employee", when asked the staff cannot even give a estimated wait time. Makes me wonder if they were ever trained properly. They need someone to help them get organized and learn to prioritize properly. Not to mention the lack of communication between some of the staff causes inefficiency and unnecessary stress on both the staff and customers. Why didn't anyone teach the managers and staff how to manage the workflow more efficiently? I'm honestly surprised this store stayed in business for so long when they're constantly having to refund customers because of long wait for food. I couldn't even tell if they had a manager on duty because there was no one to direct the kitchen workflow, resolve issues, etc. Such chaos causes unnecessary stress on the staff and management, which in turn makes it hard to retain good efficient workers. Training in such chaos just scares/chases all the new hires away, which results in constant short staff and poor service. It's a vicious never ending cycle. Please fix it. Because people on this island love their wings, but to have to deal with this chaos and possibly wait several hours for your food every time you come here is a bit ridiculous. I feel bad for the staff that have to endure this chaos every day, it's enough to drive someone mad. read more

Tried to order chicken wings on National Chicken Wing Day, July 29, 2024; but was unable to on the app because it showed that both locations near my house were closed due to inclement weather. This did not make any sense because the weather was fine that day. So, I called one of the stores and the person told me that they did that in their system because they are backed up over an hour. Furthermore, they could not take any orders in the app, over the phone, or in-person. She said they didn't know when they would be able to take any more orders. I was confused on why they were unable to meet the demand of ordering the main thing that WingStop is known for, chicken wings, especially on National Chicken Wing Day.
