I ordered the regular 6" Philly cheesesteak and customized it with grilled onions, sweet peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. My husband decided to go for the large 12" Hawaiian Philly, which comes with teriyaki sauce, cheese, and pineapple, and he added mushrooms for an extra $0.75. I requested both sandwiches toasted, and they were still delicious even after the 10-minute drive home. The employee who took our order was especially kind and friendly. I really appreciated that he brought the food outside to me while I was waiting instead of making me come back in when it was ready. After reading other reviews, it sounds like I definitely need to try the garlic parmesan fries with my next sandwich order.

It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.

The way they have the kitchen is disgusting! If you do go for the wings, I recommend going after noon/12 the morning wings are usually the day before leftovers. I worked there enough to know the dirty secrets. I wouldn't feed it to my family! The staff is rude and unprofessional, there's always a black girl eating in front of clients, there's an Asian man cooking that coughs into his hands and doesn't wash afterwards.
