I usually get the regular Italian sandwich on rosemary bread. I like how the bread isn't too thick, which makes me think I'm eating less carbs. The ingredients are fresh and the Italian meat are tasty. The sandwich is very filling and is enough for two servings. What I also like about Jersey Mike's is how you can order any sandwiches in a lettuce wrap or bowl, which is great for those avoiding bread. I think it is pretty pricey for a sandwich though. I've also tried their chocolate chip cookies and did not like it that much. It didn't taste fresh to me. But to be gaslit by someone telling me my order wasn't suppose to be ready at the specified time and was actually supposed to be to be ready 20 mins after the time in the email is just odd to me? Arrived at the location, nice queue of patrons. As I sat in the corner, time passing steadily, I noticed my food was still not prepared. Understanding that the team is in an apparent rush, I continued to wait patiently. 30 minutes past my original ETA, I begin to get a little antsy as to when my order will be prepared. New patrons enter, new patrons leave. Thinking to myself that ordering online was a bad idea as walk-ins have come and gone while I, who had ordered ahead in advance, still remain. I stand to stretch my legs and walk to another corner to get a better view. Still, my order does not seem to be prepared. I hear the faint of my name come across the breath of a worker, I quickly raise my hand and am handed a bag. Noticing the bag was light, I reviewed the receipt that what I had requested was there and proceeded to check the contents in the bag. Already knowing something was missing, I confirmed one of the items had been missed. Walking over to the register to show that my order is yet completed, the clerk shifted frantically to confirm. Here I am again, waiting for the order to complete, over an hour after ordering, while more and more walk-ins come and go. Understanding it was lunch hour, I just wanted to let people know that ordering online or through the mobile app does not mean you will get your order quicker. This is the worst location. I placed a lunch order for my company. I came at the time indicated on the order. I came and waited for almost an hour for my order. Turns out the workers saw the large order and decided to put it on the back burner to do fulfillment on everyone else's order first, which was placed after mine. Dont come to this location!! No organization and no management! Orders should be done in the order they come in not just purposely placed last after they cleared out everyone else's single order in the restaurant. Never coming here again. I dont recommend anyone coming here either. Wasted time. Had to go back to my office to explain this ridiculous debacle to hungry angry people. read more

Time and time again, Subway has proven to disappoint. Staff and food quality and won't ever return to Subway again. Not Jersey Mikes though! I visited this location today between 130pm-230pm. This was the lunch time rush. I ordered a Giant Italian with Mayo and "Mike's Way". Everything was fine up until the time of assembly and purchase. The person who assembled my sandwich did everything correctly to complete my order. However, the same person hesitated when they saw another sandwich in front of my order. The person who was attending to THAT other sandwich argued with the person attending to MY sandwich as to which sandwich belonged to which order. The person attending to MY sandwich became confused, broke apart the perfectly made sandwich THAT WAS JUST COMPLETED and assembled and ready for purchase. I had to correct my person attending to MY sandwich that the item is my order. You just made that sandwich in front of me and confirmed with me "Mike's Way"! How do you confuse my order with someone else's seconds later? You just made that sandwich in front of me just now! MY sandwich was handed off to the next person (the one who argued with my person who was assembling my sandwich, who was also attending to THAT other sandwich). That next person did not cut my sandwich thoroughly, which means I would have to tear apart my sandwich at lunch, which would cause a larger mess on my table. That next person poorly wrapped my sandwich, so when I opened my package, there was excess lettuce hanging outside of my sandwich. So there seems to be hesitation, poor communication, focus, care, and attention as to which sandwich belonged to which order, and assembling the order altogether. The person who rang me up didn't ask me if I had a Jersey Mike's account (which I do), which means this location is losing out on a lot of potential sales from customers who could have jumped on the Jersey Mike's program, rack up those purchases and points, and support this store and its employees. I support Jersey Mike's. I love their sandwiches, and I love to support the stores and tip the employees whenever I visit any Jersey Mike's wherever I go. Nothing good about this place came in today at around 11 as soon as I walked in everyone looked like they didn't want to be working there the guy taking orders was rude asked me " what do you want?" which I find offensive since I'm a customer going to pay. I notice he charges me for a regular cheese steak and I double check with him that it's a chipotle cheese steak since the chipotle was the reason I even got a cheese steak he just nods his head. I get home and to my surprise it's a regular cheese steak no chipotle and all made messy. I live 20 minutes away did not feel like wasting my gas and time to go back to deal with all the rude workers none of them were helpful at all except a young kid at the register cause I even heard the guy in the back complaining about cutting tomatoes if people don't want to work there then don't it's ridiculous that I go and spend my money and I reassure to get what I want and don't get it I ate half the sandwich since I was hungry and threw out the rest since it didn't have any flavor at all no seasoning not even salt and I've had this sandwich at jersey mikes locations and it's great but stopped by this one since it was on my way home and it was absolutely disappointing. Grill guy had a smart attitude about why it took him so long, "it's busy man, can't you see that" I saw that my 1 sub that was supposed to be ready want started until 7 min of me standing there and that he made 2 subs in that time and they was only 4 customers in the 15 minutes that I was waiting. How about starting my order before I come in.... Or starting it when I come in and they print you the ticket, Waiting 7 minutes, to finish your 2 subs, and then start my 1 is poor execution. Im not one to complain and I always keep covid protocols and things in mind. This visit though, was a huge disappointment when it came to customer service. A very close dear friend of mind wanted to treat me to lunch along with her family. She bragged and made a big deal about this Jersey Mike's location. She has ordered there before and loved the service. Normally though, she goes during the day. Well this visit was yesterday (8/6/22) at about 5:20 in the evening. Its very sad when you walk into an establishment and can sense the attitude in the air. My friend started to explain what she wanted (shes in her 60's close to 70's and also wears two hearing aids) and when the young lady taking the order had to repeat herself, there was full attitude. (There were no name tags worn, which make sense with the service we received) (Description: Young, African American female, wore a necklace with an "M" initial turned side ways) I spoke up for my friend but received the same attitude. I had my mom on the phone, you can say as the next customer, waiting to tell me word-for- word what she would like from there as well. Just from the service we were receiving at that moment, i knew things wouldn't go right. To my surprise though, another young lady, (light skinned)mixed in nationality with a round nose ring comes to take the order. No patience at all. There was a line but no complainers. I think every customer knows what to expect from each other in a place like that and how long it may take for an order to be placed. My mom started to tell me what to relate to the young lady. She said with attitude " tell her (pointing to her coworker who's was in the middle of fixing FOUR sandwiches for my friend) the fixings you want on the sandwich, any other meats for this one? I said "no". Then she said "do you want another sandwich?". Honestly, i did because remember my friend was treating me. At that point i thought to myself, the sandwiches at this place is a little bit more expensive than most sandwich establishments and im receiving horrible service. Their not making any more money off my friend so i told her "No". I was very angry. My friend and I are very polite. I may be an elite on yelp but that doesn't give me a right to be rude to anyone. I always tip and make sure that my conduct isnt adding to the stress of the employees. Team members young or old, I always show them respect. Customer service is a hard job. Why add to their misery, right? My mom was happy with her sandwich, so thats the reason for the third star. Im not visiting this location ever again. The young men that this location have on shift during the day should work in the evening, or more should be hired with their work ethic.
