You can't go into a Wingstop and expect superb service every time but this one's decent. They're clearly understaffed but do their best despite how busy they always are. (Imagine having to take phone orders, in-person orders, and delivery orders.) And if anything, it's the customers that are making their jobs harder than it needs to be. I was just there last night and had to stand there listening to this guy who wasn't clear about anything he was trying to get. It was a lot of back and forth. Nothing from my order was missing, everything was cooked to the correct temperature, and tasted fine. Loved the separate condiments station which again clean well kept and managed. Ketchup dispensers was clean no old residue leaking around this canister. Plenty of paper towels on a huge roll. Lids for provided in abundance nestled in an organized sanitary canister. A huge beverage dispenser stood poised beaming with lights boosting its capacity to dispense 100 different beverages. Sugar free water alternatives as well. Although smaller more intimate setting there where 4 tables which seat at least 4 people. Near the front door by the order counter reside a bench which could seat about 5 or so waiting customers. Just below the HD TV was area for standing customers near the large window located near the front door. I ordered the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, well done flat wings. I must say they were large in charge, juicy fresh right off the fryer. I promise you when I say will never order chicken wings from wing stop from door dash again. My wings we're piping hot . I would have given the full 5 stars but the location is what lowered my rating. The parking is small and locate din a plaza so sorta hard to find parking. Besides the parking, this place gets really busy. Always a line and small wait for your food. Luckily, you can order online which is what we did and it was flawless. I ordered through there website to this specific location and They have a new "policy" that if pretty much the order looks fraudulent they have to cancel it and instead of calling the customer to even try to confirm or let them know they just pretty much tell you. You have to deal with it and order again yet they already take the funds out of your account as pending and the funds won't get put back into the account for up to about 5 business days it is ridiculous I understand you are trying to prevent fraud but for someone who tried ordering some food for her family on a Sunday night and knowing I have to go a different route is very inconvenient. Update: I did get my refund today With the exception of this last time I've never had an issue at the wing stop and I know I will be going back but idk if I will be using the inhouse delivery service again due to the issue that happened but that could just have been caused by corporate read tape I have been trying since my order on 5/26/23 to get any kind of resolution on the errors on my delivery order Order #: 18580053673230336 I have called the customer service line and emailed and have received no communication as of 6/20/23 The whole issue : incorrect 1/2 order and missing fry on a delivery order 5/26 I called the store the day of the order because i didn't get my large fry. i tried to get a manger but the manager was "unavailable" the staff member would go to the manager and come back to the phone but the manager would not come to the phone. They would not refund my missing item or have it delivered and kept telling me to come to the store to pick it up (i was drinking and could not drive and i told the staff repeatedly this fact) they offered me a store credit that was good for 3 day i told them i did not want that because i don't eat out often so would not use it fast enough. I kept asking for the number to get a refund and i was put on hold multiple times and pushed to come get the frys. When I was finally given the number off the phone with the number to get a refunds i was told they were closed till 5/30 due to the holiday and would need to call back then. When I opened my food the wings and the tenders had the sauces mixed up and the tenders were over cooked and just shy of being burnt due to how calling the store had gone on the fry issue i didnt call them back. 5/30 i called the customer service line and spoke to Toni who said she would send the issue over and request a refund. I called a 2nd time on 6/13 I called customer service line again and spoke to Loren who said she would escalate the issue but besides that there is nothing she can do so I also emailed this info to the concern email address as well. That bad boy was so salty, way too much pepper, and the grease oozed to the bottom on the paper tray in came in. My freshly cut fries probably would have been great if it were so salty. I have had seasoned fries before and this, my friends, was WAY too salty. And my side of ranch dressing was dripping like water and I had to dip maybe twice to get it to stick to my greasy fries. And my cole slaw...obviously I got the bottom of the barrel. Clearly, I approached the cashier not knowing what to get, so whether it was my good looks and charm OR the fact that I never been to Wing Stop I was served a 5-Piece combo instead of the 3-Piece combo I paid for. And, when I tasted my fries and knew I needed ranch dressing, I was told it normally costs .75 cents but the cashier gave it to me for free. So, with all this said, If you enjoy the grease and dip of chicken wings, by all means visit the Wing Stop. Smiling and pouting gets you FREE Ranch Dressing and two extra pieces of chicken. Two stars for fun setting, friendly staff, and I'm sure I'd be a lot happier if I asked for light or no salt and maybe my dip on the side. Oh, and they serve beer. read more
