Staff are very friendly. The place is very clean and they have this Coca-Cola soda machine that has 100+ flavors like peach sprite etc. It.does take about 10-20 minutes.for your food to be ready but it's worth it. Awesome garlic parmesan chickens. Lomond pepper flavor is awesome too. Wish they delivered :) Update: They have a big sign that says open till midnight but they usually close at 11. I mainly order takeout or delivery from here because their actual location is usually not in the cleanest of states, BUT damn their wings are the best in the area. 4 stars because I'm usually missing at least one thing in my order when I order to go. (That's my fault for not triple checking, but I'm usually starving by the time of pick up lol). Nice and flavorful wings and they can cook them well done so they're nice and crispy. The staff at this location is awesome. I came in yesterday around 11:40 am. I ordered and paid online for pickup at 11:45 am. Unfortunately, my order wasn't ready by 11:45. I politely asked them for the status of my order and they explained to me that they messed up and had to redo my order. I told them it's ok. Things happens and people make mistakes and that I'll continue to wait. I did not expect them to rectify their mistake and just deal with it. I've been in customer service for years, so I understand. The person who I assumed was the shift manager did offer to rectify their error and I totally appreciated that. They threw in a free order of their Cajun fried corn which I love by the way. First off , if I could give this review zero stars I would rather choose that . My wings were warm , but they were literally DRIZZLED with sauce , was not completely coated , my fries were super cold , I ordered fresh baked rolls and they were cold and super hard , asked to get fresh rolls instead they just microwaved the same one , added more butter and the bottom was burnt , also as I was eating they had an incoming call and they chose to ignore it ! The iPhone was ringing for two minutes straight, three employees there and no one wanted to answer . Keep in mind they still had an hour to be open .. also the employee brought the big grey trash bin and said " throw away your trash here when your done" like what in the world, so yeah overall I'd say this is not a good Wingstop to go too. My family and I just came to WingStop to sit down and eat a CrewPack which costs just over $40. Apparently they ran out of water cups and we're unwilling to provide a standard cup just for water. We asked to speak with the Manager and she just made excuses and blamed other employees. This is extremely sad and dissapointing that they refuse to allow a paying customer have a cup of water. The fact that they're not customer centric is extremely sad and will be their down fall....at least at this location. read more

A posthumous review for my favorite wing place in Livermore. I learned of the Wingstop's fate on April 16th. I couldn't believe it. By Sunday the restaurant was wiped clean from Wingstop's corporate website as if it was never there. I was a fan of their teriyaki, hickory, Cajun, and of course the Atomic. I could eat three of those in a single sitting. Only once, did I feel a little underwhelmed but they made up for it with extra pieces. The employees always treated me and my friends nicely and we appreciated that. Apparently, there was some advance notice of its demise. (This answers the question why some reviews lately complained of poor service made after late March) Chickens rejoice as wing lovers sing a song of sorrow. read more

Man I've been here so many times I can't keep track. I love that they're open pretty late for a wing place. The wings have always been great (this place absolutely beats BWW in terms of just wings without even trying with their eyes closed.) Sometimes their soda machine has next to nothing available or is out of service in some sort of way which is fairly disappointing. I feel their fries are too soggy even when requested well done. The seasoning is caked on and mostly too salty without ranch or honey mustard to tone it down. But we go for wings right? So while these things take away a few stars as they are still pretty important things for this business as they don't need to control too many things to just be good at it all right? I still come just for the wings because well.... it's wingstop and that's what they do... wings. My guilty pleasure that even if I gave it one star for the other things I don't like about the; location smell outside, the spotty staff service or anything else - I feel they don't deserve less than 3 stars. I had to come out of my yelp retirement to leave a review for this great establishment. I have been eating at the different bay area Wingstop locations for the past 11 years and I have to say this is the best location. I eat lunch here 4 to 5 times a week since I discovered it back in March of this year. The staff is always pleasant and the food is made to order. I was really surprised at the low yelp rating. You can't really complain about the wait because the food is made to order. It is not a FAST FOOD establishment. I am aware of this so I order ahead online. The food is usually ready by the time I arrive. -My only gripe is that if there is a line in there of people ordering and my food is already ready, I have to wait for indecisive people to get their order in and pay. It has only happened a few times but having another cashier to accept payment for online orders would be great. read more

Now that I'm writing this review I should've read the reviews before ordering on their app. I'll start from the beginning...the girl at the front that helped me was nice. Didn't get her name. The restaurant looked clean but I didn't observe too much as I just went in to pick up my order and noticed it wasn't busy at the time - around 4:30 p.m. on a weekday. When I got home and opened my order EVERYTHING about it was completely wrong. I only ordered the 10 classic wings with two different sauces and regular fries combo. How hard is that? It's like I got someone else's order but the name on the bag was right. I immediately called the restaurant. The man I spoke to was the manager and sounded careless and barely said anything. No sympathy. He was like a robot. He didn't bother to offer any solutions to fix the issue so I finally just asked for a refund which he agreed to. I offered to send him pictures of my order so he'd know I was being honest that the order was entirely not what I ordered. He gave me his cell phone number and his name - IKRAM. I won't post his cell number here out of respect which some of us still have. I text him the photos of my order. All he responded with was a thumbs up emoji. I sent several texts after that and not one response from him. The charge finally ended up going through on my card so I guess that tells me he didn't care to actually stick to his word of refunding me. The fries are my favorite thing at wingstop. They are on the expensive side so it is some where we only it at every once in a while. This location is ok. Staff is usually very friendly. Be prepared to wait quiet awhile (under stand bone in takes longer, but being told that the 4 people that ordered after us and received their food before us was all because everyone of them order boneless seems like an excuse and very only likely as we sat waiting for over 30 minutes for a take out order). I have also tried the ordering through the app and it does not make the wait time any better. I placed an order hours prior with a pick up time of 4:15pm. Wingstop location in Livermore suck, the employees are rude the cook is very very rude. I order a ten piece meal as I was waiting on my order I notice the cook pre-frying chicken and pre-frying french fries. When I receive my order I looked in the bag to check my order. I noticed my bone-in chicken wings look old and over cooked. I told the cashier I would wait on a fresh batch of chicken and he told me that he prepared my order already and he needed to prepare more orders for other customers. The cook Emeril said he rather throw it in the garbage then sell me anything else so I requested a refund, He said I sound stupid ordering another order and he will give me the same order back to me. read more

Now, I come to this Wingstop more often than others and not to say it's bad or inedible but there are irritating patterns: 1) The only wingstop to tell me they ran out of the actual wings and only serving nuggets (and it wasn't even during the Superbowl). I don't ever want to hear this coming out of a Wingstop staffer as I would never want to hear a McDonald's cashier going "We have no fries". 2) Soda machine: You guys have the super-machine... of which no one really attends to. On multiple occasions I have tried to use the machine with a majority of the flavors grayed out in favor of "Mello Yello" and "Powerade". This shouldn't be normal, and one shouldn't have to come up and say that half your flavors are gone on a regular basis. One time, they even told me they had nothing left (so give me back mah money!). I am hoping to give this location a better review in the future because I have faith in wings. read more

This place is so Unprofessional. Today i ordered the 10 piece combo LR and GP. i went to the bathroom and left my food on the table along with my keys and drink. I came back and they threw away all my food. I asked for a refund and they refused. They then asked me how many wings i had left, i honestly didn't know so i said approx 5 or 6. The cashier then went through the trash and said no you only have 4 wings left. So i said ok that's fine please refund me for those 4 wings and fries. They then refused again. They continued to tell me they would remake the wings. So after waiting 10 whole mins when i just wanted to go home, they made my wings and it was literally 4. So you're telling me you couldn't even make my fries to go with it. I've worked in food. The least you could've done is made my fries considering i had to spend the time out of My day to wait for the food you threw away. Meaning that i asked for a refund in the first place because i was in a rush and you made me exactly 4 wings. You couldn't go above and beyond and make sure i was a satisfied customer and make me 5 wings ? Or at least my fries ?! That's crazy .. i wouldn't suggest this place . While the food is pretty good and most of the staff are nice, I have safety concerns about one of the cooks. She is the one on duty often at lunchtime and even with all of the state, county, city, and food safety regulations.......she is never wearing a mask. What she does during her time off work is her business and while she is on duty cooking for the public I believe it is her responsibility as an employee and member of the community to follow the health guidelines. When she is working she has a professional obligation to follow health and safety regulations! I will not be eating there any longer until I hear all of their staff is compliant while on duty. I am a nurse - what if I just didn't feel like washing my hands, wearing a gown or mask during her medical procedure? I don't want to eat her food any more. read more

I'm going to start off by saying that I know Wingstop takes a while to get your food. I always call in orders or place them online. Tonight I online ordered.....order was supposed to be ready at 7:50 pm I show up at about 8:03. Pay the order. Then stand off to the side with my little brother and waited. At about 8:10 he says " I see our order I think being put in the bag." The guy from the back walks up to the register with the order and asks the snugged faced girl at the register if Ashley was here yet. She said " no not here " and placed the order on the rack by the register. I only heard the " ash " part of my name and was unsure so I just didn't think much of it. Then 15-20 minutes goes by and I'm waiting patently because I know what it's like to work in the food industry and I try to be forgiving as possible. Then another girl working in the kitchen comes up with another online order and asks if I was waiting for a meal I said " yah for Ashley" she said it had been ready and walked over to the rack. At this point I'm pretty pissed because I watched this girl at the front register be rude as hell to everyone there. Some little old lady complaining that her fries were cold for the second time and if she could please not reheat and make new ones and she takes the tray from her, turns around with a rude smug look and turns around. Does not apologize, does not do anything but be completely disrespectful. So I got mad and was like " well what's funny is I saw my food come up and she didn't say anything. Didn't look again at the name. Didn't ask me my name again to ensure that the customer was here. She didn't even call out a name at all to see if the customer was here!!! I saw the guy hand her the order. " Then she continued to be stank faced. I came out to the car with the food to tell my mom and my mom was furious because she had got food on the way to Wingstop that was now cold because we waited a good 45 minutes after the pick up time and I saw my food sitting there for the whole duration I was there. We asked for a manager. She said there was none. So we asked for someone above her she said it didn't matter anyways because they are a franchise. I took my food and went home. Then to open my food.... now completely cold. And my fries have ZERO seasoning and that's my favorite part. Also while I tried to call in the order the phone was busy for a LONG time. She also had a customer knock a beer over off the counter and she just stared at him turned around and went to the back of the kitchen without saying anything to him. As the owner/management they should be ashamed having someone like this working there. It is a poor reflection of your restaurant and I would think since it's your business you would want it to be a high quality place. Her name was shaken and I paid for my food at 8:00 pm. read more
