Please get chicken anywhere but Wing Stop!! The food is absolutely not worth the service. They shortchanged me on the chicken, and when I called, they told me to tell ASAP to just refund my order because they didn't want to be bothered. I asked ASAP, and they felt sorry for me and offered a small credit. When I called to report the incident to the manager, they put me on hold forever. When I called again, they sent me directly to hold before I could speak. I'm lucky that ASAP did anything to help me, and they were taking the fall for the restaurant's mistake. This was the second they screwed up. The last time, they let my food sit on the counter and didn't let me know it was ready until I walked up to ask why it took almost 40 minutes to call me for my order. The cashier had been talking to a friend who walked in. He then pushed the order at me and argued with me about whether or not the food got cold sitting there. I told him I wasn't okay with taking an order that was just sitting up on a shelf, and I had to show him that my food was way too cold in order to get him to at least give me new fries! Go to Raising Cane's, Popeyes, KFC, get the frozen chicken tenders, make your own recipe... do anything but order from Wing Stop! These options give you better chicken anyway. Personally, Wingstop is my favorite joint for wings. This location checks all the boxes and serves a great product. Their consistency and outstanding service make this place a must-go if you want wings. I request traditional bone-in to be cooked exactly 26 minutes for "Well Done" and crispy. Their chicken is satisfactory to me more often than not; however, 90 percent of the time when I ask for extra seasoning on my fries, or seasoning in general, they put almost no seasoning, if not none at all. Well the sign says there open at 11 am . It is 11am now the only person that can be seen is ducking down in the back of the restrant . The sighn says help needed . Do not know if someone need help or does restaurant need help . So now it 11:30 they have opened for business wow what can I say the food was on point . Very good . I've only been here once. I went with a coworker for lunch, and it was busy, but not the kind of lunch rush you see at many restaurants around Lafayette. First time at a Wing Stop and the first word that comes to mind is disappointing. I had Korean BBQ and the sauce was good, but the wings were sad little shriveled things. They were overcooked, dry, hard, and crunchy. My son had naked wings with regular BBQ sauce on the side. He took one bite and said "Dad, I can't eat this." Tried this place again when I was passing through. Worst.Service.Ever I was with some friends and we placed our orders at the same time. We did not receive a friendly greeting, just like last time. Same service, different people. I got my meal in about 20 minutes but my friends waited over 30 minutes and nothing. We kept thinking maybe they were backed up with call in orders but...it was starting to get ridiculous. As we inched closer to a waiting time of one hour, we finally found out they had no idea what the order was to begin with. They apparently lost the order and they wanted to know what it was so they could get it to us. Instead of waiting any longer, we requested a refund and did not receive a single apology or explanation. They really DID NOT care. On top of all this, it was dirty. Tables, floor, bathroom...gross. I realize this is a wing place and trust me, I'm not expecting anything fancy but dang! At least put a little effort into wiping a table down. Anyway, I plan on not eating at this particular Wing Stop again. One star is for the food because I know it's good and my meal was tasty. Wingstop on Mondays and Wednesdays in Lafayette is where it's at!!! They have 59 cents wings, and there is one particular guy at the counter who always goes out of his way to make sure we're happy while it looks like he is doing 20 other thing at the same time. He's on vacation this week, but I'm going to get his name next time and let y'all know. Tonight was not the same experience without him. He deserves a promotion or higher pay. Very disappointed. This is my second attempt at ordering through the app. While it was better than the first, when they didn't even make my order, it was still a pretty bad experience. I ordered the summer boneless bundle which includes 20 wings 2 fries 2 drinks and 2 dips. I asked for 1 ranch 1 blue cheese and then ordered an additional of each. When I got home and unpacked the food there were no dips in the bag. Unfortunately wing stop wings are awesome but only when paired with a dip like ranch or blue cheese. When you have to eat these wings without dip they are disappointing at best.
