The fried rice was a good amount but lacked salt. The chicken tenders were okay, but nothing to write home about. The french fries were greasy and not flavorful. Price was reasonable. read more

The food has gotten beyond spicy. The last time we ate here everything was so greasy it was hard to grab onto. I had fried fish and the breading was literally just sliding off. My boyfriend had the fried shrimp. The breading was also slipping right off those. I couldn't even finish half the food between the grease and spice it just wasn't worth it. Thank god for dawn dish soap to scrub my hands. It was such a big disappointment for quality to have dropped so bad. read more

Im from Lafayette but I moved about 7 years ago but lemme tell you I always make it a point to stop at Kevin's before I leave because I KNOW I'll be thinking about them when I'm back home if not. I'm not a big fish fan but they make it just how I like it and the prices are great for the portion of food you get. Kevin's always hits the spot and they're fast! Love me some Kevin's an all my ppl know it read more

Best grilled catfish plate in fried rice and awesome tarter sauce!! Also love the burger! It is very juicy and delish

Great affordable lunch served in a short time and everyone is so polite. I eat there at least once a week.

Amazing , fast service, food is always hot. Favorite go-to place if your just hungry.

Food is great, the wait time sucks! Waited 30 minutes in the parking lot and watched people who came after me get their food before me. Guess I won't go there unless I have extra time to waste read more

I enjoy the chicken and broccoli teriyaki and typically I love me a good fried rice but the fried rice here is lacking flavor in my opinion. The portion they give you is enough for like four adults! If the fried rice was more flavorful I'd give this place 5 stars. read more

Food was good. Beef and broccoli. Chicken tenders Never disappoints. Shrimp only has lots of shrimp and seasoned well!!

Service was friendly, with portions of fried shrimp and fried rice enough for two meals. I would gladly suggest Kevin's and will continue to return again and again. read more

I ordered shrimp fried rice, but I would've did better by ordering rice straight outta the rice cooker. Today I decided to make my own shrimp fried rice & it's 1,000x better than Kevin's will ever be. The seafood platter was alright, but that shrimp fried rice was horrible. Check out the pics below, Mine vs Kevin's. read more

Solid variety of fried food. Food is fresh and cooked to order, great if you want to order a party platter. Had the seafood platter and chicken wings, rice was plain, but the seafood and wings were flavorful. Check @eatinglafayette on Instagram and Facebook for more Lafayette food things! read more

Went on Friday, May 31st. The restaurant was busy, busy so I expected a bit of a wait. I ordered 1 large plate with fish, shrimp and yorice, 1 large plate with shrimp, fish and fried rice, and 2 eggrolls. My order went in at 7:26 p.m. As I mention it was a busy, busy night. So many people who came in after me got their orders and left. At 7:45 I went to the counter and asked the lady who took my order whats the status of my order. She checked and stated it was being worked on and that it was the oysters. I told the lady that I know it doesn't take that long for oysters. I waited another 10 minutes. After I got my order I went to talk to the man and he said we were very busy and the oysters take a while. 26 minutes....really. I know what I saw! Kevin's your food is delicious but, do better on your service. I give 5 stars for the food. I give 1 for the service. read more

Great food, excellent service! I will definitely return! The pepper steak was enough for 3-4 people! The fried rice was ok! The fried shrimp were very good! Can't wait til I'm back in the area! read more

Large portion tasty food served hot in a timely manner. I have eaten here many times. The fried shrimp plate is so good!

Love Beef Lomein; chicken wings are good amount of spicy with fried rice and large fish platter is yummy as well.

My husband and I really enjoy their food. This place is a "must visit" when in town, visiting.

Been here twice. Ate the large platter both times. First time was fried and the next day I ate again but did the grilled. It's absolutely amazing and these guys really give you a good portion size. They don't mess around. read more

Finally checked out Kevin's per reviews. Nice place! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and excellent food! It seems to be a mostly drive thru but I was running errands and needed a place to pit stop for lunch. I had the fried fish and oysters with fried rice - plenty to share - nice combination. I even enjoyed the lettuce and tomato salad, but didn't eat the little bread maybe offer some butter for your bread but it was very fresh. Excellent food - excellent price point.! Will add it to my rotation. read more

This place is delicious and great to feed a crowd. Take it to go. The dining room is an old Popeyes that has never really been updated. Cajun/asian fusion - really tasty. Service is quick but it's not "fast" food. read more

Food was very good. A co- worker suggested it and it was great. Would recommend to anyone looking for seafood and Chinese. Great place read more

This has to be one of the most disrespectful establishments I have ever had the displeasure of dining at. I'm not referring to the service as it was fine overall with good speed of delivery and got my order correct. Unfortunately the order was what absolutely ruined my experience. After leaving work, I decided to purchase two plates of the five piece chicken drummettes and wings for myself and my son. Upon looking at the plate, I was completely shocked at the size of the chicken I received. Below is a picture of my son's thumb which was larger than the drumsticks we were given. I won't be dining here again and cannot advise anyone to waste the $13 per plate that I did for this disgrace. read more

THIS PLACE DOES NOT RESPECT SEAFOOD ALLERGY, and the asian lady is rude , I clearly told them I have a seafood allergy and got my food but it had shrimp in it . so I simply bought it back and told them Im allergic to seafood so they take it and bring it back , they ended up using the chicken that was on top of the shrimp rice and put it in my new order so I ended up catching a allergic reaction read more

Great food and it has a drive through. Not the prettiest building, but the food was really good and fresh. I'm sure a takes a second or two longer for drive through but it's expected when your getting stuff cooked to order. I had there shrimp pi boy with a side of gar fish. Recommend this place for sure read more

Place your order and they're supposed to take your license plate and you go sit in the parking lot 20 minutes goes by for two sandwiches and they still don't bring it out not worth the wait not worth the time good luck and the foods just okay read more

The food is very reasonable and very seasoned; sometimes too seasoned for my palate. You generally don't have to wait but 15 minutes for your order. read more

We got the fish plate, shrimp plate and oyster poboy. It was all very fresh and delicious! The shrimp and fish were especially tasty! The fried rice was a nice option. We used the drive thru and the fish and shrimp were still nice and crispy when we got home. Very reasonably priced! read more

Great food! Large portions! Plenty options. I can feel my family off of 2 plates. Always hot and fresh!

Not very happy with their shrimp Lo mein. zero taste, huge noodles taste overly done like chicken noodle soup and no taste on shrimp, if I hadn't seen the shrimp I wouldn't have known that there ware any shrimp at all. the manager said she couldn't do anything about it. read more

The food was very good And they give you plenty of it. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

The biggest and the best fried shrimp and fried chicken tenders in town. No restaurant in town serves bigger shrimp than this restaurant.

Kevin Seafood has really good food. We love the Fied Shrimp Plattter. We always get the shrimp fried rice also. Nice people. Real clean. All shrimp are imported . Saw the boxes outside . Still good. You have to make sure you got right food before you leave pick up window. They mess that up a lot. Will definitely go back. read more

Ordered a five piece tender with fries on the waiter app. Last time I ordered this it was hot and well seasoned. Today the tenders were cold and the fries were not cooked. The only bright thing about this order was I got a extra piece of tender. This was the second time I ordered from this place and I was satisfied the first time and this time I was not pleased. I usually don't order from this place but heard about it from a friend. read more

Stopped in as it was in our way home...was skeptical but saw they had good reviews. I would like to add to their good reviews - the place was clean and well kept. My husband and I both got the large shrimp platters - there was so much shrimp that we really could have split one plate. The shrimp was cooked well and delicious! I do not live in the area but will recommend to others that do and will stop back in on my next trip. Super great prices - rarely can the two of us eat out for $22 read more
