2nd time in a row they completely screwed up our order , left out sides and counted wrong on the wing flavors . We called to get it corrected and they past us back and forth. No one took responsibility for the mistake and they acted like they could care less , this time my son-in-law drove up there and waited for them to correct the order with still no apology from anyone of the staff or managers . I do not recommend this wing stop at all . Go somewhere else . read more

Placed a order in excess of 60$, explained to the person who too my order that we needed ranch dipping sauce (and some extra). They took my order and gave me a specific time to come and pick it up. I went and got my order and guess what? NO ranch at all!!!! I have a house full of people waiting on food and another 30 minutes to drive back to the store to get my order.. I called and spoke to the manager (first it was a lady, then a man that I talked to). Neither would give me anything for the inconvenience, even after seeing the request for extra ranch on my ticket. They refused to give me fresh food, or anything other than the ranch. When I informed them I would be calling corporate the young man shrugged his shoulders and walked away...Businesses want you to support them in these times but their employees lack that type of enthusiasm!!!! read more

Lunch- Welp, I ordered a 10pc without the fries. It took aver 20 minutes to get my order. There weren't many people in there. I know, I know, they cook to order but for lunch, sometimes, time is limited and luckily, there weren't many customers in there. I had to clean a table to eat. All of the empty tables were dirty. Is this what you want your customers to see and endure? The wings, boneless, were okay. They are not freshly battered, prolly frozen. They were done thru & thru. The lemon pepper was tasty but as noted earlier, a bit greasy. The garlic had no taste at all. Dipped in Ranch, well, ok. BW isn't much better but it's a sight mo' betta than this. Wingstop here is same as any other Wingstop. Staff seems friendly and the restaurant is kept fairly clean. I usually order ahead so the food is ready when I get there. My usual order is the 10-piece meal; 1/2 hot and 1/2 lemon pepper. The lemon pepper is good but I can never get over how much oil it has. Even on a 5 piece order, there must have been at least 1/4 cup of oil in the bottom on the container. I used up at least 6 large pieces of folded up paper towel to squeeze the oil out of last piece of the wing and the oil kept oozing out. I decided not to eat the last wing. Maybe I should just stick to spicy from now for my heart's sake. read more

The staff needs to be reminded that this is a NEW business and to tell customers their procedures..... ordered drinks online but drinks are actually prepared by customer, napkins must be picked up for orders, etc. As I said, the wings are delicious but McDonalds has no worries about them copying the French fries!!! I am a huge fan of Wing Stop and almost always like the wings and especially the seasoned fries. But this particular Wing Stop consistently delivers overcooked yet cold wings, under-cooked fries, long waits, and poorly trained staff members. There is another Wing Stop in Longview and even though I have never been to it ... I would advise to drive the extra few miles and take a chance. read more

WIng Stop is one of the better chicken wing places around and this one is as good as any other. I'm a big fan of their cajun traditional wings and parmesan garlic traditional wings. I love the fact that they have a mobile app with online ordering. It only takes like 10-20 minutes to get your food when you call in advance. The only thing I don't like is their wings tend to be much smaller than say Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Online they advertise 60 cent wings on Mondays and Tuesdays, however the price doesn't change when you try to check out. This caused my friend and I to choose the "pay in store" option thinking the store would make it right and honor the advertising. As it turns out we were wrong to assume this, not only would they not honor the discounted pricing but they argued with us over the fact that they do indeed advertise this price. We ended up talking to a manager over the phone because their wasn't one in the store? Which makes absolutely no sense and since the manager and cashier were both rude we ended up paying for our food at full price just to get out of there. I come here quite frequently because it's close to my office(I normally order and pay online so I've never had to deal with the staff before) and the food is good but after my experience yesterday I don't know that I'll be back. There is another wing stop across town so I can either offer them my patronage or even better go to Buffalo Wild Wings right down the road. read more
