I love Wingstop and I always get off work at 1125 pm so the fact that they stay open until 12pm midnight. Usually when I call after 11 20 various Wingstops don't pick up. This particular time Cynthia answered the phone and was very nice and took my order. I arrived at 11:55 and there she was smiling greeting me in she made me feel special. I also work in the food industry and I know how it feels to want to go home. But she made me feel welcomed. My food was nice and hot and she even let me purchase another ranch. First time visiting this location. Was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and the cleanliness of this location. The cashier was very helpful and suggested several options and I was happy with what I ended up with. The fries were hot and fresh and the wings had the right amount of crust and sauce. I felt very welcomed at this location. I would always pass by but would never go in to order. One reason is because I was told that their wings can be very salty. That's not a good thing if they are. Haven't tried them yet but if that is the case I won't be back. Parking for the location is okay. You may not always be able to park right in front of the restaurant but seeing that the parking is shared with other stores including McDonald's, you have other spaces not so close to choose from. Victor was the team member who took my order. He was very polite and respectful. He also make sure his customers are satisfied. Mind you I've never been here but he didn't know that and when I decided to take a chance on the Mango Habenero flavored wings he did t something that I thought was too awesome. He walked into the kitchen and got a small container put some of the sauce in it with two fries for me to taste the flavor. That act of service blew me away. Honestly I never knew for a team member to care so much. I don't know if that service was purposed by management but I certainly think that is a very good idea seeing that they have so many flavors until it would put you in the mind of Baskin Robbins. Well I was looking only to buy wings to be honest but by him doing that, it expose me to the taste of their fries. Which taste so good. I ordered a small thing of fries as well. First and Foremost I went in at 11:01am on Dec 21,2020 and I saw two people in the back making chicken with no gloves on. The Manager and a Trainee were located by moths register and I asked "Why was she not informing the employees of the OSHA and Food Standard guidelines for the state of California especially when there is a pandemic? She replied with this kind of food we don't have to wear gloves because it's so fast pace". I walk into the establishment and everone was to busy with their heads down to acknowledge any customer. I was up next in line. I ordered 8 boneless wings and paid for it with cash. who can can wings without ranch. So I decided to order a side of ranch which came up to $.98. The cashier with her head down counting my money from the first trasaction told me the total so I handed her $.97. I saw,this cashier throw the change in the box. So she's asking me for the change.
