Our favorite burger place to visit. We drive from Houma to eat here. We love the fresh burgers fixed just the way we like it and we love the fries! There's cute little cups to pump ketchup into and if you need to take home there's lids. Free all you can eat peanuts. My son looks forward to the peanuts. Plenty places to sit. Nice environment. I was trying to call and place an order and i was placed on hold, so I hung up and called back. The young lady was really polite and said the counter was full and it would be best to go online or download the app because she didn't want me waiting forever to place my order. I appreciated that. I went right on the web and placed my order and it said my burger would be ready in 7 minutes, time enough to start this review. As long as my burger holds up to their normal deliciousness they will be getting high marks. This is a trying time and I appreciate good calm customer service even when you are stressed. read more

Employees in back room. Not taking orders. Several people waiting. Line cooks talking and joking around. After about five minutes standing there watching people waiting to order they go back and get the girl to take the orders. She waits another five or so minutes to come out. She's very rude. Looks high and slurring. Line cooks start cooking and continuously pass up orders. Had to ask for the shake we ordered to be made and she acted like we were bothering her. They are pushing burgers aside waiting for fries. Calling random order numbers. Not in order at all. After my burger was pushed aside 4 times I finally asked if they could bag it so we can go. They laughed and said orders that tip get served first. Sad display of people in this place. Lazy and disrespectful. They should fire every one of them and start over. And they certainly should not ask for tips when you are paying. They barely deserve minimum wage with the effort they gave. Sad. read more

The burger is a decent average burger. Nothing special about them. "Cajun" fries are a huge miss. Over loaded with Old Bay seasoning or what ever they use. Dumped all in the bag the so the burgers were covered in it. Surely expect a lot more. read more

I was excited to try Five Guys and was impressed by the quick service. I ordered the cajun fries which were good, They give you the fries you order and then dump a bunch of extra fries in the bag, which is a nice treat. The burger on the other hand was just an average burger you can get at any gas station deli. Bland meat on a cheap sesame seed bun. The issue i have with that is my burger alone cost almost $10 not to mention an order of fries was $4 and after ordering a drink your looking at over $16. For this price i expected a delicious gourmet burger. Granted i ordered bacon and an extra patty so that adds to the cost but both my wife and i thought the burgers were not worth it and would pick almost any other fast food burger over Five Guys. After paying over $30 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks it's definitely not worth going back. read more

Was surprised when my mom told me that Five Guys was now in Thibodaux. They did not disappoint with there excellent fries,burgers,and milkshakes were on point. We are already planning our next visit. I'm a big fan of Five Guys and could eat their burgers several times a week if I didn't have self control! Tonight I ordered a double patty, and the fry cook dropped both of my patties on the floor, so I had to wait 15-20 min in a nearly empty store for my burger. I was slightly annoyed, but understanding. The sweet workers decided to give me a refund anyway! Great customer service; I will definitely be back. read more

9/11/2019, after 7:45 pm: great meal all around! Patties cooked properly, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The teenage high school young man who cooked the French fries did a super awesome job! Fries were not overly salted. Some places over salt their fries, tonight these were perfect!!! Great place to get a nourishing "fast" burger. Hot dogs are great too but they're a little big on the salty side. Milkshakes are yummy! Will definitely come back and we were very pleased. Nice burger place to have in town. read more

Came to get takeout during the Coronavirus pandemic because it says "curbside delivery" on the windows. We called in our order and they told us we had to come inside to get our drinks when we arrived... Definitely not "curbside delivery" like advertised. Not happy.
