The service here is out of this world! For some place you'd assume is "fast food" they sure don't treat it that way. The server gave me a little taster of the Mac and cheese because I hadn't ordered it, she also came up to me as I was eating and dropped off all of their sauces to try. This was my first time visiting this location, and I was warmly welcomed by Beatrice. She was incredibly patient and offered helpful suggestions, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. Her service was sweet, quick, and thoughtful, even taking the time to apologize for a slight delay (which I totally understood, having been in her shoes before). Customer service was great, but the reason I will not return and gave low stars is because the oil was extremely old, which was evident in how the food tasted--and you could probably tell by the look of the chicken. Fries come seasoned, and the portion was good size. Seasoning can be too salty for some, but I was fine with it. Meal comes with your choice of separate house, I went with the hot. It was like a creamy Chipotle. That was good dipping for the fries but was not filled to the top. This was not an error. I noticed all the sauces were only half full. If they were free, maybe I could understand that. Additional sauce was 50 cents. I just don't know why they don't give the customer a full sauce container?? I was greeted with a smile. The cashier was with another customer, but she politely said she would be right with me.
