Go to Buffalo Wild Wings or B&B wings in Houma. This place is trash. Food is never cooked the same. Half the time it's over cooked and the other half it's under cooked. I ordered online due to me being sick. I was given the wrong food. So I called the store to ask if I could get it replaced or return the food. I was put on hold for over 10 min, it would've been for longer but I hung up when I got to the place because the woman on the phone never answered my question just put me on hold and said one minute. I got to the establishment, another customer called the phone, she put them and others on hold and never answered the phone again. She literally just started talking to the people in the back and ignored us. I told her the issue and gave her back the food. I waited, she went to do whatever and the guys in the back were the only ones actually helping or at least caring about customers it seemed. They remade my food and gave me a brownie. Just upset I paid to have something delivered just to come to the store while contagious. If it was a flavor I eat I would've kept it. read more

Never in my life could I imagine a more poorly run restaurant. I know chain restaurants tend to be hit or miss, but this was a pitch and swing that hit me in the brain. I waited an hour for 10 wings. 10. And the workers just don't care AT ALL. People that ordered in front of me got their food before me. I've seen bad reviews on Yelp and Google Maps targeting customer service, but i'm not getting it. Me and my friend walked here from the gym, and it was very hot outside; we went in and although the building was small, it was nice. We had never eaten wingstop before, so it took about 5 minutes to order and the person taking our order was helpful, knowledgeable, nice, and patient the whole way through. The food came out 10 minutes earlier than expected and the food itself was great. We're planning on going again tomorrow and look forward to it. read more

Just NO. If you want to avoid a headache, avoid this place. The food was just okay (fries looked like they were cooked in oil that was a little too old). What made it worst was the fact that I ordered online, got to the restaurant about 30 minutes later and they apparently lost my order. After standing there confused and being told my order was not quite ready I came back and they still had not even started my order. I was only helped after I asked for a refund since my card was charged from the online purchase but still had to wait around for an additional 20 minutes while they helped other customers then the girl at the register took my phone with my confirmation email to the manager and finally the manager came to the register and MIRACULOUSLY found my order in the system. She said nothing to me but she pulled up my order and said "boom" to the girl at the register while pointing at the screen. She began making my order without informing me clearly... I was given my order another 15 minutes later with an apology from a cook and I left the restaurant. I checked my order on my way home and instead of the 10 wings I paid for I only received 8, an item that I paid for (1x Cajun fried corn) was completely missing from my order. Overall unenjoyable experience. This was my second time ordering here and I won't be going back. read more

Worst experience ever!! Had to repeat my order several times over the phone. When I got home I realized that they completely messed up my order and shorted me 15 wings. I called to get reimbursed for the 15 wings and the owner of the place was very rude and told me that he will not reimburse me and that if I wasn't satisfied just don't ever come back. I paid $101 for a 75 piece and I was shorted 15 wings and another 15 wings were not even seasoned. They also did not give me the large ranch I ordered. Needless to say I will never go there again. Ok, so I went to Wing Stop yesterday and I was waiting in line for about 15 minutes. As I got to the register to make my order, I believe her name was Brittany, was giving me a very annoyed tone as I was placing my order. I think she was ignoring me or soemthing cause when my order came out it was something completely different from what I wanted. So I got back in line with my receipt and Brittany said, "What now". I hadn't been to Wings Stop in probably 7 yrs. We stopped to eat here at opening time 2 days ago prior to going to Leisure Spa, which is a few doors down. I ordered 6 flats in lemon pepper with fries. My wife got 8 flats, 1/2 original hot & 1/2 Hawaiian, with veggies, small Cole slaw & a roll. My wings were really good & juicy. I love lemon pepper. The fries however, tasted burnt & like old grease. I even had cheese dip but it didn't help the flavor. I know there are small pieces of potato skin on the fries & that can make them taste different than regular fries. And I like skin on fries. But these tasted just plain ole burnt. So I went to the side counter & asked for veggies in place of the fries. My wife didn't care for the flavors she chose for her wings. The cole was mediocre. The roll, which I tasted too, was cold. It looked like they had just brushed some melted butter on it after taking it out a bag of pre-made buns. They could at least warm them up & try to make them taste fresh. Oh & as you can see by the pictures I took, I'm pretty sure I didn't order cobwebs & ac vent dust with my wings.... If they clean the dust and spiderwebs up that hang above everyone's food, I'd go back for wings & veggies. But I'd pass up the other sides for sure. read more

They get your order wrong. then they would like for you to bring it back to fix the order but does not compensate you with even a cold drink. So you have to make two trips to wing stop for their mess up. Manager said it's not his mess up so it's not his problem. I would leave zero stars if it would allow me to. Poorly ran place. If you order to go, your best bet is to order via app. Every time I call in, I clearly state "BONELESS wings" yet I've walked out with traditional wings three times and had to return for my correct order. This location always manages to do something wrong with my order. Food quality is great, but service could improve. I usually end up waiting an extra 10-20 minutes for my order even though I preordered online before arriving at the restaurant. One time I had to wait longer because they forgot to put the rolls I ordered in the oven. Another time, my online order was not ready because their app server was down, and I had to wait 30 more minutes because I had to reorder my order. I have also had the wrong flavors on my wings before. There was also another time they misplaced my ticket and I ended up waiting an hour for my food. This time I waited an extra 15 minutes after the app said my order was complete and I did not get a single flat wing out of the 20+ classic wings I ordered. (I wanted a mix.) I called Wingstop to place an order at around 2:30 a young man answered the phone and I was immediately placed on hold. I don't mind holding I can understand he might be with a customer. However....I sat on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up. Figured they were busy. I called back about 5 minutes later. The same young man answered and again immediately placed me on hold again. I again did not get upset...until I again sat on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up for the second time. Decided to try one more time to call back before I headed home after finishing my shopping. The third and finale time I called a young lady answered I AGAIN WAS BEING TOLD TO HOLD ON!!! I said wait I have been placed on hold the past two times I called.....I said are y'all that busy that you cannot take my order. The young lady said ma'am I am with a customer and you will have to hold. So I am not saying that anyone of these employees were ugly to me but, really if you cannot services your customers that call then don't have a phone to allow people to call to place an order!! Another piece of advice is evidently you DON'T have enough staff to handle the in store customer and the phone in customer or your staff is not trained on letting the phone customer know you have not forgotten about them on the phone you are just busy. Great quick place for wings. Actually some of my favorite wings around for flavor. Smaller wings than other places. Wings aren't breaded which I like. Fries have to be fresh or they get soggy quick. read more
