We door dashed Wingstop for dinner with friends. We got a 30 piece crew pack, half lemon pepper and half original hot. The original hot were not that hot but they were delicious, with a good amount of meat. We enjoyed the lemon pepper as well; they were pretty salty. I'm pretty disappointed with the 20pc wings and voodoo fries I ordered here through uber eats for dinner. I ordered 10 classic lemon pepper wings and 10 classic garlic parmesan wings. Out of the 10 lemon pepper wings, 8 were drums and 2 were wings. The garlic parmesan had 3 wings and 7 drums. I am a huge fan of wings over drums so it was very disappointing how there wasn't much variety. The seasoning for both lemon pepper and garlic parmesan was also very lacking. Just ordered from here through DoorDash and I was very disappointed. The fries were seasoned with the incorrect seasoning I paid for and were overly salty. Not to mention, there was HAIR in my fries!! The ranch was disgusting, didn't have the signature wingstop ranch flavor, too sour. On the bright side, the carrot sticks were good on their own. There's nothing more annoying than getting home with your food and part of the order is missing. I called for a refund and they said they could not give it to me. I asked for manager and he had gone for the day. The next day the manager was not there again and the attendant that hardly spoke english could not do the refund. I had to go back in person to complaint plus the kid the day before was without his food and all he could do is give me a sandwich whe.mn I no longer needed it. I saw this as the order was being sent and called the store immediately to let them know I needed to cancel the order while I worked with DoorDash. The person I spoke with on the phone said he would talk with the manager and call me back. After working with DoorDash for twenty minutes I was notified the order was picked up. I called the store back and they said "sorry we already made it" They had the opportunity to help me but blatantly chose to not help me and made the food anyway, even though I called them before they could have even started it. These actions were absolutely disrespectful and they did not have the customer in mind, just their bottom dollar. I saw Wingstop rated in an article on the Internet that was rating fast food chains that included Fried Chicken, Chicken Wings, Hamburger and sandwiches as their main focus of business. So, after golf last week, I thought we would give them a try. I was going to call them and give them a phone order but thought better of it because I've not had good experiences on phone or online orders - a much greater chance of error in putting up the orders. I went in and it took a bit of a wait to get the attention of the 3-man crew. I ordered one 10 pc. Spicy Korean and one 10 pc. Mild Wing order. He said it would be 15 minutes. I asked him to speed it up if he could as I needed run some errands. That, apparently, made no real impression him. I watched the crew as I waited and and none seemed to be in a hurry or interested in expediting my order. It finally was done and they asked me if I wanted dipping sauces. They gave me about 6 different choices. I was thinking they were complimentary with each order of chicken. I ordered 3 - Blue Cheese, Ranch and Honey Mustard. I paid for my order and left the store and did my errands and rushed home. I was in a hurry to try them so I used an Air Fryer to reheat them for just a couple of minutes. I was very disappointed when I took my first bites of both flavors. The Spicy Korean flavor glaze was ok - nothing special but the wing was dry and tough - it was overcooked in the hot fry oil. I tried the Mild Wings (no glaze - just naked chicken) and it was the same way - dry and tough! If I was closer to the store I would have taken them back and asked for a full refund! Another thing - they were not uniform in size. They were the wing section and the 'drumette' part of the wing but I was surprised at how much the size of each individual piece could vary so much! And to top it off, another customer came in to pick up her online order and was forced to wait and after a few minutes of being ignored, she blew her stack and ended up in engaging the guy that puts up the orders that ended up in a lot of anger and a shouting match. The lady finally gave up and stomped out and tried to slam the door! As is the above wasn't enough to tick me off - they charged me for the 3 small tubs of commercial dipping sauce - $1.39 each! The whole thing came to $30.27! It clearly was not worth that kinda price!!! They also overcharged me! I tub of dipping sauce was supposed to be included in each order. They should only have charged me for one tub of dip, not three! Anyway, you can be sure that I won't be going back to that Wingstop! Jim read more

BEWARE!! I ordered for delivery via Wingstop.com, food was delivered by a Dasher. Wrong order was delivered. Wrong name on the bag. Neither Wingstop or the Dasher took full responsibility for it. I was given a partial refund because the Dasher said he delivered 10 of the 30 wings I ordered. How would he know that if the bag was sealed? And sure I received about 10 wings (in flavors I didn't order) and also boneless chicken which I didn't order. 1 star is for Albert who tried to help me but would give zero if I could to the manager, who has refused to call me to hear my side. They prepared our large 30 pc meal on time but got my fry order wrong; they charged me for cheese fries instead which I never ordered. My friend LOVES Wingstop and this location is her go-to. It's super close to a bunch of cool stores and has a lot of close-by parking you can utilize. It can get pretty busy on a weekend or Friday night where you can wait upwards of 30 minutes for your food, but if you're not in a rush, it's not a big deal. We dined in because we had time to kill. :) The dining section is a little messy sometimes. Tables are sticky or have spills so you may need to wipe down your own table and bus the trays that someone else may have left there. I love that they have the cool soda machine with all the neat options! Although when we went this past Friday, I overheard another guest telling the cashier that it ran out of one of the flavors. My favorite is the Louisiana rub on the boneless wings. I think overall I like the flavor selection here better than Buffalo Wild Wings or any other place for that matter - it just seems like the flavor is more robust lol. I ordered my boneless wings with veggies instead of fries (300-400 less calories to think about). Overall not too bad of a meal! We come here all the time! There were couple times that they got our orders wrong. We always ordered bone in wings and they had accidentally gave us boneless... but they were able to fix the order after more time spent waiting for them to remade.
