In the search for reasonably priced, open, pick up available and good recommendations this was the only non-chain/franchised locally owned place. The rating was close to 5. We wanted to view the menu to have enough time to order and pick up before their closing time. Very respectful of operations and closing routines in eateries. It was 1)4 after 9, less than 2 miles away.
Neither of us were able to view a menu, going in circles then when vacki up, other locations is all we could see. Two grownups, iPhone and know how to use them too!:)
Was rerouted to suggest downloading the app for the place in the app store and that's exactly what was done.

Wednesday is Wing special day. 5 Boneless wings for $5.. 10 for 10 and so forth.
2 orders of 10 each. 1 BBQ and the other sweet chilli. Large order of loaded fries and 1 fountain drink.
Received notice of the order being ready in close to 15 minutes.
He left with 30 minutes before closing, this was a Wednesday no other stops were made. It took nearly an hour to pick up and return.
(This is what I was told) A new cook, relatively no customers, except for a couple coming in t minutes after he had.
Told the food wasn't ready, and would only be about ten minutes.
I'd finished showering and all that goes along with this then went to the living room where my roommate had just arrived little bit more more than ten minutes before I came out.
When I asked how it was, I was told to try it myself because describing it....... " You tell me what think.
Already knowing that it would need re heated, no issue with it. Boneless chicken wings was the order because I absolutely could not find bone in.
The sauce selection had a lot of choices. None of them had any descriptions of them, most of all there was no type of anything that would help to determine the heat level. (We are both very fond of flavorful spicy food, the flavor is everything! Heat without flavor? Might as well suck on a blow torch!
Both the BBQ AND SWEET CHILLI SAUCE,had far too much heat for what the name's listed . Sweet Chili sauce I and has been my first pick for decades, not any type of exaggeration in any sense of the word. The BBQ was spicy as well.
Never have I ever seen or experienced square boneless wings..It literally looked like square, braised and deep fried stew meat. Not battered crust, just dehydrated, dry, tough, hard to chew and unable to swallow without liquid to keep it from sticking in the throat. Zero moistness and some of the bites couldn't be chewed at all. The dog was struggling as well..
Definitely liked how unique the fries were. Garlic Parmesan with Cajun seasoning. Definitely not what I expected. Besides them being spicy when they shouldn't have been, I am sure they were probably pretty good when they were served fresh. That is not on them .
He waited for over 35 minutes and it should have been ready just minutes after arriving for pickup.
As he was leaving, the people who came in ordering after my pickup person was told two more minutes it'd be ready. Those people were told there would be any charge for the wait time they had.
In absolutely no way am I giving the worst review of my over six decades of life. Absolutely some of the worst food ever experienced, definitely not worth the nearly $40, picking up, worst online app.
