This was my first time visiting this location, and I was warmly welcomed by Beatrice. She was incredibly patient and offered helpful suggestions, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. Her service was sweet, quick, and thoughtful, even taking the time to apologize for a slight delay (which I totally understood, having been in her shoes before). Customer service was great, but the reason I will not return and gave low stars is because the oil was extremely old, which was evident in how the food tasted--and you could probably tell by the look of the chicken. The service here is out of this world! For some place you'd assume is "fast food" they sure don't treat it that way. The server gave me a little taster of the Mac and cheese because I hadn't ordered it, she also came up to me as I was eating and dropped off all of their sauces to try. Fries come seasoned, and the portion was good size. Seasoning can be too salty for some, but I was fine with it. Meal comes with your choice of separate house, I went with the hot. It was like a creamy Chipotle. That was good dipping for the fries but was not filled to the top. This was not an error. I noticed all the sauces were only half full. If they were free, maybe I could understand that. Additional sauce was 50 cents. I just don't know why they don't give the customer a full sauce container?? I was greeted with a smile. The cashier was with another customer, but she politely said she would be right with me.
