I've been a patron of this business for some time. I've spent a lot of money. But this is the final time I will visit this place. The last time something went wrong with my order, I was meant to receive my complimentary wings. To put it simply, I paid for ten wings but did not take them with me. The manager told me there was nothing they could do and refused to return my money. That, in my opinion, is fraud. You kept the money even though I didn't receive what I paid for? Nevertheless, the manager eventually declared, "I get 10 wings free," after all the complaints. It's not free in theory. It was paid for by me. When I tried to redeem over the phone months later, the young man responded. I didn't understand, so I assumed he meant "hold and cut out." The manager, Sherry, then responded, saying, "I can hold," and there were about six people waiting to enter. I was in a rush, so I stated I would hold off and change my mind. I had to pay for my online order. believing that the manager's refund will be acceptable. Incorrect! Sherry did nothing but blame corporate for everything because she was powerless she said. What kind of managers are you hiring? The simple solution is to be clueless and blame corporate. Wingstop is my favorite place for wings and their ranch is top notch. This location in particular gets high marks because they are fast, efficient and friendly. Wings always come out perfectly crispy and seasoned. The only downside is the parking lot-it can be a madhouse during busy times but nothing can keep me from my chicken wings. read more

It's really disappointing! Dear Owners of the Lincoln Wingstop, would you like your business to succeed? If so, go visit the nearest Roseville location and TAKE NOTES! We are frequent (at least once a week) Wingstop customers and we were beyond excited when this location open in our home town. I have reserved this review so that we could give them a chance to work out the kinks. Unfortunately, they are not making any progress forward and I am guessing this business will fail. No matter how busy you are, the wings need to be crispy, and properly seasoned unless the customer specifically requests limp under seasoned wings. Dropping close to $80 and then having to throw away the majority of the food simply sucks. We are back to making the extra drive to Roseville. I am not saying they are perfect every time but they are 90% more consistent than this location. Oh, and by the way... the carrots are not GOLD, you can give more than 10 small slivers when someone orders a 40 group pack of wings! It appears from other comments that the owners don't read these reviews but if they want to save their business they should. Went to the new Wingstop in Lincoln last night with my oldest son. Super clean (obviously it's new), staff was really cool and helpful. We've only been to one other Wingstop and that was several years ago, so we had a lot of questions. She was really patient with my son. Food was pretty good. Surprised how tasty the fries were. An online ad suggested a free chicken sandwich with a purchase. I was told that it did not come with my order. When I showed them the advertisement, I was told it would be comped to me on my next visit. I've now returned three times. The first time was over an hour wait. The other two times, there was no one there who could authorize my food to be comped to me. The employees seem lost and disorganized. The food is good yet it's way overpriced. Was looking forward to this location. Had family over and ordered the 50 piece party pack for take out. Arrived at the quoted ready time of 34 minutes and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Was handed a large paper bag of plastic containers stacked on top of each other, with two open bins of fries on top of the containers, one of which slid down the inside of the bag and spilled. Checked the contents in the car before leaving the parking lot and looked like everything was there (big order in one large bag). Got home and discovered the veggies were missing. Had to drive back, reported the issue, and they started digging back through receipts to confirm I was entitled to a large veggie tray. After a wait, was handed an open bin of wet, dripping veggies. Got home and the veggies were gone in two minutes - seemed like there were hardly more than we'd get in a small order at other locations. No apology or adjustment from the staff for my extra 20-minute round trip. No response to the Wingstop website feedback I submitted. Needless to say, we haven't been back. Will be breaking out the air fryer for our wing fix, or heading to Roseville for Wingstop. read more
