Yay!!!! We have a wing place in town!!!! Very fun!! Tried the Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, and the Teriyaki. All were really fresh tasting and delicious. The Louisiana Rub is advertised as "hot" but not the case with my order, and delightfully so I might add. Just wanted to try it because of its flavor and was going to bear the heat. Didn't get the spice but full of herbs that worked well together. The Garlic Parmesan was really juicy and buttery!! Weird, but it worked. Teriyaki was not hot full of Asian spices. It definitely calls for several return trips to explore more flavors on menu!!! read more

Good flavors in the sauces, but they really must be getting their chicken from Cornish hens! The fries tasted like they were fried in old cooking oil, and they fully intend on your filling up on them and not the meat. If I want decent fries I'll go to a fast food joint. What's more, as the cashier was handing us our receipt she informs me that our wait for our food will be 18 minutes!!???!! Mind you New Orleans daiquiris is having 2 4 one drinks and is the busiest spot in new Iberia on tuesdays. The customer service here is a joke. Mind you my pregnant fiancé is just getting to eat cold unsatisfactory food... Keep in mind that we were there an entire 30 mins before close they took most of that time preparing our meal. Then gave us 5 mins to eat without a warning! Horrible experience 2/3 times I've had the food here. Please properly train the staff and make them understand that this was extremely wrong!!! We tried four sauces, the original sauce was our favorite, second the atomic, then Hawaiian and last and probably not again for me was the garlic sauce - which was a buttery bland sauce.
